Comfortable and convenient, and generally quiet location apart from the sports car rental place opposite.

This hotel was very well located in Ginza. The room was small but as expected for Tokyo room. Under the bed was high enough to store suitcases so this was helpful. Staff were friendly and receptive. As a Gold Accor Plus member, I requested and was able to have late checkout on departure day. I know this is subject to availability, but was grateful for this. I had to request welcome drinks, the only choices were juice or beer. There was no welcome gift. The fridge in the room wasn't cold. I requested and it was changed for a colder one. I still would only describe it as cool and not cold and wouldn't store dairy in it. The washing machines were helpful as we had a long stay there. I enjoyed the small outdoor onsen. However maybe more.prominent signage around onsen etiquette may be helpful. Other guests were not washing themselves before entering the onsen. Most days I had to request people to stop using their phones. Some were video calling from then onsen. This made for uncomfortable situations and my daughter stopped using the onsen because of this. The onsen was a major factor in choosing this location and for future Tokyo stays I would choose to stay at the other Ibis styles which is also well located with excellent service.
