Rooms are consider spacious in Japan, clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Love to indoor and outdoor hot bath on roof top. Their restaurant was under renovation so was quite disappointed with cold breakfast

I would like to give special thanks to the receptionist, Huhe. When I lost my bag in an Uber taxi upon arriving in Tokyo, he patiently spent a lot of time helping me locate the driver. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. This was truly the best service I have experienced in Japan.

The room upgrade is not available. Lounge is not available due to consruction but the Information disemination on the on going construction is not effective. They failed to notify customers thus i could have cancelled our stay and will just stay at IBIS Ginza or Mercure Hibiya. Buffet breakfast is also not available. OVERALL OUR STAY WAS NOT A GOOD STAY.

First of all, we would like to express our sincere apologies for the discomfort and inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Although we informed you in advance that our regular seated breakfast buffet would be unavailable, the notice regarding the suspension of the member lounge was not communicated adequately. We sincerely apologize that this led to disappointment and that your stay did not meet your expectations. Furthermore, regarding your room upgrade, your original room type was a Standard Double, and we provided you with a Superior Double, which is one category higher. However, due to insufficient explanation from our side, we understand that this may have caused some misunderstanding regarding the upgrade. We will ensure once again that information related to member benefits is thoroughly communicated to all team members, and we will make further efforts to improve our communication with guests so that they can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies. We also sincerely appreciate you taking the time to point out areas for improvement that we had not noticed.
