I had a fantastic stay at this property. It appears the building has been well-renovated and maintained. Everything was spotless, though the room was a bit small, which is typical in Japan. While the location is a bit outside the city centre, the metro makes commuting easy. Plus, you can get here from Haneda Airport in a single train ride without any transfers. I was also pleasantly surprised to find an onsen at this hotel.

Super easy booking process, got a room on the top floor, bigger than a lot of hotel rooms in Tokyo. Very comfortable bed, simple amenities in the room, cleaning was prompt and effective. Hotel was nicely located near restaurants, cafes, and fairly close to subway stations. Ginza was a great place to stay, I'd definitely come back.

I won’t say the location is good but the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is also multiple convenience nearby. It is just abit too far from the train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well .

The hotel was comfortable, well located and clean. The outdoor public bath was one of our favorite amenities. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. We were also able to forward our luggage from the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise.
