Great location, nice sized spacious room, staff were friendly professional and approachable, breakfast was awesome many options! Spa and washing facilities were great after such a long japan trip and the free ice cream!! Highly rate this place.

We complained about the rock hard bed and asked for a mattress topper. We were provided with a soft fluffy blanket which did not fix the problem. We got to the point where we could not sleep another night in the bed so had to leave a couple of days early.

Very good accommodation, located in the Ginza neighborhood, close to subway stations, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. My only remark is about the room size, which is quite small, but still within the usual IBIS standards. Breakfast is good but simple.
