well located and clean facilities

It was located well with convenience stores nearby. The only issue is that when catching a taxi to the hotel they would often take us to the wrong one nearby as google maps would automatically correct the address. It was very frustrating, perhaps a business card with an exact address that makes sense to local taxi drivers could be given out to those wanting to use taxis.

Lovely quiet hotel in East Ginza

We had a very good stay at this lovely hotel. It is located in a quiet and a little out of the way spot, but was within a good walking distance to the subway and train station. Our room was very clean and extremely comfortable beds. Nice linen and a decent size room. The staff were extremely nice and always very helpful. Breakfast was good always, small selection, but enough. I would definitely stay here again.

Well located and a comfortable stay

We stayed for 5 days during the peak season. The hotel was well located, takes time to get your head around the many subway lines but this hotel is within walking distance to many. Look it up on the map but don’t get it confused with the other Ibis Ginza. The room was functional and very comfortable. One of the best Ibis I have stayed in. Breakfast was nothing special but sufficient for a full stomach prior to exploring. The bed was comfortable and the toilet was big for Tōkyō standard.
