First of all, great location, peacefull and clean. 4 metro station 5min walking from hotel (for shibuya, for asakusa, ueno, for odaiba, teamlabs...). Tokyo station 15min walking, even with luggage. Ginza 5-10min walking. Very polite and helpful staff, both at reception and at the restaurant. We had 2 rooms. Although there are no connecting rooms, we got 2 rooms next to each other. Soundproof of the rooms, great, you cannot hear rooms next to yoursa and in the hallway. Breakfast was ok, basic, but good for start of the day. All 3 stores (7eleven, family mart, lawson) 2min from hotel. You can get umbrela for rainy days, very usuful. Water in the lobby.

The rooms were quite small, and one of our rooms had a few issues, including an unidentified noise and an automatic light sensor that did not work properly, which disrupted our sleep. The front desk staff were very kind and professional. However, the staff we encountered during breakfast seemed less professional, and some of their actions toward customers made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the small sauna area on the top floor was very relaxing after our busy tour schedule.
