I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza East and had a mixed experience. While the location is convenient and the staff were polite, I was disappointed to find a noticeable hole in the wall next to the bathroom door in my room. It gave the space a worn and poorly maintained feel. Additionally, the Onses Spa was not as clean as expected, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities. With some improvements to room upkeep and spa cleanliness, this hotel could offer a much better overall stay.

at this hotel, loyalty doesn't matter.. they charged me 1,000yen for a key card which I honestly couldn't find and refused to waive it despite being a loyal guest. this is the first time I've been charged by an accor hotel for a key card after staying at many accor properties worldwide and it was not informed beforehand at check in. hotels who charge for lost keys have always informed me beforehand at check in. this seriously has to improve.

Second trip to Tokyo. Well located hotel near multiple metro stations, in a quiet area. Appreciated the free drinks for Accor members, foot massager in the room and free water refill at the fron. Room was small but probably expected for Tokyo. Bathroom humidity was an issue even with the fan on and the cleaning was inconsistent at times but overall not a bad stay.
