The hotel was close to metro and Ginza. It was clean and the staff was polite.

The hotel is nice and comfortable with good access to nearby metro stations and shopping stores. The rooms are v. clean though compact in size. Enjoyed the foot massager provided in the room and the free ice creams on the top floor. Breakfast was v. good with many options and the soft drinks/tea and coffee are for Accor (Silver and above members) was welcome. However trolleys should be available for carrying large bags etc. to the rooms.
