Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and willingness to assist. In particular, Buwana was very helpful and attentive in addressing our requests, which we greatly appreciated. As a suggestion for improvement, we would welcome the inclusion of more halal food options on the menu. Additionally, the laundry facilities could be enhanced, as the dryer was not very effective and required multiple cycles to dry clothes adequately. Thank you for the hospitality and service provided during our stay.

Overall experience was good. The onsite team were polite, helpful, and nice. Rooms were great, clean and in good condition. The proximity to several subway lines was perfect. The hotel's location in a nice and clam neighbourhood is relaxing since there is no noise pollution at night. This Ibis Styles is much better than the last one I stayed in in Japan.
