We had a very nice stay. The room is pretty basic with very limited seating. Working from the room was not very comfortable but it did work. Unfortunately we could figure out the illy coffee machine in the room, but the teas in the room were very nice. We were impressed with the cake plates served in the lounge at afternoon tea. The snacks at the cocktail hour were OK but did not have the same ‘wow’ factor. The breakfast was good, especially given the corona restrictions.

Very poor service for platinum members. Front office reception and service ataff were great. Givimg JPY 1600 for drinks and food to compensate for drinks during lounge evening hrs is ridiculous. Chargeable upgrade to junior suite is a joke. No change to breakfast is another joke for lpng staying guests. Hotel only keen on financials and not on guest experience as ataff cant do anything to make guests happier like room upgrade to make up. No room service after 8pm and breakfast only from 7am. Which 5 star business hotel does this? Overall bad experience and will not return.
2nd time staying at Pullman, location is very convenient, felt very welcome, loved luxury restaurant.
