Although I have also stayed at Mercure Tokyo Hibiya and other hotels in Tokyo, the overall service level of the breakfast staff at Pullman is particularly disappointing. After presenting the menu, it took more than 20 minutes before anyone came to take my order. There was also a Japanese part-time staff member with dyed blond hair, which made the atmosphere feel more like a casual izakaya than a premium hotel. In addition, during housekeeping, long hairs were left on the bed, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness. It is difficult to understand why a lower-tier brand such as Mercure provides a more consistent and professional experience compared to Pullman.
