Had breakfast on the first day and no one asked what coffee I would like. Totally different from past Pullman hotels that I have stayed in. Food selection was normal. Shower water pressure in the superior room 820 was terrible.

I stayed at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right next to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city quickly. The hotel staff were outstanding. I’d especially like to mention Brandon in the Executive Lounge, whose English communication skills were excellent. My room was a comfortable size, the breakfast offered a great variety, and the Executive Lounge was very enjoyable—especially the delicious sweets at Afternoon Tea!

Stayed 4 nights at Pullman Tamachi. Much appreciated for the room upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was relevantly big compared to other same-level hotels in Tokyo. Housekeeping was nicely done and fast, so that we could get back and rest in the room on early afternoons. Breakfast was good with many dishes to choose from. The Lounge was a bit small, to my experience, compared to some other hotels I have stayed, still, it offered us a good variety of drinks and snacks.

It’s located right next to the Tamachi station which is great for getting around everyday. The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping was good and rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but needed more selection of Japanese/Asian cuisine.

1. The lounge staff Kim is really helpful and nice. 2. I like the welcome drink and the small snacks, but the towel has weird bad smell (under the scent). It need to be cleaned more carefully (for example using some bleach). 3. Thanks for providing small kit of makeup removal, face milk etc, but they are made in China. It's a French hotel located in Japan, and I believe there would be better options.
