Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and was satisfied with the service provided by the hotel team. The staff were polite, helpful, and responsive. I especially appreciated their assistance when a sealed bag of baby diapers was mistakenly removed by housekeeping the team followed up and kindly arranged a replacement for my baby, which I am very grateful for. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable for our stay. There was only one small issue when we first checked into the room, as I noticed a few strands of hair on the bed. Aside from this, everything else was very good and well maintained. Thank you again to the team for their support and hospitality. I would be happy to stay again in the future.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory, with good room quality, facilities, and location. However, there was nothing particularly outstanding. There was also a misunderstanding of our request (our “return to Japan” celebration was interpreted as a “new child” celebration), and a child gift was provided instead. Additionally, no special decoration or arrangements were made. Unless required, we would likely choose a different hotel for our next trip.

It was wonderful until the hotel front desk staff gave me wrong information about nearby shopping. I told them I needed to go somewhere close because I needed to leave the hotel in exactly 1 hour to catch a train to Nozawa in Tokyo Station. They sent me to a shopping district that was a 25 minute taxi ride. So when we got there we had to turn right around and come back which not only wasted the entire hour we could have shopped but cost me $41 one way by taxi. We trained back. Plus, we were SO SO stressed for time to catch our train to Nozawa that we almost missed it. It was by far THE most stressful day I have ever experienced in travel. And just to note there were two people at the front desk offering me information and the Japanese lady knew we needed to be close but then the caucasian woman chimed in without knowing or listening to the full details of how we had to be back in one hour. I love your hotel. It was my first experience there as a non crew member (I’m a flight attendant with Hawaiian) and I’d like to return and try again. I’m sure I will not experience the same thing the next time. Thank you for your time and attention to this mishap. But I feel it’s important for you to get honest feedback so this does not happen to another guest. Aloha!
