We just recently stayed at the hotel and the location is fantastic as a central location to venture off into wider Tokyo - 3min walk to above ground (Tamachi) and 7min walk to the underground (Mita) train stations. Most areas are within 30mins from these stations with a blend of short walking. Rooms are modern and big enough to be comfortable in as a home base. I would like to give a shout out to the three staff (2x Japanese females and 1x Australian male) from the Executive Lounge - very accomodating and service was exceptional! Also, we didn’t realise until the last day that there is a massive supermarket down the outdoor escalators which has everything from fresh food and supplies which is handy. There is also street of izakaya near Mita station for restaurant options.

This is the first time we stay in tamachi. We stay 5 night with 2 connecting room with kids. As a platinum member, we so satisfied stay in there. My kids recently need a water, and the staf with a greatfull heart and smile sent the complimentary water bottle to our room. When we need water in receptionist, she also give us with smile. The room is very comfortable. With humifier. The location is connecting with JR yamamote line. The excutive lounge also nice. The breakfast also so many varieties. Thanks you so much for a wonderful experience pull man tamachi. We ll going back if we go tokyo again.

We were on our honeymoon and the team went all the way to make it special: from upgrading the room to a single bed (which was not available during the booking time, and the upgrade was unsolicited by me) to setting up the room with a lovely message.

Room was fine however compared to a number hotels and resorts I’ve stayed this hotel seems to be lacking. 1. Considering this is a 5 star hotel there doesn’t seem to be any concierge service. with a rental car, wife and a kid I had look for a trolley push my bags up to the lobby. 2. The longer seems to close rather early considering most lounges around Tokyo that I’ve stayed close around 11pm this lounge closes at 9. The selection of drinks also seems lacking only beers, wine and selection soft drink and juices. 3. Front desk staff seems a little unhelpful not sure if this is Japanese culture however during my stay I rented a car in the morning and parked at the hotel for less than 2 hours prior to checkout. I asked staff about paying for parking and she informed that charges were 4,500yen for two hours. When I was leaving the parking lot I inserted my parking ticket and the total charge for the duration was only 1,200yen. Wished the hotel staff would’ve informed that it would’ve been cheaper to just pay down stairs. This have left a very bad impression of the hotel service and I would unlikely book here again when back in Tokyo.

It was my second time staying at the hotel, however, the first time was on business this time was with family. Overall the stay was OK. We enjoyed the location and local restaurants however, the hotel front desk staff were annoying and slightly rude. The bar and restaurant staff were fantastic.
