My family's third year in a row staying at the Pullman and we all had a great time. The location is great and easily connected , and the staffing are professional, quick to act and friendly. The rooms are well presented and very comfortable. I would only share one feedback in the breakfast buffet variety day to day did not change a lot. I would like to highlight the efforts of the front desk team as we checked out with a lot of luggage and a wriggling toddler, who helped us into our cab with a friendly smile. As well as the lovely Ms Kim in the executive lounge who was great with my daughter and shared great Intel on dining in the area.

Ever since you changed the shower head. It’s horrible and the ability to relax and unwind after a long hard day at work was just taken away. Nobody likes the new shower head. It’s too weak and doesn’t put out enough water.

I really enjoy staying here, we arrive early before check in time, but the room already alvailable so we can check in early, the location also very well located, on the same level with Tamachi Station so convenient for us that bring a few luggage there. Overall really nice experience.
