Lovely new hotel with attentive staff. View and pool and spa spectacular. However Room service experience disappointing- had to call to get a current list of beverages, ( not on the app) they had to call us back, then sent the wrong items. This was 1 hr- needless to say both the staff and we were frustrated. Not a 5 star experience- AND did mention this upon check out. An apology was given however my business would then have made a compromise ie you still felt it was necessary to charge for the rice crackers from the mini bar ? Really … luxury hotel travel is a competitive business- I would learn from your competitors as you have to earn Fairmont loyalty

I stayed two to celebrate my birthday and completion of the Tokyo marathon. The Fairmont team made it an exceptional experience from beginning to end. They are were elevates this great hotel from 5 stars to a true cut above (6 stars). The room, spa and restaurants are what you expect from Fairmont - first class and fantastic in every way.

Overall stay was great. We booked for 2 nights and we r platinum accor so we get complimentary BF. BF is good but the service need to be adjusted. We asking for water and milk in coffee , we need to ask for 3 times to get them and this happened for both morning
