Please check your F and B director, whom I have complained to. Foreign staff shouting in English, and teaching local staff during breakfast is not only bad, but is unacceptable anywhere. No one serviced a guest standing outside the lounge / restaurant and a kitchen staff ended up coming out and entertaining us and led us to the lounge. The outlets are being run like by a bunch of novices and rookie, especially, foregin staff seems to have little or no knowledge of Asian level of hospitality and politeness.

Your comments have been read with the utmost seriousness. First and foremost, please accept my deepest apologies for the incident you witnessed involving shouting at breakfast. You are absolutely right, this is unacceptable anywhere, and especially here. No guest should ever be exposed to such an environment, and it clearly reflects a failure in leadership and team culture that I am addressing personally and immediately with our Food & Beverage Director. Thank you for bringing this directly to our attention. I am also truly sorry for the lack of basic hospitality you encountered at the restaurant entrance. That you were left unattended and ultimately assisted by a kitchen colleague highlights a significant breakdown in our front-of-house service and training. Your description of our outlets being run by novices is a critique we must take to heart. Your point about our foreign staff lacking understanding of Asian standards of hospitality and politeness is particularly valuable. It underscores a critical need for more intensive, culturally specific training to ensure every team member, regardless of background, meets the exemplary level of service expected in Tokyo and that you rightly anticipate from our brand. While I am glad to see your accommodation, cleanliness, and departure scores somewhat better, it is clear these were overshadowed by the fundamental service failures. We have failed not just in execution, but in creating the respectful, graceful environment you deserved. Your loyalty and your expectations have not been met, and for that, I am genuinely sorry. We will be conducting a thorough review and retraining based on your feedback. If you would be open to discussing this further, please feel free to contact me directly. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is attentive and helpful, the views are breathtaking. I was just disappointed by my airport pick, no one was there to meet me which was a let down.

My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay during our leisure getaway, and I cannot recommend this property highly enough. All staff members were welcoming and respectful—you’d even receive a warm greeting just walking past reception. The pool, gym, sauna, and our room were all spectacular. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel is new, modern, amazing design. Locations is good, with beautiful views of bay and city, including mt. Fuji view from top floors and restaurants. The staff are friendly, yet missing the final qualiy of the services - they brojght a wrong bag to my room, the breakfast oder took a long time, despite being simple. The food is good and ammenities as well.
