The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were always greeted with a warm welcome. The Fairmont Gold Supervisor Q, Sharon, and IP (I hope I got the names right) were the best! They remembered our names, coffee preferences, answered all our questions, helped with shipping our luggage, and genuinely made us feel special. Other staff to recognize for outstanding service; Roy at the front desk, Ilene in the Spa and Charles in Driftwood for his tour of Off the Record and contribution to our home video. We had the best stay and will always remember this beautiful first experience in Tokyo. Thank you!

The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, with thoughtful details that reflected true five-star standards. The bedding was superb, and every element of the space felt refined and well curated. The view of Tokyo Tower from the room was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The swimming pool and spa facilities were highlights of the experience. The pool area was elegant and relaxing, and the spa provided a calm and luxurious retreat after a day exploring the city.

It was great, but the staffers are all so young and a bit awkward (not experienced enough). But it will be resolved over time. There was an incident in which my stuff (small and inexpensive but convenient things) disappeared from my room. Although I searched thoroughly and remembered where I placed the items last, I couldn't find them. It was unfortunate, but I suggest that the housekeepers shouldn't open and move items in the closet.

What a magnificent hotel! Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome and comfortable. This was our first stay at a Fairmont with a Gold Lounge and we were blown away with just how good it is. The hotel is new and shiny, and full of lovely touches, everywhere you look. We were treated like royalty and are already making plans to return.
