I’d like to commend the excellent service we received during our stay. Posha at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming—after arriving on a red-eye flight, it truly made a difference to be greeted with such a positive and warm attitude during check-in. I would also like to express my appreciation for the Asian male staff member at the Gold Lounge reception (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). His professionalism and efficiency made our check-out process seamless and effortless, which we greatly valued. Thank you for such thoughtful and attentive service—it really enhanced our overall experience.

Very nice hard product. Staff need more training. This hotel reminds me of a basic Marriott or Westin property and not a luxury Fairmont. Poor value for money. Room rates they charge cannot be sustained with disappointing service.

Having now read your full feedback, I can fully understand your disappointment. It’s clear we didn’t deliver the level of experience you expected, and I can see how frustrating that must have felt, especially given how we position ourselves as a brand. I’ve already taken this back to the team and gone through it in detail.
