I did not get the early check in i was hoping to get a platinum card holder who is celebrating his early birthday at Fairmont. So that was rather disappointing. I arrived around 1:30pm and was told I had to wait until the rooms are avaialble which is at 3pm. When I asked if I could use the spa/pool facilities while waiting i was also rejected because the pool was full. But when I went to the wellness centre it was empty………… I don‘t know what happened but this should not have happened in a hotel like fairmont

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tokyo. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with luxurious rooms, stunning views, and excellent amenities. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was also very convenient for exploring Tokyo. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would happily stay at Fairmont Tokyo again.
