We are pleased to know that our reception team was helpful and that you enjoyed the room, the views, and features such as the outdoor access and automated blinds. It is encouraging to hear these elements contributed positively to your stay. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by the accessible features in your room. While we had already purchased proper shower wheelchairs and they had arrived prior to your stay, we regret that the replacement was unfortunately overlooked, and the smaller, unsuitable seat was presented instead. This was a clear oversight on our part, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We have since reinforced our internal checks to ensure the correct equipment is in place before guest arrival, and we are also continuing to review other aspects such as bed height and overall bathroom usability to better support guests with accessibility needs.
