Conveniently located to a variety of high end stores, polite and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and reasonably sized, I found the bed to be a little hard and the pillows were small and did not support the neck for a good sleep.

Stay was perfect whem compared to the other ibis hotels i stayed at japan. Hotel is located at the centre of Ginza and that is something special. Evem though i was a gold member, no special considerations were given, apart from the welcome drink. Overall it was a very satisfied stay at tokyo.

Reasonably priced at excellent location. Safe as there is a police and fire station if you don’t feel safe already in Tokyo. Staffs are pleasant and free hot beverage .
