I was not able to travel, so I asked to get reimburse. However the hotel did not want to reimburse me, as I booked with a special rate. It could have been a win/win, the room could have been offered with a way higher rate. Therefore I am giving me this feedback and rate.

I stayed for 3days 2nights, I was surprised that the one day free stay for gold member is not qualified for a free breakfast so I only got one free breakfast for the whole duration of my stay. More so, location is quite okay accessible to many places and train station. Hotel Staff were also nice, but free complimentary non-alcoholic drink or juice is just 100yen in convenience store. Anyway, hotel is good for a short relaxing stay (i.e. 1day) but not for long stay!
