The hotel is well located, within walking distance of many shops in Ginza and close to the train station. Free coffee for Accor members was a nice touch. Overall, the stay was okay. Around 5:30-6:00 AM, we needed assistance at the reception. We rang the bell three times, but no one came out right away. I had to ask my roommate to call the reception, and the call was only answered after a couple of attempts. When Staff R came out, we explained our need and mentioned the bell issue. We were told it should be pressed twice, which we had already done. We hope staff can be more attentive and respond in a courteous, accountable manner especially during THEIR DUTY HOURS.

Hotel is ideally located with a convenience store in front and next to Ginza 6 Department store. It is also a few meters away from the Metro. While it is located in a busy area, it is tucked in a quiet corner. The room is small and has basic amenities but comfortable.

I had a great stay at ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza. If you’re visiting Tokyo for shopping or easy travel, this is the place to be. Prime Location: You are literally steps away from the main Ginza shopping street and massive stores like Ginza Six and Uniqlo. Everything you need is right there. Fast Airport Access: It’s incredibly convenient for Haneda Airport—the drive took us less than 30 minutes, making the departure process much less stressful. Top-Notch Service: The staff were professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are modern and clean, but the location and ease of transport are the real winners here. Highly recommended!
