The hotel is in great location, just steps away from Ginza station, the Tokyo central station is about 20min away walking or 10min by car. The reception team were all very friendly, polite, and very helpful with our check in and explaining everything. The room, is a bit small than the usual, but is very comfortable and all clean. The hotel breakfast is fine, you have small selection of bread and other options of food more oriental, Asia food, but is not much, and small option of western style food such egg and bacon, it’s okay for what you need to start your day, not that big buffet. The hotel is in a walkable distance from Ginza, Higashi-Ginza and Shimbashi stations, which connects with all the main lines and is very helpful if you coming from airport or other cities by train, also other public transports are nearby, to go around and explore the city tourist attractions is easy and convenient. Overall I would stay and recommend staying at the hotel.

Thank you for sending me the survey for my stay in your hotel, during 23rd of Apr to 26th of Apr for 3 nights, the staff at the reception are super nice and friendly, given me the guide to Airbus to Narrita Airport and offer me for the free membership drink. The hotel location is very handy, it is so close to the main shopping mall, and good food around the hotel, the room is nice and tidy, well functional. However, I found that one item ( a tube of Eye cream ) that I bought from Shiseido on 27th of Apr has gone missing when I arrived to China on 26th of Apr, during my unpacking, I couldn't find this item, which was very well wrapped by the store. I don't remember that I have opened the wrap paper during my stay in Ginza, the item is well recognized, but it was gone missing in my suitcase. Because that I didn't have email access to my email when I was in China, I am unable to email to your hotel to report this incident. Now I am back to my country ( in NZ ), so I think I'd better to let you know what was happened. It might be my mistake by not packing this item in my suitcase, but very unlikely. you can check the camera recording on 27th of Apr morning time at 10am ~ 11am, I did a little bit shopping in Shiseido store and came back to hotel to put the item in the suitcase then I went out again. I clearly remember that I have had put this item very well in my luggage. Anyway, this kind of thing can be happened at any time at any where, but I would like to report to your hotel just in case it was found to be left behind.... ??? thank you for your survey and think you for your time reading this.
