Clean rooms, friendly service. Very small rooms as expected, but adequate. The breakfast was a tad disappointing, and I’m glad to see they are renovating the space and it was pretty awful if 2 people were trying to get a drink or breakfast at the same time as people were seated, very very squashy space. Breakfast food wasn’t my choice pick though…salted or cured fish and meats, omelettes and croissants. But overall was very good. Location, about 12 minutes from 2-3 subway stations, so not far, but far enough if you have a lot of luggage to cart. About 10 mins walk to ginza area, and about 15 mins walk to ginza corridor. It was good value for us over new years, but a little far if you can’t cope with walking so much, especially with luggage. There is a small but lovely rooftop terrace, and the laundry is great. There is complimentary ice cream near the laundry, and they do have the hot mineral bath for men and one for women.

Amazing location! Right in the middle of Ginza, but that means traffic noises (sirens from the nearby fire station). Size of the room was small, luggage for two was taking up a lot of space. Basic amenities were provided, immaculately clean snd well maintained. Amazing service from hotel staff! Will not hesitate to recommend and stay here again if I come back to Tokyo.

Just stayed for a night but found this place so close by everything in Ginza. The staff was excellent all spoke English and assisted in our requests for early morning taxi to Tokyo Station as well. If there was a grouse, coffee should be FOC instead of paying for the styrofoam cup from front desk.
