Nicely located by the shopping belt of Ginza and nearby train stations. Great hospitality service by staff members. Room is pretty tight in space. Not much left, especially after placing your suitcase. Likes: Hot shower runs fast. Bathroom amenities provided for. Mini fridge is cold. Coin washer/dryer. Ice machine and microwave. Housekeeping was really thorough. Complimentary coffee machine at lobby using coupon. Dislikes: Aircon went cold and hot instead of a steady temperature. TV has no international channel! And you can't chromecast! Breakfast was pretty bland. Very little variety perhaps for a small restaurant (hotel uses a small restaurant at level 1 for breakfast). No fitness centre. Pillows were kind of uncomfortable. Definitely convenient but i just wish for a bit more for an awesome stay.

Love the location. Clean room A little bit small. Need a trick to open my 2 big luggage I was upset with the washing machine. its only 2 machine for that big hotel. And cant use laundry bag. Coz when i use laundry bag make the machine error, and waste my 5 hours time waiting for my clothes...

This place couldn't be more perfectly located. Quick access to the subway, nearby bars and clubs have lots of character, some of the most expensive brands in the world within a couple of blocks away. If you like blowing your money on shopping, this is a great place to recuperate.
