The overall experience was good. I would especially like to appreciate your excellent manager, who understood my concern immediately and promptly sent me an email acknowledging the issue I faced with the breakfast service team. However, the breakfast offerings did not fully meet the expected standards or requirements. Apart from this, everything else was satisfactory.

Well located, easy to reach from the airport and many stations around. Shops, restaurants, walking streets nearby, easy to reach main attractions. But rooms are very small, and breakfast can definitely be improved (not a usual Ibis type)
