The gentleman at reception and checkout was very nice (sorry dont know the name but foreigner, maybe Nepalese, speaking very good english and japanese).

Stayed here for 5 nights. The room was clean,large enough for a couple,and very nice staff A good location in Ginza Tokyo,Near to imperial palace,shops subway all walkable Great stay thank you

Nice staf warm welcome, great location, right behind Ginza, 8mins to diffent train stations. I only disappointed point is there was a small refrigerator in the room however it wasn’t work well, can even chill a bottle of coke. When I talked to staff, they aware of it and not given any care. I should recommend whether remove the refrigerator or fix it. Totally not acceptable for malfunction facility.
