Even before i checked-in, there was an e mail mentioning my credit card was blocked and mentioning my room will be given away by 4pm if nothing is done before that time. This is totally ridiculous. I was having a meeting an have to drop everything just to entertain this e mail. I firstly called the bank to check on my CC status and its active. Thereafter i called your duty manager to mention this incident and said i have checked and card is active, please do the necessary booking. She said no sir, your card is blocked, pls check with the bank. I said i have already checked and its active. Again she insist that my card has issues. First time encountering such a bad customer service insisting customer is wrong. I said, in the future please swipe and try a few times with the card before sending such e mail to your customer saying my card is blocked and we will cancel your reservation by 4pm! Totally Unacceptable to me. I stayed a night and checked out to marriot courtyard which is just down the road in novena.

Noisy Environment in the morning from other group visitors with no action from hotel staff

I was staying on the 4th floor and was disrupted by group guests on the same floor in the morning for a few consecutive days. Despite feedback to the hotel via the online Customer Support email, no action was taken. As a result, the rest quality of my wife and I were severely affected. Interestingly, at check-out, the Assistant Front Office Manager was asking if my stay has been satisfactorily as he noticed that I had made a complaint. I wasn't very sure if it matters anymore at that point of time. Disappointed at the drop in service standard as I have been a regular at this hotel. The service standard at the member corner in the lobby restaurant was less than desirable. While I was advised by the front desk staff to inform the restaurant staff my room number, the latter, on several occasions, insisted to see my Accor membership card. It is no longer the friendly hotel that I used to know.

- Good location - Too small room for 3 persons - No staff service to help guests (leading and carrying bags) to the booked room at all - Key card is old and out of order (can used to open room door only but can't open the room lights)

Room is just too small. Maybe your standard, but with just a max 1 feet of walking space after bed is just too less. Stretch your arms in bathroom, and you would hit both ends - and would not be even able to stretch out fully. No almirah ! Open rack with small shelves is nothing. No help to get the luggage to room. Drag your bags to lift and help yourself. No Airport transfer service available - we did booked through an app, but you should provide this service. Had to call three times to reception to get a spare third cup in the room. Once coffee etc is finished, the cleaning staff never bothered to replenish them. And finally, you should mention beforehand that there will be a security refundable deposit of 50$ even after paying for the stay in advance.

It was a good stay, as the hotel is quite near to little india and other places. Nicely maintained. Just 2 things, considering there are many indian tourists, many jain & veg, it will great to have atleats 2 indian food items. Difficult to everyday survive only on bread butter. Second during our first stay in the room basic dental jit was missing, which i assumed isn't given, but on the second stay, it was given so wasn't sure as i had to buy myself during the first time.

It was one of those rare times when I had to stay at an Accor property for one night in order to maintain my status at a certain tier. The stay was alright, nothing special. The thing that has me writing this review is this: the email confirmation I received from the reservation agent upon booking had stated that there was nothing to be paid at the hotel as my credit card had been charged. However, upon check-in and check-out, I was told that payment for the room had not been made. First time this has happened. Some confusion ensued and I finally paid before leaving. Will be waiting for the credit card statement to arrive to check if I have been double charged.

I am happy to see improvements to drinking water facilities with water dispenser available in every floor. One problem I have is with the humming sound from the lifts, not sure if it is due to the workings of the engine. It gets especially obvious to me in the night.

Check in was horrible. There is special lane for Accor members but the reception treated me like normal people checked in. I have done online check in but have to wait for long. The room was surprisingly very small and does not commensurate on the price paid. Stayed for 4 nights but there was no special treatment

The original plan was to stay for 14 nights. Hence, I had paid for 14 days of breakfast in advance. However, I had to check out early on 15th December, after staying there for 4 nights. While I checked for the unconsumed 10 days of breakfast, the receptionist had informed me that I would be contacted by the manager regarding the refund. Till date, I did not get my refund, and the manager did not contact me. In that aspect, I am quite unhappy with the stay there. In between, I had been to Ibis on Thursday, 19-Dec, and asked for an update regarding the refund. Even then, I was told that the manager would contact me regarding the refund.

1. Television needs replacing - difficult to turn on, change channels and adjust volume. 2. Coffee making area very cramped. Cups should have saucers. No long life milk in frig. No bottled water .. this is supplied in all good hotels. 3. No half hourly bus to airport.
