first of all, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. But the room cleanliness I think is way under standard. Esp on the 6th fl. I had moved the room twice and end up the staffs moved me to 8th fl. As there are many small inspects in the room on the 6th fl. The hot food (breakfast line) also not well cooked - e.g. the fired noodle.

Ms Lulu is extremely nice and passion on her work on cleaning. She is easily available in 6th floor and able to clean up the room with effective and efficiently.

Quiet place and nice service but the hardware is not in good condition. The bed sheet and quilt cover are dirty.

I stay here with my colleague & the hotel location surrounding by some hospital, temples & shopping mall. To find the meals is easy, where just cross the street will find the mall, going to hospital (Tan Tock Sheng, Mount Elizabeth etc) also a distance. The nearest MRT, Novena MRT , is also a distance. For the guest that willing come to Hospital as above recommended these is one of the best hotel at that location.
