Have to queue to get slice of butter during breakfast (no small butter pack provided perhaps for cost saving), chair in room (my room was 6xx) is not comfortable for doing work (e.g working using laptop) as the back rest is not padded instead just steel mesh. In general chair is not ergonomic for working in room especially for people travelling for work like me.
