The staff are accommodating and friendly. The location is near Opp Zhongshan Mall Bus station. It is just around 100-200 meters. The nearest train station is Novena Station. Around 700-800 meters to walk via Irrawaddy road. You can take bus no. 130, 141 to take you to novena station. The rooms are small. Nevertheless, I had a good sleep throughout my stay. The breakfast is okay. I love their croissant and salted egg bun.

I am disappointed with the hospitality I received at the Ibis Hotel. It felt like there was a different standard for Indian guests. I urge the management to treat all guests equally and with respect.
