Nice hotel though no facilities. Clean room. Location is quite nice , have bus stop near by. One lady Reception Staff is very nice and helpful however, another lady staff was not so helpful

I stayed 2N at Ibis Novena, overall experience was quite good. Check-in was no hassle, allowed late check out. Breakfast time was quite long 06:30 - 10:30, had a lot of core simple varieties. Taste and flavour overall quite good. Serve local fingerfood, but some are not very nice like samosa. Had a chance to meet the housekeeping lady by the name of Lulu. She was very professional, courtesy and perform her task quite details. She was adjusting her cleaning schedule to meet our needs as my mother is in the wheelchair. She confirm with us what time we wants our room clean and make sure if we are okay if she come to clean when we are around. Thank you for the nice stay. Piter

Strategic location, as it is a bit far from main city center, but still quite accessible to public transport. Food is also good, did not try the breakfast though, just lunch.
