We stayed at this hotel for four nights and unfortunately experienced a persistent issue with the television in our room. From the first evening until checkout, the TV displayed nothing but static. There were no available channels at any point during our stay. On the first night, I called the front desk to report the problem. I was told that the entire hotel was experiencing signal reception issues. No alternative solution was offered, no apology was given, and the staff member ended the call in a manner I found discourteous. The following day, I raised the issue again with a different staff member at reception. I was assured that an engineer would be arranged to inspect the problem. However, the issue was never resolved, and it appears that no one actually attended the room. Spending four nights without any in-room entertainment facilities was disappointing and did not meet reasonable expectations for a hotel stay. However, I would like to commend the housekeeping staff. She was consistently polite, professional, and thorough in their cleaning. Her service was the only aspect of the stay that met a satisfactory standard. Overall, due to the unresolved technical issue and the handling of the complaint, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is beyond description -- it is very convenient to get around everywhere. HOWEVER, it was extremely noisy in the hallway one night, and it lasted for a long time. People were talking, smashing the doors, kids running, and two people were video-calling their families. I tried to call the front desk but it was no avail. Nobody ever picked up the phone. So in the end I had to stop a lady from calling myself. Also this room that I got was right across an apartment condo. So basically, if I didn't draw the curtain, everyone across could SEE me in the room.

Comfortable but quite noisy in the morning as opposite room’s guests opened the door and chatted loudly. We could hear clearly and woke us up.
