The hotel is well located with a famous food court nearby called WHAMPOA Food Court. The hotel rooms are clean , spacious with wooden floors ( not carpet) . This was an important issue for my mom who has had allergies that act up with carpeting. But she was completely fine and comfortable at the IBIS NOVENA. The reservation manager Jarrod Tan was also very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. Thank you to all the staff and team at the IBIS NOVENA! :)

I was disappointed as during breakfast, i decided to go up my room to use the toilet and get my coat. As I a a cup of coffee and still drinking it and not to put it to a waste i requested for a paper cup and brought it. When I came back the supervisor allowed me to refill my coffee yet one of the breakfast staff tried to stop me from getting coffee inspite ordered by the door manager/supervisor. The staff who tried to stop me was a lady Indian looking and should not be in your staff as this type of people diminishes your the good work of the other staff.

Several elevators were out for several days, the coffee machine at breakfast was constantly not working or running low etc and it was really noisy in the hallway during the nights and no one intervened

Good greeting at the front desk and we received early checked in on that day but not enough information in regards to any discount offer if we eat at the restaurant. The check out reception did not bid a good farewell such as : thank you for staying with us , etc or perhaps my expectation is too much. Overall I had a great stay at Ibis Novena :)

I have rather negative experience with my stay this time: 1) bedsheet needs to be refreshing. It has some odor / not fresh smell 2) the toaster was out of order 3) would be nice if you could also add more variety of food e.g. Japanese food, etc

The front desk was exceptionally rude. They wont even look at you, or answer questions properly. The room had all the amenities, but was very congested. For 3 adults and a kid, it was almost claustrophobia inducing level tiny. The food and restaurant was wonderful. The staff and service was exceptional. Housekeeping was also wonderful.
