Overall, a comfortable stay. There were some challenges but still the stay was ok. With Ibis, the expectations are not very high. One is aware that the rooms will be compact and small and the food menu limited. Though small for double occupancy, the room was clean and well-maintained. And the wi-fi connectivity in the room was excellent. Strange that drinking water was not provided in the room but one was supposed to use water dispensers installed on each floor. However, the dispensers were not working. This should have been rectified, but maybe, not done due to covid situation. Luckily, the front desk staff was very supportive and thanks to my membership status, I got complimentary bottles for both the days. The breakfast area was clean and comfortable but I wish the breakfast itself had more options in the menu. Bit surprising that for eggs menu, one had to take what was available that day. I wonder why the cook couldn't make omelets or fried eggs as requested by the guests. And the restaurant was not open after 5 pm, probably an covid effect. For the welcome drink voucher, only soft drinks were available. In all other Accor properties, even Ibis, wine and beer options are also there. The best part of the stay for me was the helpful and courteous staff who helped to ensure comfort and made me feel welcomed as a Platinum member. They provided late checkout, as requested and also helped out when the automated currency vending machine in the lobby suddenly stopped mid-way during the transaction.

You are correct that the water dispensers are currently under maintenance as a safety matter and I am hoping that we will be able to reinstate this as soon as possible. As for F&B, we are working towards expanding our breakfast offering over the coming months, I am however surprised that the the team were not able to accommodate your request for fried eggs and rest assured this will be highlighted accordingly. As for the welcome the drink, we will be expanding this to include a small selection of alcoholic beverages once we have finalised the menu listings. I sincerely hope that we are able to make up for the shortfalls on your next visit as we transition away from this pandemic and restores all services and offering. The bathroom smell of body odor and some of staff are not very friendly. No free bottle water in the room and no washer for toilet.

Overall hotel stay was good. but room cleaning was should be done every day instead of the alternate day. Obis must provide complimentary water to guest during stay.

Too crowd, room super noisy by group guest, breakfast is too little compare price that paid

I often stay at Ibis Novena for my trip to Singapore. Their ambassadors, especially them at the front desk, are always helpful, nice, and warm. That is why I always come back to stay there. Helpful and friendly staff, nice, efficient, and clean room, comfortable bed, strong pressure hot shower, adequate breakfast, good location, with public transport nearby, I could not ask for more.
