Arrived late , was unlit , no lights inside could not get a drink of water or even a cup room was noisy , heater worked but was hanging of wall no cups anywhere thirsty all night even the tap was difficulty to suck from as it was in a sink that smelt of urine

The toilets were unusable. They were either blocked. Dirty or no toilet tissue in any of the toilets. Two floors had dirty toilets. Dirty towels on the floor of the toilets. Beds not made. Bed linen just thrown into the room. I have photos.

Paid for room with bathroom, got a basic room without. No explanation beyond “the computer says”. Put in a complaint and chased. no reply. Usually Formule1 is basic, but good. Here they certainly did not deliver and did not try to repair. Says it all. Avoid.

Pas de réponse a une demande d'information envoyée par mal, oreiller pourri, bruit dans le couloir jusqu'à 3h du matin, petit déjeuner ouvert a 7h30 au lieu de 7h. Je ne reviendrai plus !!

Halte sur la viarhôna, nous avons réservé une chambre Cabrio. Différente des photos du site : espace petit, salle de bain minuscule et surtout la déco (récente) est déjà complètement abîmée (peinture qui craquelle, sol qui se décolle)… Nous avons payé un petit dej 12€ annoncé à 4€80 sur place. Si vous vous interrogiez à l’idée de prendre ce dernier : évitez-le, à part du café et des tranches de brioche vous n’y trouverez rien !
