Arrived late , was unlit , no lights inside could not get a drink of water or even a cup room was noisy , heater worked but was hanging of wall no cups anywhere thirsty all night even the tap was difficulty to suck from as it was in a sink that smelt of urine

The toilets were unusable. They were either blocked. Dirty or no toilet tissue in any of the toilets. Two floors had dirty toilets. Dirty towels on the floor of the toilets. Beds not made. Bed linen just thrown into the room. I have photos.
