We stayed here for 2 nights, The reception staff was good and responsive, room was specious ( We had sofa converted to 2nd bed for my child) and clean. Breakfast was included which was nice. Location was perfect for us, not in city center of Rennes but not far either very much connected by bus network. Highway exit/entry for Saint Malo was close too.

The room was spacious, clean, there was a view from the window, the bed was comfortable. I would have given this hotel a higher mark had the air-conditioning worked. It was during the hot weather and although I asked Reception about it now working, no solution was readily offered. Luckily I had brought my own fan with me, but without that it would have been insufferably hot. The windows open, but the air was hot outside too. I'd stay there again if I could be sure of air-con in the summer.
