Bonjour, Merci d’avoir partagé votre retour. Nous souhaitons vous rassurer : la chambre que vous avez occupée ne se situe pas en "cave", mais bien au rez-de-chaussée de l’établissement. Nos chambres sont toutes conçues selon le même agencement, avec des équipements et un confort identiques, quel que soit l’étage. Le choix de cette chambre correspond également au type que vous aviez réservé. Lors de votre arrivée, il restait effectivement d'autres chambres disponibles, mais aucune ne correspondait à la configuration spécifique de votre réservation (type de lit, nombre de personnes, etc.). N’hésitez pas lors d’un prochain séjour à nous faire part de vos préférences à l’avance, et nous ferons de notre mieux pour vous proposer une chambre qui vous conviendra pleinement.
