My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ibis in Mantes la Jolie. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The front desk manager was helpful and friendly, and the continental breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay at the Ibis during future visits to Mantes la Jolie.

GREAT EXPERIENCE EXCEPT COULD NOT USE SHOWER WHICH WAS VERY CLEAN BUT DISGUSTING SMELLS COMING UP THROUGH DRAINS. THEREFORE COULD NOT USE ONE OF SERVICES WHICH WE HAD PAID FOR.

It was absolutely awful in every way - the room was tiny and dirty, it was very hot and stuffy in the room, the whole place smelt like weed and cigarettes. The bathroom stank, even more so after it was cleaned for some bizarre reason. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. There were very loud building works downstairs in the lobby area - you had to walk over building materials and debris to exit. Would never stay here or at another Ibis again and would not recommend to anyone.

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty The bed linen dirty and the worst of all were the public toilets by the reception which were so dirty that I didn't even dare to wash my hands there

As usual my stay was what I expect from a budget hotel but on this occasion there was a great deal of noise from other guests. This seemed to come from a party in another room for several hours from midnight until 4:00 am. It is disappointing that no action was taken by staff to prevent this

Nice little Hotel, very convenient for a fiew nights at 50km from Paris. It's cheap, the staff is very kind and efficient. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is more than enough. Two things to review: the magnetic keys of the rooms or the parking are demagnetized permanently, and the WiFi is totally under dimensionen for the size of this hotel.

There was a problem: there is no possibility to request sleep room adapted to handicapped persons. Otherwise the phone request always is ignored by the hotel front desk... The question only should be solved (if possible) at the check in what wasn't a good system!

The bed was not made up for the third person. The room was basic and clean as would be expected for the price. Couldn’t leave window open to let air in because it was too noisy. A fan would be useful in hot weather. Breakfast was fine.

We were welcomed by a very friendly employee, had a clean room with enough space for 4 people, good breakfast. Only “critic” : very noisy area and because of the heat we had to keep the window open.

Arrived early, good welcome at check-in and underground car park was a valuable extra. Room OK (though did not benefit from the fully enclosed en-suite shower) and there was no air confitioning. Also, we were surprised that there was no safety catch on a fourth floor window that would prevent it from opening fully. But breakfast next morning was disappointing. No fresh bread or baguettes, just white sliced bread for toast. One French guest went to the baker round the corner to buy a baguette for her family. There was not enough cheese, milk, and other supplies on display. The attitude of the Ibis staff member was very offhand, providing more foood grudgingly and being more interested in talking into his mobile phone than in attending to the wishes of the guests
