Visiting for business reasons, the hotel is ideally situated for a quick 5 minute walk to where I needed to be. The price is fair for the amenities provided. The bed comfortable and the bathroom functional. My only issue was the positioning between desk and bed made it difficult to find a comfortable sitting position to work. Something that would probably not impact anyone visiting for leisure.

We could not stay few hours after we checked in. The room was too cold, and the reception was not handled responsibly. Poor customer service. Had to cancel in two hours and look for another hotel. We were very disappointed because we could not rest properly after a long and tiring day.

I have forgot my earphones in my room .. I realized it after I dropped the key .. I ve sent an email about it , no answer also nobody said anything to me !!! I do want it back , but I believe that the cleaners do not reported that !!!!!
