We could not stay few hours after we checked in. The room was too cold, and the reception was not handled responsibly. Poor customer service. Had to cancel in two hours and look for another hotel. We were very disappointed because we could not rest properly after a long and tiring day.

I have forgot my earphones in my room .. I realized it after I dropped the key .. I ve sent an email about it , no answer also nobody said anything to me !!! I do want it back , but I believe that the cleaners do not reported that !!!!!
