Dear Yukori, Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We are, however, surprised by your opinion. In fact, our establishment is more suitable for short stays, but we do adapt to our customers who are here for longer periods such as yours. Your initial room booking was for a single (which we didn\'t think was suitable for a long stay), so we upgraded you to a double room for greater comfort. Regarding to the shower in your first room, unless we are mistaken, you informed us that you did not have much hot water 3 weeks after your check-in. Please be assured that we are at your disposal 24 hours a day and we could have made the necessary arrangements earlier. We have therefore offered you another room, which we hope suits you. If you need anything, don\'t hesitate to come and see us at reception. We\'ll do our best to meet your needs. Best Regards, Jenna / Front office
