Room was basic but comfortable. Bed/mattress was comfortable. Room didn’t feel particularly clean or fresh. There was a strong smell of damp. Bathroom was not particularly clean on arrival, and there was mould in several locations around the bathroom/shower. Insects in bathroom. The shower was powerful and the temperature hot/cold adjustment was good. However the shower head was not adjustable for height and direction, so you had to hold the shower head. No towels were in the bathroom/room on arrival. I appreciate this is a budget hotel at a budget price point. However cleanliness doesn’t need to suffer as a result, and it felt like it was below an acceptable standard at this particular hotel.

Chambre très correcte rénovée en 2023 , par contre l'extérieur de l'établissement ,( façade, toiture) laisse à désirer... Personnel très competent ,agréable et souriant . Situé en pleine zone commerciale, tout est accessible à pied( restaurants,commerces ).

Chambre propre, lit confortable, salle de bain et serviettes propres. Qqs toiles d'araignée au plafond. Petit déjeuner classique à volonté. Bien situé dans une zone commerciale si besoin. Qqs clients bruyants (ça l'hôtel n'y peut rien malheureusement = manque de savoir-vivre) à une heure assez tardive.

Nous avons eu la malchance de tomber sur des équipes de sports de jeunes adolescent.e.s qui ont fait du bruit toute la nuit à jouer au hockey dans les couleurs. Même après quelques avertissements, le calme est revenu que vers 3h du matin. Très déçu qu'il n'y ait pas de gardien de nuit pour maintenir le silence et le respect du vivre essemble.

Monsieur, Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire à la suite de votre séjour. Nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos excuses. Notre réceptionniste de nuit est intervenu plusieurs fois mais cela n'a malheureusement pas suffit à calmer ces nombreux jeunes sportifs qui étaient là pour une compétition ponctuelle. De nouveau veuillez nous excuser pour ces désagréments que nous n'avons pas pu contrôler.
