Regarding the room cleaning and towel replacement, we would like to clarify that, as part of our eco-friendly policy to reduce water and detergent consumption, daily room refreshing is not automatically performed. We sincerely regret if this policy was not clearly explained to you at check-in. However, towels can always be exchanged upon request at the front desk. As for your comments regarding the cleanliness, bugs, and the breakfast, these descriptions do not reflect our usual standards. We have immediately scheduled an inspection of the room with our housekeeping team and our pest control provider to investigate your claims. Our breakfast at €8.90 is strictly compliant with the standards of our hotel category, but we have nonetheless shared your remarks with our food and beverage team. Unfriendly, so noisy, very dirty, smelly, the breakfast almost nothing! The towels were smelly, 3 days without changing them or cleaning the room. Bugs everywhere, very noisy.

Personnel à l’accueil professionnel, la chambre à notre arrivée n’était pas faite ( à 16h), le problème a été réglé de suite. Chambre et salle de bains vieillissants, à rafraîchir!!ainsi que la moquette du couloir. Personnel insuffisant au petit déjeuner: l’hôtel était complet, et une seule personne , pourtant pleine de bonne volonté, ne pouvait pas assurer les ruptures ( pain, viennoiseries, couverts, tasses, bols…) et les départs, appels téléphoniques, et aussi s’occuper de l’échelle de vaisselle sale…
