The positive points. It was easy to book the room online. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was ok. Bad points. The pillows were pathetic. Nothing like the advert! Receptionist was rude. Wouldn’t let us sit on the chairs in the breakfast area during the evening. Kept saying it was a closed area. Ridiculous. I also asked receptionist for extra pillows to be told they didn’t have any!!! Wouldn’t stay there again

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was adequate. The hotel is easy to reach from the Autoroute.

The room smell of cigarettes so bad that we could not breathe properly the next morning. The shower door could not be shut properly. The frame of the door was rusty.

Brief and good.chambermaids knock on door at 9.30am unhelpful.confusing message on back of door meant unsure if checkout was 10 or midday.It was midday.Otherwise perfect for our needs.

Good value compared to hotels in the area, quiet, good breakfast, rooms are small and very basic but clean, staff is nice. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away. One downside is there is not much in term of food in walking distance of the hotel, just a McD. It's my 3rd stay here and I'll stay again in the future.

Dirty and damaged

Had pre-paid in advance but was asked to pay 14 cents tourist tax in cash. Receptionist expected me to have 14 cents exactly in cash And half-complained that i didn’t. This tax should be included in the pre-paid price.

Hard to find in the dark, third child's bed wasn't made up and we arrived late, we were missing towels also. Otherwise fine for the price.

Good, the room was fine, but as usual, the double mattress sheets barely covered the mattress, and came loose after a small amount of movement on the bed. I choose this hotel chain because it had air conditioning, but it wasnt working during my stay. So I reverted to the DIY A/C where i opened the window and bedroom door to create a flow of air through the room. The manager was very helpful, but did not speak a word of english

It was really difficult to find the entrance, having to pull at the nearby Novotel to ask how to access the Ibis Budget. Very poor signage/non existant. Otherwise, well situated (when you finally find it). WAs also travelling with our little dog and was allocated a room on second floor, Vs ground floor, minus point for this. CArd payment machine was not working, having to use our currencies to pay for the stay, another minus point.

The room 208 is too noisy ! There is a permanent noise coming from i don't where exactly but looks like the canalisation and air conditioning system. You cannot control it. It's like a non stop running shower and the all night. In the end i didn't sleep ! and i was the all day dead tired. Just a very bad experience. My daughter took about 1 hour to fall asleep.
