Good location, efficient stay, food (dinner) was ok too, but rooms and hallways leading to rooms do clearly show advanced status of wear and tear. For me, it would soon come to a point were it becomes a reason to avoid that particular hotel in future. Lobby, restaurant etc. has been renovated nicely some years ago - now it is clearly time to upate the other parts of the hotel too..

Staff is great, from front office to F&B and HK. Helpful and friendly. Room condition isn’t great, the wood part of the desk table is broken at the bottom. Shower head pressure is quite low. Floor has some stains on it. Minibar only had water inside, no soda or beer. They do offer coffee in room tho. Breakfast buffet is small, not much choice. Accor should check on their competitors such as Hilton. Much better and bigger buffet. Wifi works perfectly. Overall the team there is very nice but this hotel really need some repairs, not worth the price.

Every staff member was very friendly. I forgot to bring my toothbrush from home and arrived at around 21:00 hrs at the hotel after a flight. Unfortunately, the 4 star Hotel did neither have a toothbrush for free,nor for purchase available. So I was only able to purchase a toothbrush myself the next morning in the supermarket about 10 min by car away, before heading off to the first business meeting that day.

Staff is really friendly and very serviced minded. The hotel is very old fashioned with outdated carpet all over. I was not comfortable with the security related to air conditioning filters to protect customers from covid spread especially in the rooms.

Enormous main neon sign facing main road half out of order NO .. TEL First indication of the state of this very tired hotel. Impossible to find entrance. TOTALLY DARK Sign. No way of knowing that back gate near MacDonalds leads to hotel. Had to stop at Ibis budget hotel and ask for directions. Only discovered ‘main’ entrance in the daylight in the morning. ‘Phad Thai’ an insult to Thai cuisine. Totally bland and tasteless fettuccini (not rice noodles) - had to add 2 sauces salt and pepper to get any flavour. Served with knife and fork in a bowl. And bread rolls?! (Should have been fork and spoon.) Why no uniform credit system? Mercury Republique Lyon demanded deposit. Novotel Poissy did ‘imprint’ of credit card. Accor has my credit card details, as confirmed with every reservation. I was planning to return to Mercure Republique in Lyon tomorrow but after experiencing Ibis Budget Hotel in Mantes la Jolie* and Novotel Poissy plus previous disappointing experience at Mercure Republique Lyon on 18/8/2020 my wife and I feel (sadly) it’s time to give Accor Hotels a break for a while. As an ex hotelier I expect a LOT more from Accor. Spent last night in a lovely hotel in Annecy - Best Western Plus Hôtel Carlton as we’ve lost trust in Accor.

I arrived very late in the evening after both the restaurant and bar had closed, however on check in and with my membership I was entitled to a free drink. The night check in ensured I got a bottle of water despite the late hour.

I booked this hotel, because it was the only Accor hotel in this region. The lobby is nice and inviting, but the rooms are a bit dated but all functional. No complaints. The breakfast is nice and if you go for dinner I recommend to go for the suggestions of the day. Its value for money. Had to ask for my welcome drink as a Accor Platinum member, should improve. But the staff was always friendly and helpful.

We had 3 rooms altogether in our party and everyone of us enjoyed our stay. Very nice rooms with mini fridge. Lovely buffet breakfast more than adequate for all. But location means you must drive. Good

Clean, quiet, decent breakfast. Price is a bit high compared to the other similar location hotels but I have chosen this for its reliability. There are no restaurants near by (except McDonalds) so be prepared to eat at hotel.

I know pretty well this hotel because of my frequent stay for buiness. Personnel is very attentive and nice. The restaurant scores also pretty well (but meat is not tender). I reccomend this hotel for busines or leasure if you travel by car.

Just what was needed before and after a long journey. Staff spoke good English but were appreciative of my French efforts. Breakfast was excellent and we will be using Novotel again during holiday journeys.

Despite requesting non-smoking room, I received smoking one. Being Accor Platinum member - I received no upgrade upon check-in, despite the fact that I arrived to hotel at 2 am, it did not look like they were prepared to see me at all. Very unsatisfactory service!
