The room was extremely hot fans were provided in request, customer service was poor no one spoke any English food was minimal and the sofa beds was very uncomfortable.

Great food- rooms need updating!

Check in took a great deal of time as there was a large queue but only one person checking in. The room was very uncomfortable with a hard bed and pillows that need updating. The shower ran hot to cold with nothing in between. On check out I wasn’t asked about my stay and felt rushed to move on. The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant. The food quality and staff both for dinner and breakfast were amazing! Big thanks to those staff!
