We are particularly sorry that the Wi-Fi issue affected your stay so significantly, especially as you had chosen our hotel partly because you needed a peaceful and comfortable place to work. We are currently experiencing a technical issue with our fibre connection dedicated to the guest Wi-Fi. Our teams are working closely with our provider to restore the service as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we have put a temporary ADSL solution in place. While this allows us to maintain internet access, we are fully aware that the connection is slower and less stable than the service our guests should normally expect. We sincerely regret that this situation impacted your ability to work and, consequently, your overall experience, despite the other aspects of your stay having met your expectations. I really liked this hotel, it was very cosy and comfortable, with a nice breakfast and everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Except for the internet. I needed to work during my stay and chose this hotel because it seemed like a peaceful and comfortable place to do so. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was far too slow and unstable, which made working very difficult. Everything else was great, but unfortunately, the poor internet connection significantly affected my stay.

Room was cold snd very basic. Food offering was poor. I chose the lasagne which gave me diarrhea. Breakfast was precocious. Loose tea and a stupid bag. I would not stay again

Good hotel with lovely and helpful staff. The hotel is convenient for the tram and close to the rugby stadium which you can walk in in 15 minutes. No luxuries but it had everything we needed and the room was quiet throughout the night despite being on the main road. Would definately return and 100% recommend

Great friendly staff Happy to speak English , patient and encouraging to my Francaise. Tram very nearby, easy to navigate. City centre in minutes Excellent sites nearby Restaurant meal of the day turned out to be the most French and most delicious food of the trip. Though La Petit Commerce for seafood was fantastic. Room had great view of historic graveyard, a must visit.
