Conveniently located for central Bordeaux, this hotel would have received a higher rating had it not been for one simple fact. It singularly prioritised private parties/no residents over its guests. Literally each day throughout our stay we could not access, at some stage or another, the hotel's bar/restaurant because the hotel catered (literally) to non resident parties . This hospitality failure totally overshadowed any positive views we may have had of our stay.

Dear Michael, We are sorry to read that your stay did not meet what you expected. During this week end, a part of the bar was indeed privatise but it was only a part of it, that means, it was still possible to order drinks. The restaurant was totally available, maybe they were full at the time you wished. The room service was also available if needed. Hopefully we will get the chance to regain your trust through a next stay.

Location ideal , staff pleasant, room did its job, however no fridge (room 816), i liked that we could refill our water bottle in reception, the tram to airport a 5 minute walk was excellent.we did not have breakfast as we had thought it was included in the price, however e20 each we felt was expensive as an extra.

Spent 4 days in Bordeaux in autumn. Bordeaux Centre was well located for city city centre and also some more local brasserie and restaurants. The hotel bar had a truly excellent choice of wines by the glass - a real treat.
