Friendly staff. Exceptional room amenities. Loved the bed size and single use slippers. The only thing I’d suggest is to improve sound proofing in the room as I kept getting woke up by the noises in the hallway

We stayed a night in Bordeaux, with baby and grandparents. Everything was well catered for, the restaurant in the hotel was excellent, the staff looked after us really well, including cute little touches like a toy for our baby. The rooms are simple yet comfortable.

Well located hotel, close to tram and food places. Decent rooms - good to have a kettle and a safe. Could have done with milk for the tea / coffee. The bed sheets were very noisy and resulted in a bad night's sleep due to waking every time someone moved. Breakfast was disappointing with many items gone and the cooked breakfast was unappetising when finally replenished. Pastries were nice.
