Hotel is very close to the center rooms are clean and comfortable breakfast is very good and staff are very helpful. We order a bolt and it was late because of traffic jam we have to be at 16:30 at cite du vin or we lose our slot in sensoria. Rafael from reception call taxi for us which can come imidietly and drove us on time. Thanks Rafael!

Rooms were spacious and clean. The bar/lobby area is very nice. Friendly staff. I was only disappointed in the 'coolness' of the a/c in the room - just felt more like air blowing. I also didnt expect the hotel to be a 15 minute walk to center of the city so it's not exactly in the 'center' of Bordeaux, but if you dont mind a little walk, it's still in a decent location. Tram stop is a 5 minute walk.
