I was very disappointed in your hotel. I can appreciate the efforts of sustainability etc but it seems to be at the loss of service to the customer. No fridge in the room - one downstairs at reception if required, hence the customer has to go down and is inconvenienced. Pillows - since when did square cushions start getting used ? try sleeping on them not at all comfortable. Again the customer suffers. Garbage bins at the entrance of the lists - not at all aesthetically pleasing. The furniture in the waiting area is not functional - the chairs are too low and are a struggle to get in and out of. The. price of wine at the bar was ridiculous, we visited a number of high end wine bars in Bordeaux and none charge the astronomical fee of 7 Euro for 6cl. It is the only Accor hotel I have stayed at where my membership was not acknowledged.
