We had a horrible experience while staying at this hotel. Kids age 10 and 11 were put on camp beds which were small and cramped. When my son sat on it it fell apart. Asked staff if this could be rectified but they were very unhelpful and stated that that is the only bed available for kids. The room was not clean, carpet old and stained, curtains had stains on it. Room had a very stale smell. As it happened we had to leave after 1 night and return home due to a family matter and when asked if the hotel could compensate us for the second night we paid for they also refused. I am not one to ever write reviews or express my dissatisfaction but I feel I need to with this hotel. I don't want anyone else to be fooled by their clever pictures online.

Please be aware that the beds are suitable for children under 16 and that we have never received this type of feedback before. Indeed, as my colleagues explained to you on site, we do not have any other beds for children. The only option is to book two connecting rooms.
