I had a wonderful stay at the Novotel in Bordeaux. The location was excellent—just about 10 minutes from downtown, yet situated in a peaceful, modern neighborhood that offered a relaxing atmosphere away from the city bustle. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the mattress, which was incredibly comfortable and gave me some of the best sleep I've had in a hotel. The sound insulation was outstanding, both between rooms and from outside noise, making it an absolutely perfect place to rest. I also really appreciated being able to open the window, which is a great advantage for me personally. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and I loved the bathroom cosmetics as well. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent throughout my stay. The air conditioning also worked perfectly, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature at all times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If I return to Bordeaux in the future, I would happily choose the same hotel again—and even the same room. Highly recommended!

We were first put in a room that was currently occupied. Many of the bathroom fixtures were broken. The lighting was insufficient. Breakfast was ok though. The location was convenient . We would choose a different place on our next stay though.
