Location ideal , staff pleasant, room did its job, however no fridge (room 816), i liked that we could refill our water bottle in reception, the tram to airport a 5 minute walk was excellent.we did not have breakfast as we had thought it was included in the price, however e20 each we felt was expensive as an extra.

As for breakfast, the price is €19.50 for a full buffet; we understand it may feel expensive if not expected. Spent 4 days in Bordeaux in autumn. Bordeaux Centre was well located for city city centre and also some more local brasserie and restaurants. The hotel bar had a truly excellent choice of wines by the glass - a real treat.

Aircon cannot be controlled, dirty hallway carpet and drank in a cracked glass. Breakfast however is good and staff are friendly

Dear Antonette, We are sorry to read that your stay did not exactly meet your expectations. For sustainable engagement reasons, Aircon can be controlled to a certain limit. Moreover, during the winter period,the AC is on the heat mode, that explain why it wasn't blowing cool air. I was very disappointed in your hotel. I can appreciate the efforts of sustainability etc but it seems to be at the loss of service to the customer. No fridge in the room - one downstairs at reception if required, hence the customer has to go down and is inconvenienced. Pillows - since when did square cushions start getting used ? try sleeping on them not at all comfortable. Again the customer suffers. Garbage bins at the entrance of the lists - not at all aesthetically pleasing. The furniture in the waiting area is not functional - the chairs are too low and are a struggle to get in and out of. The. price of wine at the bar was ridiculous, we visited a number of high end wine bars in Bordeaux and none charge the astronomical fee of 7 Euro for 6cl. It is the only Accor hotel I have stayed at where my membership was not acknowledged.
