i stayed for 2 nights. Boasting a convenient location, this place could do with better overall cleanliness, especially in the restrooms. The fixtures and decor are worn with signs of age. Room wall tones are rather dark, and the bread served at breakfast are not appetizing.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable bed and I personally loved the coffee pod machine on the room!! Only had breakfast once but it was fine. Not too many options for food here but there are plenty of restaurants in Bordeaux itself. It might be an idea to mention that the bar closes very early as my group were a little disappointed to be told just after 11pm that we could have one drink!

Great helpful reception staff. Given the cost of the room, it is poorly appointed with shabby cheap furniture. The restaurant only provided pizza. The breakfast at additional cost, was poor, especially when compared to other Mercury hotels. Access to the car park is difficult, especially so for more elderly people, having to carry luggage up many flights of stairs
