Overall an ok hotel, very old building but properly refurbished. Breakfast was a massive low: they did not even have enough glasses and flatware, I had to queue up for 10 minutes to get a coffee from the automatic machines, servers were in panic and unhelpful. Definitely not a place well managed imo.

Great breakfast. Phone did not work even though they kept stating that it was repaired. Had to change rooms. No fun. No desks nor drawers. Great coffee and tea selection nice enough mini fridge, with water, which was very nice

Generally good but had a problem with the breakfast. Paid a deposit of €400 as requested for 4 breakfasts but decided NOT to have them. Despite this we were charged €156 for our 2x4 breakfasts. We had breakfast there the first morning which we paid €39 for at the breakfast room itself. We did not have any further meals there. Now we cannot get our €156 back from the hotel. Please address this situation.
