Short stay in Bordeaux and hotel is clean and well located. There is no bedroom slipper or kettle, and the tap does not provide very hot water for making tea or coffee that I bought (not provided in the room).

From my first meeting with Alexis who showed me the hotel through 3 nights experiencing on point positive support from entire staff .we usually stay in high end boutique hotels. We found mama to be equally comfortable and the staff interaction blew us away! We are mama converts!!

We are fans of Mama's Shelter, but were a little disappointed that the staff had us wait an hour for the rooftop to open, only to send us back downstairs. The didn't open the restaurant due to "bad weather" when in fact the weather in Bordeaux that weekend was beautiful. We love rooftops and were sad not to be able to eat there all weekend. Also, we were surprised that there are so few amenities in the bathrooms. No shampoo or conditioner. Other than that, the staff was very nice the breakfast was delicious.
