Dear John, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your experience was affected by these circumstances and would like to clarify a few points. Regarding the Silver member benefit, the complimentary drink is placed directly in the room as part of the welcome amenities, which is why it is not necessarily handed over separately at reception. Concerning the parking situation, the Municipal Police informed us at the very last minute that the area was going to be closed. We therefore did our very best, in a very short timeframe, to allow our guests to leave the car park before the closure. Regarding the AirPods, our team thoroughly checked the room after your departure but unfortunately did not find them. As you were unable to locate them remotely, we unfortunately had no indication of where they might have been left. We nevertheless regret the inconvenience caused and hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances. MAMA LOVES YOU! Cédric
