The location is central which is the best thing about the hotel. The hotel restaurant which also serves as the lobby was so hot that I couldn’t stand even sitting for 15 minutes while waiting our room to be ready. We are offered a so-called upgrade only to find out it feels like a downgrade. Instead of two single bed room, a room with double bed and a sofa in front of the bed. We went back to the reception to request the room we booked, they first told the air conditioning is broken in those rooms but they later gave us twin bed room with great air conditioning. Eventually, it turned out it was possible. The room was a bit small for two person but so the so-called upgrade. I don’t know why visiting other mama shelters even just for design and the vibe, we couldn’t find any of it here. And the treats for accor members is another downside of the hotel. The housekeeping was ok no complaints about the cleaning. The staff was kind and welcoming overall.
