I have been there before and I enjoy the executive room. The fact that you have a double door (entrance plus bedroom door) makes a huge difference. In winter, it’s great to be able to have a warm bath too. Very comfortable bedding too.

Great location for train station and an early tram to the airport the next morning. Clean comfortable room. Great shower. Helpful and pleasant staff. Would prefer if there was as a room key security system on the lift for access.

We arrived to a not ready room for four. So we have to go back to reception and ask for another room. Not a great start even after a great welcome from your team. They sorted another room swiftly but we quickly discover that one of the lights in the bathroom was blinking constantly. We don’t reported. One change was enough. I used to stay with Novotel a lot. Many trips to Madrid and Italy in diferent cities. I had great memories of being proper, modern, clean and well maintained. Sort of Hilton to be. But without the price tag. But this Novotel, although super well located, felt old, tired. We didn’t get the breakfast, at €19 persone per day would have ruin the budget. Instead I went to the market, 10 min walk, and got some croissant and coffee. The service at the front desk was amazing, all the time. Very polite and well knowledge. THANK YOU

My family and I stayed at this hotel just for one night as we came to Bordeaux from to visit the Christmas Market. The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, we had a little mini fridge as well and the staff also set up the sofa bed for us. The hotel uses Rituals products for body wash, shampoo and hand soap and I LOVE Rituals so was super happy with that. We had little sachets of coffee and sugar too, however the little wooden stick they had left to mix the coffee looked like it has already been used. In the morning, I had called reception and asked if there was any way to get some breakfast for my toddler as both my husband and I weren’t too hungry and they were kind enough to let me grab a little bowl of scrambled eggs for my son without any extra charge. Only negative point was that it was extremely hot in the room to the point where both my children were sweating, and we are in the middle of winter. So we had to leave the window open during the night to cool down the room a bit. Other than that, the staff are really friendly and we would definitely book this hotel again.
