My family and I stayed at this hotel just for one night as we came to Bordeaux from to visit the Christmas Market. The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, we had a little mini fridge as well and the staff also set up the sofa bed for us. The hotel uses Rituals products for body wash, shampoo and hand soap and I LOVE Rituals so was super happy with that. We had little sachets of coffee and sugar too, however the little wooden stick they had left to mix the coffee looked like it has already been used. In the morning, I had called reception and asked if there was any way to get some breakfast for my toddler as both my husband and I weren’t too hungry and they were kind enough to let me grab a little bowl of scrambled eggs for my son without any extra charge. Only negative point was that it was extremely hot in the room to the point where both my children were sweating, and we are in the middle of winter. So we had to leave the window open during the night to cool down the room a bit. Other than that, the staff are really friendly and we would definitely book this hotel again.

All staff brilliant and very helpful. Quiet feature rich large room, very clean. Breakfast had no bacon - pity as that’s perfect with the pancakes & maple syrup!

This hotel really need to be renovated, the AC doesn't function, the sink was blocked and the shower drainage was super slow which caused water overflow when taking shower.

Our experience was excellent from the moment of booking to check-out. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and friendly — they helped us with everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. We were greeted by the manager upon arrival, which was such a warm touch.
