Our executive room with terrace had a great view. The room itself was comfortable and house keeping was great at replenishing with fresh towels. We didn't sit on terrace much due to the uncomfortable chairs that were not the same as advertised on the booking. The bathroom set up was odd with a seperare toilet with no sink in that room not mentioned when booking. Otherwise I would have given a higher rating. Overall I would recommend a stay as the tram stop and train station near by.

Our room was adequate but the bed was very hard. The front desk reception was great as they explained the tram which made getting around a breeze.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a very comfortable visit. Ideally placed near the tram and a close walk to the main centre the Novotel was an excellent choice. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good with variety of hot and cold items, the staff even remembered my gluten free bread each morning, car park was a huge advantage.
