Was surprised that the hotel charged my credit card 50 euro per day as a deposit even though the room was prepaid. This was not a pre authorisation and was charged and I have to wait for refund after departure. Not an acceptable policy and rare these days. Otherwise it is a standard Novotel, ok rooms, a short walk from station, close to tram with a good breakfast.

There is a tram 2 minutes' walk from the hotel entrance, which provides convenient transportation to other attractions and the airport. It's not too far to walk to St Jean Gare train station.
