The hotel’s location is excellent if you’re travelling by public transport. It’s close to the tram stop yet very quiet and peaceful, especially since my room faced the courtyard. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Many thanks to all the staff for the great service!

I felt like the room needs some upgrade. Nothing is particularly bad, just that the rooms smells and looks old. The AC (not heater) does not seem to work as we sweat a little in our room

We were a bit disappointed to be honest. Not as comfortable as the Mercure hotels. Novotel must be a more budget option? The room was too hot, which was unexpected in March and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. It needed a topper. Slept badly and would not recommend.

1-night stay, including dinner. Very efficient receptionist at time of checking-in. Fair sized-room, entry level. 1 stop away from the train station by tram. Walkable. Nice selection of cheeses, bakeries and jams for breakfast.
