A short walk from the staion followed by a straight forwrd booking in. The room was very good and the tram stop was just outside the hotel - nice one.

We arrived at the airport in the evening and wanted a place to stay overnight until our train the following lunchtime. Check in was easy, rooms clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable, shower a decent size and good. We appreciated the kettle although cups were miniature and providing just one tea bag of green, black and herbal for a room for two was inadequate. We valued the 12:00 check out as our train was at 12:40.

The hotel is easily located when coming from the airport on the tram and a short walk or tram into the centre. The communal areas seem more like an Ibis and the rooms are dated. However, every staff member I encountered was very friendly and some went over and above my expectations to help me. All hotels could learn from this team!

I don't want this to be posted. Staff was great and so was breakfast. Hotel room was not. The A/c was broken/not functioning. the window wouldn't stay open so we couldn't cool the room even though it was hot outside. there was a mildew smell and the carpet was wet. most of this was probably due to the lack of A/C, but this was not a good stay for me and my family. I hope they fix the A/C and other issues otherwise I would not recommend staying here.
