Clean hotel with attentive staff. Great location, very simple reservation and communication. Breakfast could be much better, terrible powder eggs and watery coffee.

Excellent location. Tram stop just opposite hotel makes exploring the city simple. Room was clean, well appointed, quiet and perfectly adequate. We included the breakfast option with our booking . It was varied, plentiful and included cooked dishes. The secure underground car park at less than a euro per hour was a big plus for us.

The room was so small we could not walk around it comfortably. We had to walk sideways at the bottom of the bed. With the sofa bed up there is not enough room to get around the beds. One tiny bin which could not fit everything in. The room wasn’t cleaned at all whilst we were there. The smell of stale cigarettes was everywhere. The only good thing about the hotel is the location, on the airport tram route and a quick ride to the centre to be near the main attractions.

Regarding the size of our rooms, they measure 14 m², as specified on our website. However, we understand that the space may seem limited depending on the layout and number of occupants. Regarding housekeeping, our housekeeping team strictly follows the instructions on the “Do Not Disturb” sign. According to our daily reports, this sign was displayed during your stay, which explains why no cleaning was carried out. Our reception is of course available at any time to arrange a cleaning or respond to any special requests. Furthermore, all our rooms are strictly non-smoking. We sincerely apologize if you noticed a smell of tobacco during your stay. Unfortunately, despite our vigilance, some guests do not respect this rule. We apologize for the inconvenience and take this matter very seriously. During stays of several nights, we always invite our guests to contact the reception desk in case of any discomfort so that we can respond quickly and improve their experience. We are nevertheless pleased that you enjoyed the hotel's location, particularly its proximity to the tram line, which provides quick access to the airport and city center.
