Great location next to tram stop

Great location next to tram stop but get off at Palaces de Justice not meriadeck it’s outside front door. Had checked in online so got key quickly and used express checkout dropped key in box. Room fine comfortable bed as in hotels these days lighting a bit subdued. Room had kettle and tea coffee, wifi excellent and never turned tv on. Bathroom a bit dated and you will not burn yourself with the hot water in shower but it was ok. Never used bar or restaurant ther where mimi markets nearby. Five minute walk to cathedral. Would recommend again. If you are visiting Bordeaux would recommend a visit to the marche des capachuns fantastic food and veg market. If you are going to wine museum go early gets to busy in the afternoon. Beautiful city very friendly people

Double room on newly renovated floor, v comfy bed, good bathroom, small but everything you need, great breakfast with masses of choice and v nice welcoming staff. An excellent stay. Will be back!

Hello Kindle note that I am not totally satisfied from my stay because this time the heater was not functioning properly in the first room we had and it was really cold that day. After two hours the room was still cold so we asked to fix it so the technician came and said we had to change the room. We had a similar experience in Deauville area some time ago where we changed three rooms because the hair dryer was not functioning in the first two rooms we had. I like Ibis because it’s clean and the staff are welcoming. I appreciate if you can do something about the maintenance ahead of the arrival of the clients. Thank you. Best regards, Adeline Iskandar

We enjoyed a nice stay here. The staff were excellent, all very friendly and helpful. The room size and furnishing were as you would expect for the location and price etc, but the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Certainly looking at staying here again.
