We’re glad that you appreciated our central location, close to the trams and main attractions of Bordeaux. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay was disturbed by the warm temperature in the room and the noise from outside. Being located in the very heart of the city, the area can sometimes be lively at night, especially near the tram lines. For your next stay, please don’t hesitate to let us know in advance, we’ll gladly assign you a quieter room on the courtyard side, to ensure a more peaceful experience. Regarding the air conditioning, it was switched to heating mode for the winter season, which may explain why the room felt warm during your stay. You can easily turn off the ventilation directly from the thermostat if they prefer a cooler environment. We also take good note of your comment about the breakfast variety, and we’ll share it with our kitchen team to improve the selection. We sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon, and to make your next stay more comfortable and restful. We’re truly sorry that the first room did not meet your expectations and that the second one had an unpleasant smell. Our housekeeping team has been informed to ensure this situation does not happen again.
