This room was very unsatisfactory. The noise from the corridor which was near the main lift area was was very unpleasant, frequent and guests boice were loud. The room was double allocated and another guest walked in when l had already been there for a hour or so. Lack of security where my possessions were concerned if l hadn't been in the room. The window lock/stay was broken. Whilst not a problem for me, if children were staying in the room it was very dangerous as the room was on the 10th floor!. Resturant and serving staff good, no complaints there. The parking fee for motorcycles is excessive. A rip off on fact.

We had a 3 night stay in a comfortable room (805). The bed was comfortable and the space was adequate for two people. The room was quiet and the views through the little window were stunning. The TV was ok but very sluggish and unresponsive - perhaps the remote needed new batteries! The shower needs a new clip so that it can stay up higher so you can stand under it - but the water was hot and there was plenty of it.
