Briefly all three days we had to go to reception; First night no stay green hanger. Note to HK to not clean next day to leave hanger and tokens. Day two room cleaned note not read, No replacement coffee etc to reception again, Day tree worst of all arrived back to find room was open, The door had not been closed. Luckily all our goods were okay . Back to reception for that and again no replenishment of teas or coffees etc. Sunday am the scrambled egg was not cooked properly. We had to eat in the bar and dead on 10 they cleared and we did not realise. Went back but nothing there. IF Breakfast is served till 10 then nobody should be admitted after that time but food should still be available for people who came late.

We booked for a one night stopover. The hotel is ideally placed for trams from the airport (Palais du Justice 2 minutes) and a short walk (or one tram stop) to the cathedral,bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Room was very clean comfortable and quiet. The hotel provided everything we needed for our short stay

Pleasant hotel well located in walking distance to the cathedral and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was very good but can be difficult to find a table when a coach load are staying over. The evening restaurant was ok but understaffed and a basic menu. We only used it on Sunday evening as there's plenty of excellent local restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable with a/c and the bed was made up every day. The shower was lovely and hot ( actually too hot and you had to be careful when initially turning it on. Better than a cold one though) The shower head annoyingly wouldn't stay up the pole so I had to keep holding it. Bearing in mind that it had been moved during cleaning every morning, you'd think it would be reported. My only real complaint is the shocking cost of the hotel car park. €18.40 per night! The bar is good and doesn't overcharge and there's a large seating area outside which is nice in the sun. Overall, a good place to stay.
