The hotel is located near tram stops. From here you can easily reach the airport, main train station and most major sights in Bordeaux. One of the front desk staff was very helpful giving us directions. There is a grocery store across the street. The hotel rooms are very small.

Happy that the room was a budget room, so expected basic accommodation. But the shower door opened inwards over the cubicle and It was impossible to enter and close the door as the aperture was too small for the door to get past my body. Had to go to reception ,that didn't have another Budget room with a bigger shower so had to pay 57 Euros extra to upgrade to the IBIS plus hotel to get a shower . No leeway on price for the inconvenience or having to repack and move. Staff however were excellent. The helpful gentlemen on reception said he had no authority to give a discount.

Nous regrettons cependant que la chambre qui vous a été attribuée n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous allons faire part à notre service technique de la problématique liée à l'ouverture de la porte de douche. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez pu apprécier une chambre plus spacieuse du côté ibis 3 étoiles, commun à notre établissement. Concernant la différence à régler pour ce changement d'hôtel, nous sommes navrés de votre déception. Cela s'explique par la différence de classification entre notre catégorie 2 étoiles ibis budget et 3 étoiles ibis. Nous restons disponibles afin de recueillir vos suggestions d'amélioration. I woke up covered in bites after sleeping in this hotel and strongly suspect bed bugs in the bed. This is a serious hygiene issue that should be checked immediately. Very disappointing experience.

As soon as you came to the reception to report your concern, our team immediately arranged for **a complete and thorough inspection of the room**. Following this inspection, **no presence of bed bugs was found**. Nevertheless, in order to ensure your comfort and peace of mind, we offered you a move to a superior category room, at no additional cost, for the entirety of your stay. We would also like to point out that bed bugs are not related to a lack of hygiene or cleanliness within an establishment. These insects are most often transported unintentionally during travel, particularly through luggage, clothing, or personal belongings. This is why they can sometimes be introduced into places that receive the public, even when strict cleanliness and control standards are maintained. Guest satisfaction and well-being remain our top priorities, and we always take any concern very seriously in order to respond quickly and professionally. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was really comfortable, we had a great night's sleep, only 1 minutes walk to the tram station, so the location was great. The staff were very polite and accommodating thank you.

The location is excellent but the room is super small with no cabinet space, big people will have a hard time moving inside the room. The cleaning was good and the breakfast was also nice.
