Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a little but lived in but this is to be expected with aparthotel. The location is perfect, easily the best we've ever had, we weee there a whole week but if we'd been a shorter while I'm confident we'd still have been able to see all of Bordeaux. Staff were also helpful and friendly.

Location of the hotel was excellent to explore Bordeaux on foot, and public transportation was just steps away. The apartment portion of the room made the stay extra comfortable and economic - the big mall / grocery store close by made it easy to get supplies.

Friendly, multilingual reception staff. The suites are beautifully designed, sparkling clean and well appointed for self catering. Superb location with easy stroll into the lovely streets and cafés of Bordeaux. Would highly recommend this hotel as the ideal base for visiting beautiful Bordeaux.

I stayed a week and was very comfortable. The room had everything I needed, was larger than I expected, very comfortable bed. I did experience an issue with WIFI dropping on one day - but that was the only negative. You were recommended by Alliance Francaise. I would stay again!

Unfortunately not satisfied at all about level of cleaning, after complaining at the reception they told me nothing to do, RECEPTIONIST just come to our room to barely remove dust form over the bed. All looks very old, definitely need a refurbishment.

Well located hotel, we always need a room with a sofa because we have two kids, it was really clean, the breakfast was a little disappointing, but overall it was a nice hotel and the personnel was top.

The check in was straight forward, the staff were very helpful and professional. The location is amazing! However, we did not like the toilet without a sink! It meant closing the door with dirty hands as you have to go to the. Kitchen or the bathroom at the other end of the apartment to wash your hands. The air conditioning was working but the lowest temperature you can set it to is 22^! We found this temperature uncomfortable and didn’t sleep very well. Everything else was perfect.
