Did online check in - what a waste as then had to do a manual and tedious check in at hotel. Indeed there were two check in counters and most of the time one was occupied by a person shuffling paper (as a priority over serving customers. Its a basic place - no frills but comfortable. Choice of complimentary drinks for Gold members aws a limited range of soft drinks- mainly sugary . Staff friendly and helpful
