Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful from the start. Lemon mint water at reception and our upgraded apartment was completely spacious, modern and lovely!! We had several meals at our own dining table, and enjoyed immensely the lovely spa and sauna. Nearby supermarket, shops and St Andrew Cathedral completed our delight with this community in Bordeaux: Exceptional!!

Stayed for five nights and really pleased that I picked to stay here. The room was well thought out, had everything that I needed and was very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor area. Very close to supermarket, tram and many restaurants nearby or within 15 walk. The latter the same for many sights (e.g., mirror pool and cathedral). Would absolutely stay again. Did not eat breakfast here so cannot comment on that.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a little but lived in but this is to be expected with aparthotel. The location is perfect, easily the best we've ever had, we weee there a whole week but if we'd been a shorter while I'm confident we'd still have been able to see all of Bordeaux. Staff were also helpful and friendly.

Location of the hotel was excellent to explore Bordeaux on foot, and public transportation was just steps away. The apartment portion of the room made the stay extra comfortable and economic - the big mall / grocery store close by made it easy to get supplies.
