I stayed here while I was enrolled in a 2-week course at Bordeaux. Because of the length of my stay, I chose to upgrade from the basic room to the next level which gave me the extra space to move around/exercise. I appreciated the comfortable bed, the large desk on wheels so you could position it as you liked, the large windows and balcony, and the spacious bathroom and toilet. The only suggestion I have relates to the equipping of the small kitchenette. There were no lids for the pots/saucepan which made most types of cooking difficult. The cutting knives were blunt. In general, the utensils and small gadgets were a mishmash and thrown in there without much thought. For those here for a longer stay and want to cook for themselves, the kitchenette fell short. Regardless, I strongly recommend this hotel with its very friendly staff and service.

This was very disappointing. I had no hot water and to make matters worse the air conditioning was broken in hot in the room. It was very uncomfortable to stay in the room and I definitely wouldn’t stay again nor recommend anyone else does.
