The apartments are very well equipped and the staff were all helpful and friendly. It's located right by the city centre, easily accessible on foot. The tram lines are a short walk away if you want to explore further afield or arrive by train or aeroplane. There are numerous bars and restaurants closeby, but the area is relatively quiet and feels safe at night.

We arrived in Bordeaux after a stressful journey and were met by an extremely friendly, welcoming lady (I didn’t get her name) but she had blonde, long hair and spoke excellent English, as did all the staff. She told us lots of info about the city and what it had to offer, and lots of information about the hotel. Great start! Rooms are compact but have everything you will need, even a very mini dishwasher.. It was fab to be able to have breakfast and coffee in the room and then keep our wine chilled for drinks after we’d been out. Perfect location 5 minutes away from a tram stop that could get you everywhere you wanted to be and also 5 minutes from the main shopping/drinking/eating hub. Huge supermarket within 2 minutes which was very handy. We stayed in room 321 which overlooked a courtyard and was very quiet. All in all an excellent place to stay and very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything. The apartment is nice. Everything is available. The location is very convenient. It's 5 minutes to the city center. The well-stocked Auchan store is a 4-minute walk away. The only downside is the traffic noise from the street in the morning. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep. The double-glazed windows let in some noise. Alas...

The location was perfect as all the main attractions were close by and stay was very comfortable. The apartments was quite spacious with all basic essentials and very clean. Highly recommended.
