Hotel conveniently located for metro line 13. My room had a decently equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bed and a good en-suite. Improvements would include a room safe, air conditioning and the option of lighter bed linen. While staying there I experienced an unfortunate incident, which the staff handled in a professional manner.

The room was nice decorated and clean, the hallway and elevator outdated and dirty. But there was a huge problem with the temperature. There was no airco (which was mentioned in room discription) which made the room very uncomfortable to stay in. We left everything open (two doors) in de evening and night and even than it was to Hot to sleep.....

It is a very nice hotel in a good location with helpful staff. The location is also good, not far from the metro station. Although everything was fine I am still waiting for my invoice to come.

Comfortable room with a good sized bed, bathroom and kitchen facilities. We were disappointed to find that our room only had a small desk fan - when the website said "air cooling system" we thought that meant air conditioning. This was not ideal during the very hot and humid Paris weather in July. The staff were friendly and the Brita dispenser in the lobby was very much appreciated!

Our room was very clean and we were fortunate to have a small balcony. The facilities were good, nice bath and a decent shower. The hob and microwave/oven worked well. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. The reception staff were very friendly. The only negative was the carpet on the corridor floor had seen better days but that didn’t affect our stay in anyway.
