It was very good, the hotel's location is very strategic, being between subway line 13 and train lines L and J, everything is close by, the hotel staff are also very kind, especially the night receptionist Wesley

The apartment was very clean with everything needed in the kitchenette for a short stay, the shower was a bit dodgy but useable. The bed was nice and comfy but I can imagine that the summer season would be rather unbearable due to lack of aircon. The only real problem was how grumpy the staff were. Only one young lady was cheerful and helpful, everyone else just seemed to have forgotten how to smile and were totally uninterested in their job We asked 3 different people about parking the car and it was a case of 'don't know, you'll have to ask later on'.

Cleaning once a week is insufficient- bad service room not appropriate and old

Je suis désolée si malgré cela vous n'avez pas été satisfaite. Nous comprenons vos préoccupations concernant la fréquence des services de nettoyage et l'état de la chambre, mais en procédant à la réservation, vous avez bien validé les conditions générales de vente et quand au ménage quotidien, il est en option, comme dans tout aparthotel.
