The structure is ok but not well maintained (stains on the carpets, one elevator of two not running, bathrooms in real need of a renovation). We were placed in a room at the top floor under the roof, and it was simply impossible to stay inside (more than 35C at night with ventilators on and windows opened). Luckily we were given another room the next day, but still a room so hot should not be rented out in summer

When making the reservation, I sent my requests by email in advance. The hotel replied and confirmed not once, but twice, that my requests had been accepted and would be arranged accordingly. However, upon check-in, the reception staff informed me that they had received no such information, and I was assigned a room that did not reflect any of my confirmed requests. As we were staying for four nights, I asked whether it would be possible to move to a more suitable room during our stay. The only response I received was that no rooms were available, with no effort made to offer any alternative solution. The housekeeping standards were good, and I have no complaints in that regard. What I do question is whether the level of service provided by the reception team is truly consistent with the standards expected of an Accor-branded hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Given the lack of communication, poor handling of confirmed requests, and the unsatisfactory customer service, I do not intend to stay at an Adagio property again. I would strongly encourage Accor to review whether this hotel is delivering a level of service that is worthy of carrying the Accor name.

Nous avons séjourné avec ma fille dans cet établissement début juillet et n'avons pas été déçu. le lieu correspondait totalement aux photos. très proche de la ligne de métro mais tout en étant dans un cadre calme. pouvoir dormir les fenêtres ouvertes c'est un luxe.

Propreté indiscutable du lieu, vaisselle ultra propre, situation en centre-ville, commerces de choix à proximité. Accueil à la hauteur du groupe Accor. Le personnel est d'une grande disponibilité sans en faire trop ou pas assez. J'apprécie le métro pas très loin. Arriver à Gabriel Peri par la ligne 13 mérite bien un hâvre de paix.
