Good lobby and offered extra food essentials at reasonable prices. This I liked more. Good staff... some were very helpful and spoke in English which was very helpful.

After being given a first apartment that should have been out of commission (no working fridge, only the bathroom light was working), I stayed in a room that was old but functional. The choice for breakfast items could be larger.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, dark room, poor lighting and limited car parking

It was my first time at a ADAGIO's residence. I always stay at ACCOR hotel and I chose Adagio because I did not find availability at IBIS'. I was mainly disappointed about the structure of halls/corridors and room. The carpets are disgusting, inside and outside the room. The toilet presented many not good maintenance parts and the wall, and the poor curtain shower. I hope I help you with my comments.

The stay was not great, although the check-in was great due to the professionalism of the receptionist, the apartment itself was not comfortable and not clean. The carpet and bedsheets could be a bit cleaner.

It was just ok. Rooms could be cleaner. I suffer from allergies and i felt the room very dusty. Carpets are cleaned properly. In my first room there was some marks on the bed head, like if something liquid had dried and never cleaned up. The room looked quite outdated. They could be refreshed. The location was good with easy commute from/to Paris. The staff was good, some of them more friendly and some a little less. I didn’t try the breakfast, because i found it slightly overpriced when you can get a nice croissant for 1euros by walking 5 mins. Putting everything into consideration, the cost for the night doesn’t match the standard. There are some other options in the area for the same price and higher standards. I didn’t have a choice, the room was booked for a month by my company. Thank you.

It was bad experience. The place is smelly (bad odors from reception, through corridors into the rooms!) badly maintained and dirty or overused. Stuff is unfriendly, rude and for the worst, NOT AT THE FRONT DESK for sure from 7:40 til 8:00 AM on Friday May 3rd, so I could not return the remote control for the garage and get back the deposit for it. The elevator does not run to basement, where the garage is OR AT LEAST STUFF doesn't help us to use it.

The days that we have been in Paris were very pleasant. We'll recommend the Appart-Hotel Adagio Access to any person who wants to travel to Paris. Thanks a lot!

Very small and the bathroom Was dirty, and the tile bath was loose, ny daughter Saw it first.

I took a room with bad conditions as the tiles in the bathroom was not moving on the ground! and the carpet in the room in front of the bathroom was fully wetted with a very bad smile. Looks that there was water leakage in this room and instead of waiting to fix these issues fully they gave the room to me. As it was short stay for three nights, I didn't ask to change the room after backing my staff.

We've been staying at aparthotels in Paris for the last 20 years and this was by far our best experience. We were given a room with a large balcony and the weather was so nice we were able to eat our meals outside! We've had nothing but good experiences over the last 3 times we've stayed at this Adagio. It's near the metro and the city center and a grocery store just a block away. We love it and will definitely be back.

Some initial problems with lift (one lift inoperative over the weekend). Moquette needs to be replaced.
