Small room, poorly insulated, loud, completely inadequate air conditioning, a broken elevator, and too expensive for what you get.

Dear Sir, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, although we regret that it did not meet your expectations. Regarding the size of the room, we would like to point out that the surface area of each room category is clearly indicated on our website, allowing guests to choose the accommodation that best suits their expectations and needs. We also sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lift. Unfortunately, it became unavailable only on the last day of your stay due to an unexpected technical issue. To minimize any disruption, a porter was present on site to assist guests with their luggage. We have carefully noted your remarks concerning the soundproofing and air conditioning and will share them with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our guests’ comfort. As for breakfast, it is served as a continental buffet in accordance with our brand standards and offers a variety of sweet and savoury items designed to cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. We are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Nevertheless, we sincerely appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving the quality of our services.
