Generally pretty good stay with comfortable bed and good service. Location is pretty decent as well. There is only one lift, so was quite an issue since it was down for maintenance during my stay. Breakfast was decent, but one of the staffs was quite rude. She just proceeded to clear the dishes without asking if we were done.

The elevator was out of order, so I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the space was extremely small and outdated

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor while the elevator was out of service for two consecutive days, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and the dining area, located in the basement, was not a comfortable or pleasant place to eat. The room itself was very small, with an extremely cramped bathroom. It lacked basic amenities such as a proper wardrobe, minibar, coffee machine, and other conveniences that are generally expected from a hotel of this category. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I believe significant improvements are needed in terms of comfort, facilities, and guest experience.

Small room, poorly insulated, loud, completely inadequate air conditioning, a broken elevator, and too expensive for what you get.

Regarding the size of the room, we would like to point out that the surface area of each room category is clearly indicated on our website, allowing guests to choose the accommodation that best suits their expectations and needs. We also sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lift. Unfortunately, it became unavailable only on the last day of your stay due to an unexpected technical issue. To minimize any disruption, a porter was present on site to assist guests with their luggage. We have carefully noted your remarks concerning the soundproofing and air conditioning and will share them with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our guests’ comfort. As for breakfast, it is served as a continental buffet in accordance with our brand standards and offers a variety of sweet and savoury items designed to cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. The hotel was generally okay, but I was really disappointed to find a locked door in our room that connected to another hotel room. It felt like we were sharing one apartment with strangers — you could hear absolutely everything. The guests next door turned on the TV at 6 a.m., and it was impossible to sleep. We were a family with kids, and if I had known this before, I wouldn’t have booked this place for the price we paid. Definitely not ideal for families or anyone looking for peace and privacy.
