I stayed for one night with pets and had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly with any questions I had, parking was easy, and even though the hotel is in a quiet area, there was a metro station nearby.

Here's a concise review you could post: A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is well located, just a 5-minute walk from Mitterie Metro Station, with easy connections to Lille Europe and Lille Flandres train stations. The room was comfortable, and what really stood out was the excellent customer service. When I wasn't satisfied with the room initially assigned to me, the staff happily arranged a change without any hassle. They were consistently friendly and responsive, providing everything I needed during my stay. As other reviewers have noted, this is a relatively small hotel, so restaurant service is limited to breakfast and selected evenings. However, the convenience, comfort, and outstanding staff more than make up for this. I would gladly stay here again.

Lovely stay. The rooms are are small, but OK if you're out and about during the day. Bedroom dated. Needs a refurbishment. Breakfast was great. Something for everyone. Hot and cold food, pastries and bread included pancakes. Juices and hot drinks. Fruit, yogurt and seeds. A feast, and well worth paying for it. It sets you up for the day. Staff very friendly. Good stay. Would recommend, will be better when refurbishment in bedrooms.

Good size room with ok bathroom shower was just all over the floor since glass did not stop water from leaving! Soap at sink didn’t work. Room smelled really off ( like weed!) But clean

I chose this hotel as it was the nearest Accord hotel to my place of work. The neighbourhood is rough and uninviting. Good proximity to the local metro which runs frequently. Staff is young not always experienced and mostly friendly. Rooms are clean and compact

The room was really old. A bit dirty. The pillows weren’t comfortable. Well located close to the metro station. The parking is expensive for the location.
