Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

Hotels combining lifestyle and design, for business and leisure

Ideally located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and near Trocadero, Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel invites you to experience an unforgettable stay in the heart of the capital. The hotel has 430 rooms and suites, decorated in a modern and bright style. Some rooms offer a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower or the gardens. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with free movies and high-speed WIFI.

FRAME is a contemporary, elegant and authentic brasserie just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower. Chef Alexandre Willaume's cuisine is responsible, healthy and ultra-seasonal, crafted from meticulously sourced ingredients. Each dish reflects the rhythm of the seasons and invites you to enjoy memorable, simple and meaningful experiences.

With 24 modular spaces, some offering panoramic views, it's also a prime location for your events.
Situated on the Left Bank, the hotel is 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and 600 m from the metro linking the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées.

We want to offer a more authentic and experiential identity, where each stay becomes a memorable moment. Our guests come for the Eiffel Tower, but return for the unique experience that we provide.

Benoit STOLTZ, Hotel Management

Great view on the Eiffel Tower - I've expected to be somehow tricked about this, but it exceeded my expectations. Location of the hotel is great, but can be a double-edge sword - due to the popularity of the location we had some checkout complications (whole street was blocked for the marathon, so we had to walk to a taxi for 10 minutes). Staff making basic mistakes - asked them to clean the room later due to baby sleeping (they've missed it in the morning!), but still knocked the door. Later management sent a card with apology & champagne - very cute, but because we're with the baby we're obviously not drinking too much. Too overpriced for a 4-star hotel - back in the days we've booked Shard in London for the same price, which is on a completely different level of quality. Queues at the reception every time I went there - seems like a lot of folks are booking for a short period of time. When we've arrived there was also a drilling in progress to fix the elevator right on our floor 😕

requested on numerous times interconnecting rooms. advised on check in yes interconnecting rooms. Advised later NO interconnecting rooms, we had rooms next door to each other but we wanted interconnecting. Bathrooms also have mould growing on the tiles. Wanted to discuss with manager but he never made contact with me. Very disappointed as this hotel is very expensive. Breakfast staff were fantastic.

Room was clean, but overall it is old (worn carpets, courtains, bathroom)

Staff is not very responsive and/or helpful. Was missing an iron in room and needed it fairly urgently for a photoshoot and dinner plans and staff took very long to respond and to provide an iron. In addition, staff is not very good welcoming and greeting guests as expected of a 4-Star hotel.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews online, but my experience turned out to be a lovely surprise from the moment we arrived. The bellman welcomed us with a warm smile and promptly helped with our luggage, which was a great first impression. Check-in was smooth, and I was especially grateful that the hotel managed to arrange an early check-in for one of our rooms. After a red-eye flight with my family, having a room to freshen up and rest in made such a difference. I also appreciated the housekeeping team's thoughtfulness in keeping our drinking water well stocked throughout the stay, so we never had to call down for more. The only minor disappointment was the bathrobe arrangement. We had two rooms, but only one bathrobe was provided in one of them, despite my follow-up request via WhatsApp. The lifts were also a little slow, especially with the number of guests using them. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, the warm welcome and thoughtful touches made our time at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel a pleasant one, and I'm glad we didn't let the online reviews put us off.

Marina G. Families - 10/8/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

had been dreaming about staying in a room with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel’s website makes the experience look absolutely magical, with the Eiffel Tower appearing incredibly close to the hotel. Because of that, I paid a lot extra for a high-floor room, even though it was a significant amount of money for me. Unfortunately, I felt completely misled. When we arrived, I was given a room on the 5th floor and told that this was considered a “high floor.” The hotel has 11 floors, so apparently floors 5 through 11 are all considered high floors. But the worst part was the location of my room. It was at the very end of the building, as far away from the Eiffel Tower as you could possibly get. So I paid extra for a high floor and ended up with one of the worst rooms in that category. What made it even more frustrating was that my friend did not pay extra for a high floor. She was given a room on the 3rd floor, much closer to the Eiffel Tower, and her view was actually better than mine. So I honestly don’t understand what I paid extra for. I left the hotel feeling very disappointed and still feel that way. If you are paying a premium specifically for an Eiffel Tower view, you should know that the room you receive may be completely different from what you see in the hotel’s photos. Apparently, it is simply a matter of luck. The rooftop bar was another disappointment. The best area, right next to the Eiffel Tower, is reserved as a VIP section. Even hotel guests are not allowed to enter that area or get close enough to take a proper photo. Considering how much guests pay for the Eiffel Tower experience, I found this extremely frustrating. There was also a ridiculous situation with the room key. We were hotel guests and arrived at the rooftop bar with one key for two people. They refused to let both of us in and sent us back to get another key. Honestly, it felt like a circus. Overall, the hotel’s marketing promises a magical Eiffel Tower experience, but the reality depends heavily on which room you are assigned. I paid a significant amount extra expecting a special experience, and instead I felt that I had paid more and received less. Very disappointing, especially considering the price. I would definitely think twice before paying extra for a “high floor” here.

We stayed for 3 nights late September and had a wonderful time. The room was great and the view of the Tower from the terrace was amazing. We had a stall member named Julia who took the best care of us; she was the best.

After 15 or 20 years of staying at the Pullman, this may be our last visit. Housekeeping is a joke and early check in requests are NEVER acknowledged. We are just about “DONE” with the Pullman. It is way overpriced for the quality we received.

Dear Mr. P., Thank you for sharing your feedback and, above all, for your loyalty to Pullman over the past 15 to 20 years. I am truly sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet the standards you have come to expect from us, particularly regarding your early check-in request and the service provided by our Housekeeping team. We would genuinely love to welcome you back and have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel. Should you plan another stay with us, please feel free to contact me directly for any request or assistance at cl… I would be delighted to personally follow up and do my utmost to turn your recent experience into a true Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel stay. Kindest regards, Clara - Guest Experience

Rooms were inadequate. However, the general manager was great and attempted to find us a good room.

Kristina A. M. Friends - 10/3/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

This hotel continually fell short of expectations. Management was helpful but reactive, and we kept running into issues. We stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. When we arrived mid-morning, the staff said they would prioritize cleaning our room for an early check-in. Based on that, we stayed nearby, hoping to shower and take a quick nap before going out for the day. We checked in every couple of hours and got the same response—it was being prioritized. At check-in time at 4pm, we were told the room still wasn't ready, and we had already wasted half a day of our 2.5-day stay in Paris. Only after we insisted on speaking to a manager, and refused to leave the desk until one came, were we properly assisted. A large group apparently had priority over all rooms that day, as their contract had guaranteed 12 pm check-in for their guests. This is fine, but the staff had completely misled us and wasted our time. The manager did give us a discount, but it didn't make up for the half day we lost. The shower in the room was missing the plastic piece between the glass door and the shower ledge, causing flooding. The repairman quickly brought a replacement and fixed it, but it was just one more thing to have to deal with. We were gone for a full day—left mid-morning, back around 11 pm—and the room hadn't been cleaned. There was no excuse for this. Towels arrived promptly when we called down, but it was another disappointment. It looked like another large group had come into the hotel and our room was simply not cleaned.
