The check in was very busy and could not get in the dinning room for breakfast. But the room was comfortable and the staff were polite and efficient.

Great personnel, breakfast, and nice room. Nice location near the Effiel Tower. Room was a bit tight but we made do. Room also had a nice view of the Seine River.

It was good but I was surprised to see Novotel doesn't provide any body cream even after I called the room service and there are no room sandlas provided still I feel it's not up to the mark.

Slow reception, the breakfasts lacks olive oil and cut fresh fruit without added sugar. Short variety of cheese (only one). The gym and swimming pool are closed very early for business people. I have been in several rooms and the toilet get stuck very easily.

Was organizing a group booking and it was the hardest thing I ever had to do. The staff was horrible, unhelpful, rude and would barely talk on the phone to help solve an issues we were having. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel.

Pre-booked breakfast at hotel but queue was so long went out to local cafe

Overall things were ok, however would not recommend this hotel. I had pre-booked breakfast as part of my room price, went down at 8am to find the queue for breakfast snaking out of the breakfast area into the main lobby of the hotel, very long. Did not have time to queue for what was going to be 30 minute plus, others were complaining that they was a 30 minute wait. Not impressed. I was there for business, and could not be late for my meetings that day, so had no option but to pop out to a local cafe to get breakfast.

Location was 15 minutes walk from Eiffel tower, so obviously it was great! Staff was overall friendly and nice. Overall a good experience at the hotel! The room was a little old, especially with 2 issues. 1. Toilets were separated (washing area & toilet area), so it was a weird experience for me. I guess this is a structurally issue that cannot be fixed. 2. I walked into a King bed room, but the King bed was made of 2 Twin beds. So when I move to the middle, it would break like an earthquake (lol). Other than the room being old, the experience was good. I would stay here again, for the location mostly.

Having dinner in the restaurant there was a mouse at the egg station. Having breakfast the next morning one had to realise that there were also the excrement still present while food has been prepared? Leave alone to mention the experience of a partner who had red ants in his bed?!?

Room was good. Too little space in bathroom for toiletries. Kept receiving knocks on door despite having a do not disturb sign on the door handle.

First of all, i booked a room with big bed and good views of paris, and i paid for it, when we arrived recepcionist give us a room in five floor with views to a interior park under construction surrounded by high buildings and a bed of two pieces together. Then i talk to him and changed it to a 21 floor thats was a little better but the bed was similar. In the breakfast there was a lot of people and low quality in the products. For the rest all ok. The security and the recepcionist could bee more nice. To be face the clients they have to be more pleasent. I did the check in online and 200€ were reteined in my card, and then in reception when i arrived 100€ more were reteined. 300 € reteined i think is much money.

the hotel overall is clean and organized and has a great location , but the hotel breakfast restaurant is very small , we should wait for at least 15 min to get the daily breakfast.

Overall satisfied. The breakfast and the surroundings were especially good. Inconvenient part is less water in the shower in the washroom. It was hard to shower with me.
