Fantastic hotel, perfect location and brilliant wow factor when you walk in. It would be better if it had a rooftop pool like other Novotels.

We had a lovely stay. Spent 3 nights in a family room and another 3 nights in a double room. The mini fridge in both rooms weren’t working. Family room, 1003 - nice room overlooking Sienne river with enough room for 2 adults and 2 children. Only issue was toilet was separate and well away from bathroom. And there was no sink to use after using the toilet. Double room, 3017 - comfortable. AC not powerful enough but since autumn weather wasn’t an issue. Staff was really good in particular Ambre Sanna in reception who ensured we had a smooth transfer of rooms. Good buffet breakfast with £22/adult and kids eat free. Excellent location with all the amenities needed just around the corner, literally! And once you step out you see the Eiffel Tower, which is a 10-minute walk away.

Great Location, Clean, Amenities, and Value for money. Friendly staff. Fast check in and check out. Great breakfast included and offer buffet dinner for only 30EUR. Great location and right next to Eiffel Tower and great views of the city and River
