Clean, comfortable room on a quiet floor of the hotel. Good atmosphere in hotel, nice friendlt staff and great Christmas decorations. Breakfast a little busy and somewhat chaotoc though !!!

We had early check in. Old room was given to us. Spacious but not typical o. a 4 star hotel. Not a power point in the bathroom. Not enough power points in the room. Dust in every corner. Old carpet. Toilet got blocked. We were given a better room with view. Curtains in the middle o. the room fell on me as soon as I touched them. Much better room. Breakfast was OK, but little variety from one day to the other. Other A. hotels in the world offer better.

Location an d staff is good. Room was one of the worst I’ve seen long time across European hotels in that price range! 30 year old standard, chabby, loose half broken tap and black mould in the bathroom is disgusting.
