Location idea for Tour Eiffel. Bar staff very nice and courteous. Sofa bed uncomfortable and rooms too small for one adult and two children. Bathroom not accessible for my mother in law. No flexibility about getting two single beds despite trying to ask for this accommodation ahead of check in.

We had booked 3 rooms. My parents had to switch rooms 3 times as the rooms consistently had problems and didn’t finally get settled into their final room until midnight (no separate shower after specifically asking for one, bathroom leaking, phone not connected, no towels in the rooms, couch pull out bed set up and unable to put it back in)
