My stay at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel was great. It is located at a 10min walk from the Eiffel Tower. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room had power issues on multiple occasions. We requested a room change to avoid this disruption, but were ignored. We had to request our room to be cleaned.

When booking the hotel room I selected a room type that allowed for up to 3 guests (2 adults and 1 child). When we arrived at the hotel I was charged additional fees for my wife and child. This was a combined business and family trip so the booking was made via the business booking route

Everyone was really nice, the gym/pool was great, the hotel smelled clean, and the room was spacious. We had a great experience up until the last day when my mom was flying out back to the U.S. and we could not get a cab at 6:30AM. Even turning on the taxi light outside didn't work. We didn't feel staff was being very helpful in this. She ended up taking an uber to the airport that cost $164 euros. We wish there was more support for guests trying to get to CDG from your hotel. We understand there is a mass transport strike happening, but maybe if there was an airport shuttle provided by your hotel that we could pay for, it would have taken the stress out of trying to find an uber to pick her up last minute when no taxis were available.

The A/C was not working and i complained. I was told that they cant fix it and can only offer a fan. The fan was not strong enough as the room was very hot. This meant that we had a very bad nights sleep for me, my wife and two children. It ruined my holiday. I asked for additional bottles of water as the room was very hot and the A/C was not working, i got told by reception that we should only have two and they cant give more. I explained that it was not my fault and i paid for a room that should have a working A/C but got told that i need to buy my own additional bottles of water. The W/C were dirty - cracks full of dirt and cobwebs above the toilet.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Room was very confortable for business purpose trips. However the breakfast at the hotel was very poor. There was only one selection of cheese and no tomato, cucumber etc. as vegetables. Although coffee machine was out of order for an hour, unfortunately staff didnt take care of it. Other than it was pleasure to stay.

We were in Paris for our 29th anniversary We were here at same hotel 5 or 6 years ago. At checkin, the employee gave us breakfast vouchers for 2 days a a jester of kindness to welcome us back. On day 2 of our visit I sent to the dining room for breakfast with 2 of the vouchers. The dining room staff asked me how many, I indicated 2 and my husband would be joining me. I was seated at a table for 2. I gave the gentleman 1 voucher. When my husband arrived, same person questioned my husband as to what his room number was and preceeded to get on the phone. He then cane back and approached our table screaming we didn’t have breakfast included in our stay. It was very embarrassing. My husband talked with the manager of the breakfast area. He agreed it was not handled properly. He apologized and gave us a ticket for a free drink at the bar. At checkout on day 3, our bill had charges for breakfast for 2 days for both of us. We again had to go through a whole ordeal to get it taken of the bill. Very disappointed in the treatment on this trip.

Most of the staff are indifferent and impolite. They seemed to divide their roles too clearly and not willing to even greet or render their help even we were obviously in distress. However, I would like to compliment the staff in the breakfast restaurant. They were very patient and friendly. No attitude at all. As for the room, only complaint is the water temperature went suddenly cold from time to time. The room is clean which is good.

The following makes no sense to me... 1) Why the fitness room is only open between 7am and 8.30pm - no use for a international business traveler 2) AC that is very noisy and cannot be turned off 3.) A shower splash guard that has 2 cm gap at the bottom - resulting in a 'lake' on the bathroom floor

Excellent hotel. Nice environment , clean and have everything that we needed. I recommend this hotel because it is close to the Eiffel Tower and have beautiful views . When I go back to paris I want to go to the same hotel.

The check in was very busy and could not get in the dinning room for breakfast. But the room was comfortable and the staff were polite and efficient.

Great personnel, breakfast, and nice room. Nice location near the Effiel Tower. Room was a bit tight but we made do. Room also had a nice view of the Seine River.

It was good but I was surprised to see Novotel doesn't provide any body cream even after I called the room service and there are no room sandlas provided still I feel it's not up to the mark.

Slow reception, the breakfasts lacks olive oil and cut fresh fruit without added sugar. Short variety of cheese (only one). The gym and swimming pool are closed very early for business people. I have been in several rooms and the toilet get stuck very easily.
