However, we are truly sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the noise from the elevators, which affected the quality of your sleep during your first night. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially during a three-night stay. We also regret that the alternative room provided did not fully resolve the issues you encountered, including the hairdryer and the blocked sink.
