Really enjoyed our stay near Eiffel Tower we wasn’t in our rooms much only thing I didn’t like was the toilet being seperate from the bathroom shower room and sink. So you have to come out wash your hands and no bin in the toilet to. Over all room was really nice view was nice comfy so much near by we as a family of 4 was very happy.

I cannot fault the staff they were excellent, both kind and incredibly helpful. However, I don’t know what has happened to this hotel I stayed here around 7 years ago and it was much better. In this stay the hotel was dirty when we checked in there was period blood on the toilet floor and seat and on a towel. The room was very dusty and there were stains on the carpet. I can’t even fault the cleaner because it seems she was responsible for a huge amount and was understaffed. Unfortunately there was no compensation or discount for what we found in our room. For the price charged there are places to stay with a more hygienic experience

We booked Novotel Paris due to an experience I had in Amsterdam with ALL ACCOR hotel MovenPick. Even though I did not know about Novotel I trusted the ALL ACCOR and booked this hotel for 4 nights for 4 of us in the Superior room. This room was similar to an American $60 Motel. The staff is rude, did not care if we had kids or not. The entire day the smell from the sewage system came to our room. When we complain they sent a guy he just cleaned the sink and went. The room was smelly the whole 4 days. We had no way to change rooms, the hotel staff did not see these things as issues. The 3foot x 3foot shower cubical was smaller than cruise ship showers, the shower cubical was full of mold and mildew, my elder son is allergic to these. he was having breathing issues the whole stay. This made me cancel the Novotel I had for London in the next 3 nights. I think your staff look at our brown skin and treat us miserably. This is mostly based on race. Even the black security guard was showing so much attitude the first day we reached the hotel. I was nicely asking him where is the restaurant. Charging 300 Euros per night, your hotel made our paris trip a living hell. Now I know why you do not have pics of the bathroom in your site. This is not suitable for families. Dirty carpets, smelly bedding and kids sofa bed which made squeaking, creaking, or metallic clanking noises whole night. I complained to the lady who was at the checkout. She was the only one who listened to me. During the stay every person who tried to help us, judged us like we are from a third world country. We may be brown but we have been living in USA for decades, this racial profiling at your hotel needs to change. I will be adding this to google and other reviews soon. You should be ashamed of this behavior and treatment of the guests. London Novotel charged us the first day of room rate when I cancel. I had to bare additional costs just to keep my family in a good living condition. The only people in this hotel treated us with respect is the folks who handled the baggage. They were human beings and treated us like ones. Your hotel is not a hotel its a motel with nice entrance.

The room we were given had wet stains on the carpet that my family walked through.
The breakfast was overpriced and not great. There were broken bowls in the yogurt area (literally in half), the eggs were mushy, it wasn’t great.

Excellent location, super close to the Eiffel Tower. However our room was average, bathroom needed updating, the shower screen didn’t fit the bath so the floor flooded.
Also the sofa bed was very creaky, everyone a child turned over it made a noise.
Staff seemed busy on their phones and were quite abrupt.
Breakfast was good quality.

We came and stayed for 3 nights as family with kids and it was there first experience.
Below is my summary
1. Rooms were too small for us and the layout was difficult to sleep.
2. Bathroom were mouldy and the water pipe for bath tub was leaking quite badly and we had to put towels to make sure it didnt get bad.
3. Never seen W/C so far away from the main toilet - poor design and inconvenient for all especially kids.
4. Sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable as it was too thin.
5. All the pillows and duvet were smelly.
6. Breakfast was very limited for vegetarian lacking options in hot food and the omelette making conter was very busy with long queues couldnt make it. Even the bakery and other items weren't refilled timely.
7. Seating arrangements could be better and easier to enable accessible for all.
Hopefully for the next time we will have a different experience more towards the positive
But overall as it was walkable to the world best tower, we had a lot of fun.

Great location, clean and modern. We had an issue with a broken sofa bed which we were told was 'normal' - we were given another room but it meant our family was separated for our stay.
