We had the most amazing stay at the Pullman. A fabulous location, literally a stones throw away from the Effiel Tower. Dinner at the Frame Brasserie was delicious, as was breakfast. I would highly recommend.

I did an early bag drop around 10:00am. I was told I would be called when my room was ready and I never received that call, so after 4:00pm I came back to check in to my room and I waited in the queue for a receptionist to become available. Once one was available, they called up the people behind me and those people told reception I was next, so he asked me what I needed and I began explaining that I had already dropped by bags and I was ready to check in to my room but before I could get the words out he turned back to the couple behind me and told them that I didn’t like him so he was going to help them instead. He laughed and said he was joking but continued to assist the couple behind me. Luckily before he was done helping them the other receptionist became available and checked me into my room. When I got to my room the pull out bed was not made (I booked for 3). I went back down to the receptionist and asked them about linens for the pull out couch bed. She said she would inform the housekeeping manager and have them come make the bed. About 15-20 minutes later there was a knock at my door and someone was there and they only had a robe and towels for a third person. Before I could ask about sheets he left. I called the receptionist and explained they delivered towels and not bedding. About 10-15 minutes later he came back with more towels. I had to physically bring him to the room and show him the bed that was not made (possible language barrier). So he leaves and come back with only a duvet cover. So we point to the pillow and mattress with no linens. He leaves again and finally comes back with all of the bedding. Once we were winding down, I went to go shower before bed and I noticed the higher shower head mount was physically broken and missing from the wall. There was an overhead shower head but there was not enough water coming out to shower in it easily. Last, the room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night. I had the thermostat turned down as low as it would go but the room remained hot and I had to sleep without a blanket to keep from sweating. The only thing that made the room was the great view of the Eiffel Tower on the balcony, but for the price tag I would expect a much better service, proper room preparation, and properly working facilities.

I booked a package and it wasn't provided without me having to chase. I had to find out where my champagne was - I was also to receive strawberries and they were never provided. I also had late check out which I confirmed when I arrived. Someone entered my room at 11am while I was half asleep still. She then asked me what my check out time was (instead of leaving and checking herself). I was then locked out of my room and had to go get my card reactivated. Really poor service.

Doormen stood chatting Friday even talk our cases despite taxi interrupting them so my daughter and I wheeled them in. The check in staff weren’t helpful and appeared rude. We had a deluxe Eiffel Tower room for 1 night view amazing the glass on the balcony had two big cracks in it so my daughter was scared to go into the balcony I’d paid so much for. There was half a roll of toilet paper. The carpet wasn’t hoovered. I gave a deposit for the mini bar yet there was only two bottles of water in it. Hotel relies on the location and not on customer service. I had to move rooms for the 2nd night as ours wasn’t available, tea was wonderful I have to say this. The room however smelt the window was wide open when we went in maybe for. Areas on and we had to leave it that way all day whilst we were out. We only had 1 full day in Paris so couldn’t waste anymore time taking to reception the lifts took ages and we had to wait a lot of time for this. Luckily because the room smelt like smoke we were out all day when we got back about 22:00 I had to ring down for hand soap as there was no soap in the bathroom and it was the first time we’d used the toilet. Thai is not good enough. The first room had only half a toilet roll and this had no soap for hygiene purposes. It still smelt despite the window being opened all day. For reference the room was 648 I think and our first room was 717

The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Being able to see the Eiffel Tower right from the balcony was the main reason I chose to stay here. The check-in service was excellent, and the staff were very patient, friendly, and welcoming. However, arriving early in the morning and having to wait until 4 PM to check in was quite exhausting, especially with jet lag and no place to rest after a long flight.

We had a TowerSuite view! Amazing. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing…not the continental you get at high end in America like they do U a favor! Full beautiful spread!

Great view on the Eiffel Tower - I've expected to be somehow tricked about this, but it exceeded my expectations. Location of the hotel is great, but can be a double-edge sword - due to the popularity of the location we had some checkout complications (whole street was blocked for the marathon, so we had to walk to a taxi for 10 minutes). Staff making basic mistakes - asked them to clean the room later due to baby sleeping (they've missed it in the morning!), but still knocked the door. Later management sent a card with apology & champagne - very cute, but because we're with the baby we're obviously not drinking too much. Too overpriced for a 4-star hotel - back in the days we've booked Shard in London for the same price, which is on a completely different level of quality. Queues at the reception every time I went there - seems like a lot of folks are booking for a short period of time. When we've arrived there was also a drilling in progress to fix the elevator right on our floor 😕

Staff is not very responsive and/or helpful. Was missing an iron in room and needed it fairly urgently for a photoshoot and dinner plans and staff took very long to respond and to provide an iron. In addition, staff is not very good welcoming and greeting guests as expected of a 4-Star hotel.

requested on numerous times interconnecting rooms. advised on check in yes interconnecting rooms. Advised later NO interconnecting rooms, we had rooms next door to each other but we wanted interconnecting. Bathrooms also have mould growing on the tiles. Wanted to discuss with manager but he never made contact with me. Very disappointed as this hotel is very expensive. Breakfast staff were fantastic.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews online, but my experience turned out to be a lovely surprise from the moment we arrived. The bellman welcomed us with a warm smile and promptly helped with our luggage, which was a great first impression. Check-in was smooth, and I was especially grateful that the hotel managed to arrange an early check-in for one of our rooms. After a red-eye flight with my family, having a room to freshen up and rest in made such a difference. I also appreciated the housekeeping team's thoughtfulness in keeping our drinking water well stocked throughout the stay, so we never had to call down for more. The only minor disappointment was the bathrobe arrangement. We had two rooms, but only one bathrobe was provided in one of them, despite my follow-up request via WhatsApp. The lifts were also a little slow, especially with the number of guests using them. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, the warm welcome and thoughtful touches made our time at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel a pleasant one, and I'm glad we didn't let the online reviews put us off.

had been dreaming about staying in a room with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel’s website makes the experience look absolutely magical, with the Eiffel Tower appearing incredibly close to the hotel. Because of that, I paid a lot extra for a high-floor room, even though it was a significant amount of money for me. Unfortunately, I felt completely misled. When we arrived, I was given a room on the 5th floor and told that this was considered a “high floor.” The hotel has 11 floors, so apparently floors 5 through 11 are all considered high floors. But the worst part was the location of my room. It was at the very end of the building, as far away from the Eiffel Tower as you could possibly get. So I paid extra for a high floor and ended up with one of the worst rooms in that category. What made it even more frustrating was that my friend did not pay extra for a high floor. She was given a room on the 3rd floor, much closer to the Eiffel Tower, and her view was actually better than mine. So I honestly don’t understand what I paid extra for. I left the hotel feeling very disappointed and still feel that way. If you are paying a premium specifically for an Eiffel Tower view, you should know that the room you receive may be completely different from what you see in the hotel’s photos. Apparently, it is simply a matter of luck. The rooftop bar was another disappointment. The best area, right next to the Eiffel Tower, is reserved as a VIP section. Even hotel guests are not allowed to enter that area or get close enough to take a proper photo. Considering how much guests pay for the Eiffel Tower experience, I found this extremely frustrating. There was also a ridiculous situation with the room key. We were hotel guests and arrived at the rooftop bar with one key for two people. They refused to let both of us in and sent us back to get another key. Honestly, it felt like a circus. Overall, the hotel’s marketing promises a magical Eiffel Tower experience, but the reality depends heavily on which room you are assigned. I paid a significant amount extra expecting a special experience, and instead I felt that I had paid more and received less. Very disappointing, especially considering the price. I would definitely think twice before paying extra for a “high floor” here.

We stayed for 3 nights late September and had a wonderful time. The room was great and the view of the Tower from the terrace was amazing. We had a stall member named Julia who took the best care of us; she was the best.

It was a regular stay. Nothing exceptional or horrible.
