For a hotel of this price range the only thing included was bottle water in a mini fridge that barely kept it cold. The holder for the hand held spray was broken when arrived had to call to have it fixed and I will say that head needs to be adjustable. Older people don’t always appreciate a rain shower and the hand held needs to be fixed so can use it for shower. Came back to room and found a wet washcloth left in floor. The air conditioning even on lowest temp never kept the room cool enough especially when you have no top sheet so have to sleep under that thick coverlet. Most of the higher range hotels we stayed in included breakfast. The concierge was very helpful with restaurant reservations and securing transportation. It also would be nice to have in room information about nearby shopping, restaurants, and maybe a map of the area.

We had a wonderful experience at the Pullman. Specifically, we want to thank Inez for her kindness and accommodation of upgrading our room. She remembered the day of our birthdays and sent us a birthday dessert on each day. Her and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. It was a great experience and we highly recommend staying. Thank you again!
