We arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the lobby was quite busy with several guests checking in. Despite this, one of the gentlemen at the front desk warmly welcomed us and did his best to assist with our check-in. Initially, there was only a twin-bed room available, but since we were staying as a couple, I politely declined. He immediately made an effort to help by contacting his supervisor. A lovely lady came to assist and managed to find us a room with a king bed. We truly appreciated the extra effort they both made to ensure we were comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and exactly what we were hoping for. As a Silver member, I was pleasantly surprised when she recognized my membership and proactively offered us a complimentary late checkout until 3:00 PM. Usually, I have to request late checkout, so it was a wonderful touch to have this benefit offered without asking. 💙 Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Your professionalism and genuine hospitality made a great impression, and we look forward to returning again.
