Stayed 3 nights here prior to cruise. Excellent, spacious rooms, very good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff - in particular Hsu at reception who helped so much when a Viator excursion driver did not turn up. A slight problem regarding the bath solved with commendable speed. Good location 20 minutes walk from the Oud Medha Green Line Metro and from the wonderful AYA Universe

We got expensive pricing once we tried to prolong our stay due to the Iran conflict. We had to book additional days ourselves through the app to get fair price. No information around if Dubai will cover or not. Long waiting times in restaurants from time to time. But still friendly staffing that is the reason for 3 instead of 1 in score
