Dear Management Team, I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai, and I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience, which was unfortunately very disappointing. From the beginning of my stay, I found the level of staff responsibility in the receiption and service to be below expectations. There was a noticeable lack of attentiveness and proactive communication, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, several key amenities that influenced my booking decision were either not functioning or not available during my stay. Specifically, the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were not operational. This was not communicated in advance, nor was any alternative arrangement or compensation offered. Such facilities are essential features of the hotel experience, and their unavailability significantly reduced the value of my stay. I believe it is important for guests to be informed beforehand if major amenities are out of service. Transparency in this regard would allow guests to make informed decisions. Overall, my experience was frustrating and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of your reputation. I feel that the stay did not justify the cost, and it was a waste of money. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both your service standards and communication with guests. I would appreciate your response regarding this matter.
