1. Even my name is not spelled correctly- shows the attention paid to us 2. not welcoming when checkin- same was not the case with other guests 3. we had to ask for our welcome ice cream - not given on our arrival but we made the call 4. Breakfast was very good but we were not attended- not the same with other guests. other guests were taken to their table, promptly refilled their coffee but we for the obvious reason was not looked after

Once again, It’s been such an amazing stay in every sense of the word. I am no longer surprised by the amount energy and effort invested by the whole personnel into their work in order to meet the guests satisfaction. Speaking of which, I would like to express my gratitude and send a very special thanks to Mr. Taha for his outstanding hospitality. Despite the high occupancy in the hotel, Mr. Taha concretizes each and every single guest all the time needed to make him/her feel comfortable. I am speaking from my own experience. In other words, Mr. Taha made my experience unprecedented upon check-in, during my stay, and even on my check-out. The least I can do thank him is to be depress how amazed I am with passion he has for his job, Whenever I happen to be in the lobby, I always see Mr. Taha working by leaps and bounds in order to have everything meticulously done. Mr. Taha is a conscientious person, I am so glad to have made his acquaintance and I believe All Accor are lucky to have such a amazing person in their personnel. I am certain that Mr. Taha will be more and more valuable to ALL Accor by time. He is the kind of person that you want to have in your team to ensure a sustainable progress. I also would like to deeply thank Mr. Edwin for his continuous assistance whenever I need it, I can’t write this feedback without mentioning the amazing work that be done everyday by Ms. Queennie. Ms. Rogine. Mr. Fathy and the other gentelman in the front desk from Egypt whome I forgot the name sorry as swell as Mr. Ali. I am sorry that I am not happy. I had given the payment in advance by cash and while checking out, I have asked for the invoice but the guy mentioned to me the system is slow and can send the invoice by mail for which I had given my two email addresses. Unfortunately, till date I didn't get the invoice. Please ask them to send the invoice. Re room cleaning, till in the evening nobody came to clean the room and all the food left over from the previous night was lying on the table and then I had to call them to come to clear this. The service in the restaurant was also not very good. Just for your information, I am an owner of chain restaurants.

This place is crazy with its cleanliness and the price we got the apartment for. we had a small birthday get together with 6 people and the amount per person was up to 100 AED only for one night for a 3BHK apartment. The only problem was the short circuit that happened once but they were quick to resolve it. Most special thanks to Taha - the manager at Movenpick who helped us and checked on us during our stay

Very friendly staff, always with a smile, willing to help us. Room was not so new in terms of design but very clean. Quiet area and easy to reach by taxi (i.e from airport around 15 AED). Food at breakfast was so abundant and in in big quantities. I could noticed that no item was ever finishing. They keep coming over and over again, same smile and happy faces all over the place. I love you guys and I was impressed by your attitude! Keep this good work!
