The room is good but the room service isn’t good if I’m asking a water bottle they not even provide they took more than 2 hours, if i ask regarding this they said there is a water shortage so takes time and if im willing to pay for the water bottle they dont even provide properly, i stayed5 nights but its horrible first they gave me 345 room in 3rd floor every night I'm facing horrible experience there is a worst noise and sound coming from the bar the 3rd dsythey shiftedyroomwith a worst view. Not only water bottle if I'm asking anything like plates, dental kit or comb whatever they're taking more time reallyoje of the bad experience in Dubai hotel. I never expect this from Accor groups to be honest I never visit this hotel ever in my life one of the most traumatized experience .even if I'm asking directly to the issues regarding the help desk they easily said we have rooms full so we're facing this issue is this the right answer? Water is a basic thing they don't even fullfill my thirst I went out and but water bottles by my own money they don't even provide paid bottles also how cruel is this.nothing convenient

The bfast buffet and location is ok. however our check in process is very slow.It takes almost 3hrs. My 3 months old baby is with me and already needs to change diaper, fussy and also I need to breast feed already. Room also changed from twin bed to single bed. However we requested additional bed they provide free of charge. Toiletries not available at the room when we arrive( no toothbrush and sleepers) We requested they provided. Battery of tv is missing we requested provided after 3hours. We understand that it is holiday maybe fully booked or under manpower. But I think needs to improvement for this. Thank you.

1. The best part was with this location. 2. Terribly disappointed with the noisy room that I had with the music was ongoing till 4 AM in the morning. During the check-in process, I clearly requested for a quiet room. I had met the manager and she asked me to upgrade me to a better room or offer a discount on my future visits. 3. Vale parking has to improve a lot because they did not pay attention while I was waiting for nearly 10 to 15 minutes and later I found out was my car was still not parked in the basement.
