Old and dirty, will never come back

We booked via booking.com, which shows nice clean and new apartment. As soon as we checked in it is the opposite. It’s and old and dirty apartment. The tiles are dirty, cracks in the sink. Nothing like the pictures. And they charged us 1500 aed per night! We live in abu dhabi/dubai we know what 1500 per night hotel looks like. This one is definitely not one of them.

The room was prefect, every day when we came back very tired could have a nice, deep sleep to recharge for the next day. We loved the what's up communication option. The breakfast offered wide choice of European, Arabic and Indian dishes. Restaurant team was very attentive. The only to be improved point are the requests from housekeeping shouldn't been asked 2-3 times, but just once. Thank you

First of all, I would like to thank Movenpick for all his good services. I was had an issue of stay with front desk I told her I kindly need room to be near to elevator because of my wife can’t walk long for a medical issue but he gives us very far room with bad smell and she did for me free upgrade as a member of all Accor and I thank here for that but I go back to front desk to tell that the room is so far then I meet Mr. Taha Ibrahim and he was dray on talking and he make me feel that I taking a favour from him for the upgrade and a little late check out until 2:00pm and I was booking for 2 nights 2/05/2022 to 04/05/2022 we have night included breakfast did check in at 3:30 pm and I ask for a bed for my babe he told me it’s for an Extra charge I mention for him I was in another hotel and I didn’t like because I have my family with me and I choose Movenpick for my good back ground what I have for Movenpick but I thanks him and I go back to the room then I found the Katele was russet from inside and I was need extra 2 bellow I do a complain at 5:00pm until 2:00 am I thank to Mr. Ibrar he come and replace the Katele and give me 2 bellow which I was request as him self I go back I I found a Cockroach in the door from the lobby and when I open the room, I found another one in the bed (photo and videos available) bathtub water stopper was blocking water not flow and I didn’t even take a bath and A/C was not clean my daughter and my wife sleep in the sofa and I sleep in the share any how next day morning I called for house keeping at 9:15am day 3/05/2022 and (all have photo and videos) we go to restaurant for the breakfast and was waiting for about 15 mint to go into food area then after we sit-down floor was not clean and one of employee was want to take my daughter plate food because its already 11:00 and time is finish I go back to room I found about 11:30 am nothing happed in the room then I send email do complaining and mention every thing with photo Until 4:15 pm nothing happened when I go down for smoking out side then Mr. Ibrahim asking me to have a coffee and speak then I agree He start talking nicely finally and after I explain every thing to him he offer me he will do deep clean and will send maintenance to fix the bathtub but I told him if I fiend another cockroach what shall I do Then he transfer me to suite and he apologize for what happened and give late check out next day until 5:00 pm and give me extra bed for my daughter without But we finish conversation about 4:15 pm after he open for us the new suite and we shift it was be about 6:15 pm And also, phone wasn’t work inside we asking for it some one come about 3:00 am We ask for the next day break fast as a room as a continental breakfast but they told me it’s with Extra charge Finally I would like to thank him Mr. Taha Ibrahim for what he did But honestly it will be the last time I can be in Movenpick bur Dubai I have 2 nights before in Jumeirah Movenpick it was excellent was my birthday if I think to go again to Movenpick it will be in Jumeirah as was deserve more than 5 Stars and went in Movenpick in Lebanon al rawaesha I remember the general manager I meet him there his name was Mr. Sharble was very nice.
