Outstanding in every possible way My stay at the Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai was quite simply exceptional without doubt the best hotel experience I have ever had. The facilities are superb and the food is absolutely incredible, consistently high quality across every meal. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The level of service, warmth, and professionalism shown by the staff is unmatched. extremely pleased with the professionalism & friendliness of the rooftop staff ( Brighton , Nowan , Buddy and friends ) and SuperMarvin ( catering ) - a clear testament to the superb managerial skills of Laksman & always a pleasure to visit the Somerset’s ( one of Dubai’s hidden gems ) - most welcoming pub staff in Dubai ; so a special shootout to Sevara , Sky , Himanshu , Jawad and Shyam & … and I have to mention the friendliness and keenness of the housekeeping staff - never a disappointment
