We got expensive pricing once we tried to prolong our stay due to the Iran conflict. We had to book additional days ourselves through the app to get fair price. No information around if Dubai will cover or not. Long waiting times in restaurants from time to time. But still friendly staffing that is the reason for 3 instead of 1 in score

We were family of 4 booked 2 rooms in mid Feb 2026 for 6 nights. Right from start they made us feel special by giving us early checkin as we reached hotel at 10.30 am and also graciously allowed late checkout as we had a late evening flight Elaborate and delicious buffet spread, however, limited Indian options.
