The experience was ok... initially i booked an interconnected room but when i reached to the hotel, the room was not ready and the receptionist said that she didn't get and cant see any instructions that the interconnected room was booked. however, she gave the interconnected room but took a little while where approx 3:45 we received our second room. apart from this, there was no complimentary recreational activities, could be an advantage.

Pleasant hotel , but there are some aspects which are missing : No Guest relation team to take care of any complaint as the receptionist said she is vacation - I have water coming from my room ceiling one time at the 2 night , then later again at 3 am , Eng is coming to the room with very loud machine at time like this to fix without any apology from their end or room move to be offered -Room service not applying the all heartiest discount however all the Accor hotels and the same brand in JPR is applying it against the T&C -breakfast was so nice , swimming pool as well , staff as well trying their best
