1. The best part was with this location. 2. Terribly disappointed with the noisy room that I had with the music was ongoing till 4 AM in the morning. During the check-in process, I clearly requested for a quiet room. I had met the manager and she asked me to upgrade me to a better room or offer a discount on my future visits. 3. Vale parking has to improve a lot because they did not pay attention while I was waiting for nearly 10 to 15 minutes and later I found out was my car was still not parked in the basement.

I came back after a year with my family and we had a great time at the hotel. The experience was great. The new apartments were great, spacious and modern. The service was always responsive and friendly. I will always come back.

Hotel entrance was crowded upon arrival and the parking space was limited. Assistance not received for handling the luggage, but it’s fine that I managed it. Front desk staffs were very helpful and overall process was good. Housekeeping was found little bit slow as we understand the current situations. In the room, hand soap dispenser was not functioning. Coffee maker was not operational. Dust accumulation was noted in the coffee bar area. Overall experience was good and just mentioning the comments over here to improve the quality of service in future. Assistance received from the team in swimming pool area was great.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, but unfortunately the experience was not satisfactory. The main issue was the air conditioning in the room. It was not working properly, and even after complaining several times, the problem was not fixed. This made the stay very uncomfortable, especially for a family. Another issue was with the room description. We had selected a queen bed room, but the bed was not sufficient for two adults to sleep comfortably. At night, we requested an additional bed, but the request was not handled properly or completely. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families, especially if you are expecting a comfortable stay with proper sleeping arrangements. Families should be careful when booking and should confirm the bed size and room facilities in advance.

Ac in room very week Wifi in room not working Food is very limited options Bad smell in the room No response from reception for any request even as simple as open the window for the smell to go away.
