This is our second stay, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The apartment room service team, Ferah, Rajesh, Kamal, and Hari, did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and organized. Hari even had the hotel engineer come attend to a small request right away. A shout out to Sarah, Lydia, and Remelyn from the Apartment front desk for making sure we had a great stay. A big thank you to Priyanka from the Hotel front desk, who helped my family enormously with our requests and arranged our stay, she even made sure we got the same apartment we loved from last time. She's consistently professional and thorough when it comes to understanding our needs. Thanks also to HSU for making our checkout smooth. And as always, so much love and respect for Sandra, also from the front desk, who has practically become family to us. My three-year-old adores her and calls her "Aunty Sandra." Her warmth and professionalism make our son feel completely at ease, and she's a real asset to the company. We've stayed here so often that we've become familiar with so many of the staff, Eka, Griffin, Jamaica, and others, who took great care of us during our last stay as well and were just as kind this time around. Between the facilities, the location close to everything, the cleanliness, the excellent room service, the food, and the wonderful staff, we'll always choose Mövenpick Apartments for our stays in Dubai.

Overall experience was excellent! From booking our long stay with Mr. Julius how assistive, professional he is. Gave us the best options available tailored based on our needs and demands. The check in process is smooth and open turning over the unit, I am so amazed how beautiful ,spacious,exceptional cleanliness,fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for our long stay since we love to cook. The amenities are replenished daily basis, towels are changed daily too. Twice complimentary cleaning. Everything is spotless. Thank you to the housekeeping team who done a great job everyday, the hardwork they are doing, Courteous, serving with a smile leaves the whole apartment amazing and clean. Feels brand new everyday. I wanted to mention their names Hari, Rakesh, Anthony, Noor thank you to all of you. To the concierge team Kamal who is always smiling and assisting us all the time with our luggages. Thank you to all concierge team, I don’t know their names. Lastly, good job to Remelyn for being the best. Who is always willing to help with a smile. The request were always prompt.
