Lovely hotel with spacious rooms, great breakfast and genuinely attentive staff. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by significant noise issues. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were placed in Room 102 near the corridor entrance and were disturbed on both nights by neighbouring guests. Guest services responded promptly each time, and the team kindly arranged food to our room when we overslept after a rough first night. While the hotel has many positives, the lack of sound insulation meant we barely slept during our two night stay and left feeling exhausted, which affected the start the next couple of days of our trip.

The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. I prefer the room to be between 18–20°C, but it never went below 23°C, which made it a bit uncomfortable—especially when coming in after a long day outside and during the night. The technicians did their best, but unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue. I don’t blame them. On the positive side, the service and breakfast were excellent. Several staff members went above and beyond. Nixon, Mohammed, Hsu, and Himanshu were especially helpful.
