We stayed at this location for about a month and had a very nice and comfortable stay. Appreciated their daily garbage pickup, water bottles provision and towel replacements daily along with twice weekly full service. The staff is very attentive and polite. One day our AC had an issue and they sent a fruit tray as a gift! Really liked the location of the hotel as well. Their summer rates were very reasonable and that’s what convinced us to stay there for so long. Our 3 bedroom apartment was quite nice with huge balcony , tvs in all bedrooms and a very spacious kitchen. There’s McDonalds and Popeye’s within walking distance and a newly opened grocery store right below the apartments. It’s was quiet and peaceful there as well. I really can’t think of any drawbacks.

Everything was great and good except one thing, it is too hot in the hall, the suite rooms, and the halls. It feels like the AC is weak and does not cool properly. The suite room at the 5th floor was warm. I woke up sweating because of how warm it was. The corridors in the 5th floor and the corridors to and from the wedding hall are also warm. The wedding hall was relatively warm. Also got feedback from friends and family that the wedding hall (Oud Metha Ballroom) was warm.

It was comfortable overall, excellent service, very friendly staff, and accommodating. My only feedback is regarding the bathroom design. It was missing accessibility and safety. Water was coming out of the tube while showering creating a pool of water outside the tube and needed to lay down multiple floor mats to absorb water, and the bath tube was too high to jump off without slipping inside the tube, so I had to hold on to the wall bars to exist the shower and I slipped twice but thankfully I didn’t get injured. I understand the modern look is important but as an interior designer myself paying attention to the overall safety of guests is more important than the concept design (image). Please try to focus on the with new project.
