I have just returned from a 8 night stay at the hotel and while there were many things that are good, the list of cons below for me didn't justify the extra i had paid to stay at a brand I recognized. Pros: 1. Great location 2. Lots of restaurants that are walkable nearby 3. Rooms were clean and well appointed 4. People were nice exp concierge staff Cons: 1. Bathroom poorly designed due to height of bathtub and entry safety issues 2. What turned me off the most was seeing roaches crawling on the coffee machines at the breakfast buffet 3. The food at the buffet didn't taste great so I regretted paying for breakfast daily into my hotel rate 4. AC tool very long to get to desired 🌡️

Hotel ambiance was very nice and staff standing outside was very helpful and caring.but facilities related to room was not UpTo the standards such as my stay was for 9 days and throughout our air conditioning was not okay and on the last day all of sudden water started to coming out of Air conditioning which was fixed later though but there was constant discomfort and malfunction on that side.plus there was a constant stink in the toilet. Moreover we had to made complaint about the staff as they put the same bath towels even when I used those and hand towels also. After I complained they sorted this issue but the point is that these issues shouldn't arise at the first place since your hotel has good repute in the market and you charge for your services a hefty amount.
