parking was a problem because industry in the area took up all the slots

We have used this hotel regularly over the past ten years apart from the last two when Covid interfered with travel. Good to be back, enjoyable dinner although thought the menu was a bit more basic than what I could remember.

Perfectly located next to the highway, staff is extremely efficient and fast to check you in, the room is your standard Ibis bedroom, breakfast is just perfect. Nothing else to say.

The first room we got was not cleaned yet, but after complaining we received a cleaned room. Breakfast is ok.

This Ibis Hotel is Ibis almost at its best. Comfortable beds, a spacious table and a spacious bathroom. Only problem I had.: The pillow was too wabbly for my head which therefore did not find a good support. Also: why not put 2 chairs in the room. why oblige the second person to sit on the bed? There is enough space for a second chair..

a modern, clean and well kept hotel. friendly reception staff and a good breakfast. Construction work nearby means a bit of a muddy car park but that should be finished soon. Excellent location just off on of the main autoroutes.

Breakfast room too small, especially when buses of tourists are staying at the hotel -> they are all taken breakfast at the same time. Breakfast too simple not enough choice. The location on the motorway is ideal but in general it could be better for that price level.

I must say I wasn't altogether impressed with this stay. We stay every couple of years for five or six days with a large group on business. The staff seem a little annoyed to be at work, the rooms haven't been updated in some time (for example, in our room the soap dispenser was ripped from the wall and not fixed, the showerhead did not stay up); everything is tired. We were told that it was impossible to have a drink in the hotel after 00.30, without being in our rooms- I have never seen this before anywhere in the world, and the website offers all day availability at the bar. The location is OK for the motorway, but out of town a little bit. Rooms a little too hot and noisy, shower fans on all night, just not pleasant. You're probably better to stay somewhere else if you can. It's a shame, as I normally like accor, but we spent several thousand euros here and nobody seemed to care or give a damn that we were there.
