Breakfast not good - juice machine empty, boiled egg machine not in operation, scrambled egg dry, coffee lukewarm

The overall 'experience' if you can call it that is getting worse... whole place a bit grubby and why the hell have they stopped putting kettles in Ibis rooms? They were pretty discusted when I asked them for one and my friends got one with a bloody Chinese Plug! Guess it was left behind by someone!
