My wife and I stayed for four nights. Two mornings I went down intending to have a cooked breakfast. The cost I'm sure had gone up since our last stay, but the quality was very, very poor and definitely not worth €17. The beans were O.K. but the scrambled egg was hard and kind of rubbery and hadn't been refreshed for a long time and the bacon was very poor; what there was left was laying in, I guess some sort of oil, but very poor quality, even for streaky bacon.

From my room on the 7th floor it was fascinating to watch the traffic hold-ups on the main road. Not so good when I was stuck in the queue.

Received a notice with the bill prior to leaving stating that I could drop the key in the key box and no formal check out was required. Got a few hours later some unfriendly mails stating that I left without paying. I'm still trying to get the bill settled with my company credit card over a faxed document! They have clearly never heard about online payment systems. Also didn't get an apology for the way they approached the problem. As an ALL member my credit card info is passed to the hotel when booking also.

air conditioning was not working, opened windows but get lot of noise from a highway

Air-conditioning was not working. Receptionist proposed another room, but air-conditioning was broken there too. Then he proposed to open windows, that helps a little, but get we get a lot of noise from a highway and did not sleep well.

Room were too small. No drinking water in room. Breakfast options too low. Need to do much better to maintain the star level the hotel has.
