I stayed at Ibis Luxembourg Sud and would rate it 7/10. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, there were several points that could be improved: The sink was clogged and the water drained very slowly. The trash bin had no garbage bag. There was no power outlet near the mirror for a shaver. There was no hairdryer in the room. When taking a shower, water leaked out from the shower area onto the room floor, and we had to clean it ourselves. There was no hand soap, and the number of towels was insufficient for one person (for both showering and drying the face). It was not clear how to control the room temperature. There was not enough information provided about how to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. Overall, a decent stay, but these improvements would make the experience much better.
