Air con is as powerful as an asthmatic person breathing on you. Room was incredibly hot. I understood but the pictures that the beds were slightly awkward being a double bed with a single over the top but was very shocked to find that the shower in a family room was not in a separate room and just a partially frosted glass box in the middle of the room. Literally have to get your family to leave the room to have a wash. Booked 2 nights and asked for a refund for second night to leave early. Didn’t get her name but the woman behind the counter in the morning was lovely and was happy to help with the refund but unfortunately that is the only positive thing about my stay!
