The staffs at front desk at reception area are very helpful, friendly,patient and energetic. The hotel and rooms are very clean. I suggest If amenities are included in the room as people will be traveling and forgot or loose important things like tooth brush and paste together with their baggage

Sorry. I will use this place for the only element I was not satisfied : Why cannot you charge also the local tax with the required pre-payment... I had a second payment to make for 45 CZK (so two different exchange rates/commissions) within same month !!! You should charge it upfront as the rest of the charge !!
