Thank you for taking care of our team, it was pleasant stay. I rated 8 because I had a parking level room which was probably lower level room but I agreed to stay there so no problem.

Hotel has a very convinient location in the center of the city, a big and clean room, a warm welcome gift and a wonderful welcome drink with a very high customer service, a very helpful reception personnel, very tasty breakfast with a very good choice, a cozy lounge with a nice choice of snacks and drinks. Just one comment - we didn’t manage to use souna as it was not fully working. However, the overall experience was really great and we loved the hotel and our experience there.Thank you!

Just small thing, it would be nice if your staff sees that I have been visiting your hotel several times, so I do not really need directions or times for breakfast or where the elevators are located... :) Another thing is that I cannot see all the loyality points I should have in my Accor account, and this is all the way from 10-15 years I have stayed in Mercure Ostrava. I have tried to reclaim them but no success. AllAccor web pages do not work well. Good that I do not have to use them for reservations. In addition, air conditioning in the room was not working. When I mentioned this I was told that maybe I did not turned it on... well, there are not that many buttons in the AC panel so I am sure I knew how to use it. Probably it was turned off because it is not yet summer. I hope this changes as I am coming back in June.
