I really appreciate my stay in your hotel. Especially if you have to stay longer away from home, it is nice to have a hotel that makes you feel like a home. I highly appreciate all your professional and kind staff, Hotel is at a great location in Ostrava. The rooms are spacious, nice and clean. The bed / mattress is very comfortable. I slept very good.

Hotel is very comfortable and conveniently situated in the city centre. Room was nice, calm and cozy. Staff is very professional and helpful. I stayed for one night during busines trip.

The only issue was th HC toilet which was too high and uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was excellent, the food in the restaurant too.
