Only the beds could me more comfortable (a bit softer).

I arrived at about 12.00 which is before check-in but I wanted to leave my bag. The woman at the checkin was unfriendly and did not really want to help. I felt that she and teh other staff were not interested in helping an Englishman with a rucksack, preferring Czechs in suits. Fortunately that was not my experience elsewhere in Ostrava which is a lovely city.

I really like the overall look and atmosphere of the hotel. Fantastic food and service, beautiful room (it was bit cold for me - that's the only minus I would say). Thank you.
