I find very nice place in Czech! The nature around hotel is very beautiful. Nice place for walking, hiking, cycling and so. Hotel is nice and big. Staff helpful and friendly. I was sorry I couldn't stay there longer!

The hotel is very nice and well located, interior perfectly mixing modern and local traditional look. What I've missed is better offer in restaurant as it short and more international than reflecting local food. What I really didn't like is the common blanket on double bed. We asked for 2 individual blankets but it was declined by the desk and the only option offered was to downgrade from superior room to standard with separated beds. I had never experience to decline this simple change even in another Ibis hotel in Olomouc.

Nice short stay

My stay was short I arrived late 10:30 pm and had to leave in the morning around 08:00. Hotel reception is just available till 10PM , later there is just a security guard. Tasking the security guard with doing a checkin is not optimal. I’d suggest to extend the reception shift (as in other ibis hotels) The room was modern and well equipped. I also like the design. Truly Ibis Styles. The area around seems to be nice, I’d like to come back in summer to see if the pool outside is open. Breakfast/Waiters When I was looking for the breakfast room, a blonde restaurant waiter showed me where it is. This was probably the most kind person I’ve ever met in any Accor Hotel. Unfortunately I don’t know her name.
