It was first time for me to stay in Novotel. It was business travel so I booked for 8 people. Some of them were first time in Poland. Everyone was very satisfied with not onl quality but super friendly staff. Also, the breakfast was good with wide choice of food. It was also first time that I saw in hotel machine to make fresh juice from various fruits. My guests were very surprised too. We are definitely coming back in 2027. Maybe even more than 8 people.

I was there for two nights, excellent welcoming by your receptionist after an adventurous start when leaving Cyprus. i have greatly appreciated that my request for a high floor was met, fantastic breakfast selection, very good touch the fresh juice corner, slightly disappointed that you do not provide an iron and ironing board in my room and was sent to the ironing station, reported issues with malfunction of heating and your technician came and explained that the unit is only for cooling and for heating i need to used the radiator which i must admit was not very warm, luckily the weather was not too cold therefore is was not an issue, problem with a light bulb by the entrance was fixed by your member of maintenance team. The quality of food at our event was excellent and so was at lunch time. Your bar tender gave us a very good recommendation when ordering an aperitif.

Thanks for a very nice conference-related stay. The room was ok, lifts a bit crowdy, but the meals - breakfast and lunch - great, very tasty and beautifully served!

I had no hit water but maintenance changed the mixer and fixed it in 30 min. Room was good and clean, but the toilet was dirty deep on the inside.
