Hotel was ok, but I was extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated. I have chosen your hotel exactly because I was assured on the phone I could get late checkout as I had important business meetings I needed to attend and needed to be on camera and have quiet setup, and when I booked I got a mail that it would not be possible after all. Any of the staff did not try to help find any alternative solution, not even an hour or two of extending the checkout time. I am a Gold member and do not understand why early check-ins were prioritised even though it was your stuff to misinform me before my booking. I get that there was an event in town, but I am sure not 100% of your rooms needed early check-in and there was a solution to support me more than just a hard no.
