Friendly staff, nice rooms, but the unflexibility shocked us a bit. We were booking multiple rooms for a thyssenkrupp delegation during that time. Some of our staff wanted to have a drink at the bar prior to going to there rooms. The staff was still there, but refused. Our colleagues didnt expect service but at least a drink and some glasses would have been appreciated.

I had a pleasant time in many aspects, particularly regarding the interactions with the friendly people of the hotel staff. The only aspects that influenced my rating (8) was a lack of possibility to access a password protected Internet connection (I asked at the reception about it, but no solution, although the hotel has an option for this . . . ), and I couldn't have yoghurt with fruits (not plain) without added sugar (there are some at the market without these health-risky sweeteners), which I had for breakfast in other hotels. In all other aspects, I was satisfied.
