Nice hotel in a great location, close to the Silesian Museum, NOSPR, Spodek, and other key spots in Katowice. The property carries the legacy of a well-known Warszawa hotel with a quite long tradition, which adds a certain charm. The rooms are on the smaller side but very practical and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. There is also a good gym and a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus for both short and longer stays. I still prefer the old Forum Hotel in Warsaw city center, but this is a solid Novotel property.

v nice stay, as always. rooms were renewed, brekfast options are v nice. I wish I had more time to use the renewed swimming pool, hopefully next time I will :)

Generally nice and well located hotel. But the hotel was fully booked for 2 huge groups and was IMPOSSIBLE to use any public areas. Pool always full, young people running and shouting in corridors, in the evening waited more then 10m to get in the elevator... not very nice staying.

During periods of high occupancy, especially with organized groups, there are times of increased traffic in the hotel’s common areas; however, this should absolutely not affect the comfort of other guests to such a significant degree. We are sorry for the noise in the hallways, the difficulties in using the pool, and the long wait for the elevator.
