Ironing facilities and extra heating provided at request. Some Restuarant staff behaved as detectives for how much food was being served which wasn’t helpful and becoming. Got take away sandwiches and was rightly charged but the behaviour of staff in handling this matter was not acceptable at all and included laughter and berating. But it did not eclipse my overall satisfaction but needs mentioning to educate the staff.

Staff were helpful. I required extra duvet due to my neck problem - this was provided. I couldn't share the bed as it was too small for two people I was extremely disappointed with the reservation situation. It didn't give me the option to pay when I book. I even tried paying for the hotel the day before my departure but it wouldn't allow me. On my booking the price was £518 but when paying in Poland, I paid approximately £590. I queried this but I was told the exchange rate was based on the day. Even though taking this into consideration I was over charged. At booking I upgraded the room but to my disappointed my other family were staying in the next room got exactly the same without an upgrade. The room is advertised for 4 people, this is very misleading. I had to sleep on the floor because the bed was too small for my 10 year old and 12 year old. My two girls had to sleep on the double bed, my husband on the small bed and myself on the floor because of my neck I couldn't share that tiny bed with my husband. Hence I requested 2 duvets to sleep on the floor. I really feel the stay was not value for money especially being asked to pay almost £60 more by the reception. I had no choice because the hotel was full and had children and had to make do. I enjoyed the food breakfast and the bar menu. The bar menu was the same every night which didn't offer more choice or variety for someone like preferring to ear at the hotel.

Our experience was wonderful. Only eishe you could extend the swimming pool closing time. We only had a brief wait on Saturday 11 April when we found the elevators not working due to a fire alarm. On entering the door... we were not informed and we went strait into the elevator. The only thing that stopped us was the water on the floor which made us realise something was going on until few minutes late when the staff came back to reception. Iam sharing this so that I can help improve you standard operating procedure should you wish to other wise it was an issue for us.
