Dear Ms. Klaudia, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First of all, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration caused by the communication regarding the late check-out request. We understand that your travel plans and business commitments were an important factor in choosing our hotel and we regret that your expectations could not be met. We would like to clarify that during the dates of your stay the hotel was operating at full occupancy due to high demand in the city. As a result, unfortunately, neither late check-out nor early check-in options were available, as rooms needed to be prepared and released according to operational requirements. We understand that the information provided before the reservation created different expectations and we are sorry for this inconsistency in communication. While our team was unable to offer an extension of the departure time on this occasion, we acknowledge that this situation impacted your overall experience. Your comments have been shared internally as a reminder of the importance of setting clear expectations before booking, especially in periods of full occupancy.
