Took forever to check in and when I went up to the assigned floor to find my room, none of the rooms had doors. So then I needed to go back down and request a different room. The room was fine, but the experience was not what I would expect.

Obsługa, serwis śniadaniowy O.K. Parking O.K. ale trochę za drogi. Uważam, że nadszedł czas na remont obiektu. Węzeł sanitarny w pokoju bardzo źle zorganizowany, umywalka za mała i zdecydowanie za wysoko zamontowana, dużo za wysoko zamontowane pojemniki z płynem do mycia, kabina prysznicowa w złym stanie technicznym, wieszak na papier toaletowy zamontowany na tylnej ścianie za sedesem (kto na to wpadł?), za mała ilość wieszaków w łazience.

Szanowny Panie Bogusławie, Serdecznie dziękujemy za poświęcony czas i podzielenie się z nami swoją opinią. Wszystkie Pana sugestie zostały przez nas uważnie przeanalizowane i zostaną uwzględnione przy wprowadzaniu ulepszeń. Mamy nadzieję, że wkrótce będziemy mieli przyjemność gościć Pana ponownie! Byłem z dzieckiem w hotelu po raz kolejny- nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Pokój z widokiem na góry, bardzo ważne- działająca klimatyzacja. Napoje powitalne w pakiecie, śniadanie "wypasione". Przyjechaliśmy po intensywnej wędrówce po górach, tak, że hotel służył nam jako odpoczynek. Moje dziecko zafascynowane maluchem 126p. Jedyny problem był z kartą do drzwi- kilkakrotnie nie mogłem otworzyć drzwi do pokoju. Problem został rozwiązany przez Panią z recepcji. Ogólnie pozytyw- polecam! Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy do Państwa :) Do zobaczenia
