I love coming to this hotel, it is sentimental because of "small" FIat 126 - my very first car. But, what I like is the bar and restaurant - really good meals. my favourite room was large and comfortable. But what i love most are the people - stat is really nice and professional.

There is one minus which was not really convenient - one of the elevators was not working. It should be fixed as soon as possible as the other elevator was not running very fast, rather quite slowly.

I visit Ibis Styles Bielsko Biala pretty often. Service is always nice and helpful. Rooms are not very modern in style, but the bathrooms are renewed. Breakfast includes good variety of different fresh goods.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Room on the small side but adequate and very clean. Bottom sheet was too small to tuck in under the sides of the mattress, which was a bit annoying. Towels supplied were rather limited.

The experience was good, two bad things I would say are the Entrance does not has a ramp for luggages and the rooms does not have A/A.

Rooms needs general renewal. No AC in room, no closet to put clothes, i have slept at better beds. But bathroom is a nightmare - after shower whole floor was full of water. Bathroom need renewal 100%.

No air conditioning in the room

It was 30 degree outside and inside the room it was even hotter! There was no air conditioning in the room! All the staff were very nice and helpfull and gave me an air ventilator so I could cope with tbe heat. Unfortunately I will not go back to this hotel until they install air conditioner

There was no AIR CONDITIONER in the room !!!!! it was 30 degree outside and inside the room was probably 40 degree! Aside from this problem, all people that works in the hotel are very nice. One of the employees gave me an air ventilator to at least I could get some air. But unfortunately will not go back to this hotel until they install air conditioner!

The price can be very competitive compared to central hotels. Easy access to city centre with bus stop outside the hotel and also a taxi rank. Next door is a convenience store, and a 5 minute walk will get you to Gemini Park where you will find shops, chemists, supermarket, eateries (serving fast food,pizzas, sushi,healthy salads) and a cinema. Plenty of parking which is free. Next to the Park there is a wonderful play area for children.

When you have a room opposite the lift it can be frustrating at night, especially if you wish to have a good night sleep.

The staff were very nice and helpful, breakfasts were superb, but overall the building needs some updates, maybe a new coat of paint. Location is good only for those who know how to get there by bus or car.

The hotel provides basic service, it has been refurbished and updated but the beds are of very poor quality-similarly the towels.
