Hotel in good location 10/15 minutes from town centre and railway. Tram stop 5 minutes away. Rooms basic and functional, staff attentive and helpful.

As a frequent Novotel guest I was expecting a rather significant drop in quality and service. And, what a surprise - service is perfect, nice, friendly and helpful staff; nice, clean rooms with all the required amenities and a super wide choice breakfast, far above expectations. All that was showing that a lower budget vacations may also be very pleasant. Please remember there is a voucher to get 20% discount in Novotel restaurant; unfortunately I did not notice that (it is posted everywhere but well…) so maybe it would make sense to verbally inform about that during check-in since it is quite important and money saving tip. Close to center of Katowice, very close to the Silesian museum which is fantastic. No more fears in the future - I will always happily book this Ibis Budget again…

Our stay at Ibis Budget Katowice Centrum was memorable. The location of the hotel was good and close to the Katowice Museum and Silesia Shopping Centre. It was also very easy to connect to Sadowa 5 Bus Station. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The hotel gives value for money.
