My second visit in the hotel, hassle free check in, i did not use any housekeeping ( i opted in green housekeeping ) so i can't comment about housekeeping staff. (By the way, i still expect the promised accor points to be credited since i put the tag every morning and i did not use any room cleaning at all )

The staff was sort of neutral on arrival, more like tired. The room was great. Complimentary water is weird though, the water that is supposed to be without gas, was with gas. But that’s a very minor thing. Breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff in the dining area were extremely nice.

This is perfect place to stay is you want to see Katowice. Right in the centre, everywhere walking distance. One complain only, queen bad are a bit too small for two people. And the parking. If you dont park at the hotel, the charge is confusing, meaning we would have paid less at the gallery.
