The hotel is very lovely. The location is great, and the rooms were comfortable. But the communication between the general staff managing the whole Mercure brand bookings (website and email) and the hotel staff is terrible. We had to call 3 times to change the reservation. Our clients were surprised by issues with booking because two Mercure teams were saying completely different things to us. You should even discuss it with the Katowice team or block updating the reservation via online form/email. You cannot allow both ways of communication where these two teams are to working with each other, and it's causing a mess and frustrations on our side and our guests.

The breakfast was the only minus at your hotel. It didn't give me the 4 stars of the hotel.
