- the staff did not recongise that it was may +10 stay at the hotel - there was an issue realted to billing (the hotel wanted to charge more than in the on-line booking) - no invoice for the stay sent although I specifically asked for it 2 times

Overall very good as usual. The only complain i have is the entertainment. The TV channels (HBO) are not available in original English version? The synchronisation to Polish language is terrible. I was calling front desk for somebody to asisst me with this issue. Maybe can be handled by an technician. Nobody was sent. If this poor synchronisation is standard in Poland, then ok it is what it is.
