We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet but the location is very central. The breakfast was ok but could be better in terms of hot food given the price.

Pleasant warm clean hotel with a good location.

A 2 week business trip at short notice wasn't ideal for my first visit to Poland. I arrived only knowing how to say "Hello" and "Thank you". Fortunately for me I found that all of the hotel staff can speak fluent English. In fact the staff are the hotel's greatest asset especially the hospitality staff working on the ground floor. All are pleasant polite and friendly, smiling, sharing a joke and making my stay more enjoyable. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The quality of the food and beers served was very good. The only criticism I can think of is that if you're staying for a longer duration than just a weekend then you might find the evening menu slightly limited. However there are a plethora of different places to eat within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. I also found that the hotel's location just a minute's walk from the railway station and the [relative to the UK] VERY cheap rail travel means that this hotel would be a viable choice for people visiting Krakow [the direct train took 50 minutes and cost me under £20 for a 70km journey first class! Katowice is also cheaper than Krakow. Finally the five storey shopping centre next to the railway station is full of brands familiar to us Brits - Nike, Adidas, North Face TKMAXX etc.... that's also a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again and also recommend it to others. Overall the hotel was by far the best part of my trip.
