The location is great: right in the city centre, close to the main rail station (and easily reachable from the Autobahn if you travel by car). Rooms are always clean. The staff is helpful. I have no complaints, and choose this hotel whenever I am in Katowice.

My second visit in the hotel, hassle free check in, i did not use any housekeeping ( i opted in green housekeeping ) so i can't comment about housekeeping staff. (By the way, i still expect the promised accor points to be credited since i put the tag every morning and i did not use any room cleaning at all )
