The hotel is large, beautiful, and clean. However, the spa and aqua areas are inadequate for the size of the hotel—they were always overcrowded. When we arrived at our room, there was a very unpleasant sewer smell—in the toilet and sink—but this problem was resolved during dinner. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room below the children's play area—it was a disaster! We couldn't sleep because of the children's constant stomping—the play area is open until 11:00 PM. This completely ruined our entire vacation. The only good thing was the magnificent breakfasts—simply the best I've ever had. Dinners at the Flame restaurant were also superb!

At the same time, I’m very sorry that several issues negatively affected your stay. Regarding the room, I understand how difficult it must have been to experience noise from the children’s play area above. We always try to allocate rooms in a way that best suits each guest’s needs, and when a situation is reported to us, we do our best to offer a room change — whenever availability allows. I’m sorry that this had such an impact on your comfort. Thank you also for pointing out the unpleasant smell in the bathroom upon arrival. Even if it was resolved quickly, it shouldn’t have happened, and the matter has been passed on to our technical and housekeeping teams. As for the spa and pool areas, they can indeed become busy during high occupancy periods. We are reviewing ways to improve the experience and ensure guests feel comfortable even when the hotel is full. I was kind of in short familly holiday and As well checking the hotel for future cooperation. There is many things you should work on and make it better. You dont a big hotel and done effort to show a luxury so work on As well and prove it in the services and other things. Reception - many people i saw working but kind of slow and doing things complicated..I think there is enough receptionist..but not good at it. Long time waiting and time to do things done. Flame resturant - a sign to wait for waiter!! Why..comon bog resturant big hotel..let the waiter focus on table..bring some one on to welcome and sit the people! We sat twic in both times not just line to wait..also waiter leaving tables or can make mistakes because need to go to welcome. Lobby bar - need kind of to go to bar to take their attention and to order from bartender - kind of hard to know who is the waiter...and kind felt like pushed them to go to work 😅 not smiling not happy... Have to say went later to check Luna bar..was empty but at least the bartender and also looks like he is the waiter he was nicely welcoming feeling. 4 star hotel and not to include the Sauna area??? I think its a pity and shame Put your self a tourist go to such as hotel like that and have these fasility and then you should pay.. But they a night earlier was checking other hotel gronie ski & bike 3 star hotel and they have sauna small one they offer it free of charge. Its just a point think about. I think enough

Your comments about reception, Flame restaurant, and the lobby bar are taken very seriously. Slow processes, mixed responsibilities, and lack of attentiveness are not the standards we want our guests to experience. I will share all your observations with the teams so we can address these points properly — especially guest flow at Flame and clearer roles in the lobby bar. I’m also glad you mentioned Luna Bar, and that the bartender there made you feel welcome — we’ll make sure this level of hospitality becomes consistent everywhere. Regarding the saunas — I understand your point of view. At our hotel they are charged separately so that guests who do not use them don’t have to pay for this service, and to maintain a calm, quiet atmosphere inside the sauna area.
