Dinner at the Season restaurant was quite simple, small selection of main courses, no meat first, beef, only chicken mix with coconut milk. For the price I would expect a richer selection.We didn't even use the wellness area because people tell you it's too small for that number of people.

The hotel was fine, but our room was opposite the door marked Staff. Since early morning this door was constantly banging (from the staff) until we were woken up.

Pros (+): - New hotel - Huge parking space - Flame restaurant (food & taste, staff, reasonably priced meals, ambience) - View from the Wow bar - Ladies at the reception (solved all our problems and made us feel welcomed) Neutral: - The bed in our Junior Suite could have been wider - Exposed wiring of a lamp in the corridor of the 9th floor (reported to the reception and fixed by the maintenance guy ASAP who also checked all the remaining lamps in the corridor) - Non-functional fan and lamp in the room (fixed by the reception after being reported) Cons (-): - Poor selection of meals during diners (not worth the price and of average taste) - Staff of the Seasons restaurant on autopilot (doing their job, but no emotions, genuine smiles, looking tired) - Pools and jacuzzis are absolutely disproportional to the overall hotel size. I don't want to imagine how would it look like in peak season - Not possible to open the window in our room and get some fresh air

The stay was very comfortable. I enjoyed the available amenities. Swimming pool area is small but sufficient; children being allowed in sports swimming pool is a nice addition. But most importantly - the food is great. Please make sure it never goes down in quality, as it’s one of your biggest strengths in the area! I have one nitpick however - Booking advertises the hotel as supporting Booking Wallet payments, when it doesn’t. It’s therefore impossible to use accumulated credits.
