We enjoyed the location and looks of the hotel. Used wellness in any free time. Several nice ski centres around. Good food. Nice staff. Occasional flaws can be spotted (like broken jacuzzi, door in corridor broken, shower door not fitting) and those are probably caused by hotel being brand new.

It was a good time in mercure hotel. The food was exceptional, services are good, staff is ok but definitely they need to study more, wellness is also ok. Rooms are good but shower is weird as the water can easily get out of it, pillows are uncomfortable and the beds are small but still overall they are nice. The only one thing ruined my experience - I got an intestinal infection on the last day, probably from the pool because I had breakfasts and dinners in the hotel.

In the peak line to the front desk was ridicules. Pool is nice only for the kids. Very good breakfast. The peppery is sooo huge. Paid sauna is simply NO NO - it should be free. Over all 3+ I. The scale of 5

Waiting close to an hour is understandably frustrating and does not reflect the level of comfort we aim to provide. Periods of very high arrival volume can be challenging operationally, but we are actively working on solutions to better manage peak check-in times. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the breakfast and are glad to hear it met your expectations.
