All was great, really enjoyed the stay. I only wish the water in the pool was a little bit warmer, and maybe had a section separated from the children. Otherwise, all fab!

We stayed there with children, age 2-18 :), loved how clean and fresh everything was. Good food, nice coffee. Great playrooms for kids, good size swimming pools, jacuzzi with lovely view. In our opinion there should be some more entertainment for 18+, it’s a very big place that could have some live music on in the evening, maybe some movie nights .. i would consider doing it, especially during winter/summer holidays.

Disappointed

There are some good points, like nice pool, tasty food, big parking but generally we were quite disappointed and would not rate the hotel 4 stars. The rooms were tiny, naming them "family rooms" where they could barely fit the beds for 3 people is quite misleading. They didn't provide any cot for the baby, but we didn't ask for it in the end, because there would be zero space in the room with one bed more. There was barely any room for the clothes (4 shelves and some hanging space), a big issue for a resort next to ski slopes, when ski clothes require so much storage space. The room we got was next to a big conference hall, so when the conference took place it was very noisy throughout the whole night and the kids had problems sleeping. There was no ski bus to the slopes, a big issue as the parkings next to the ski slopes aren't free of charge. Also, the hotel is on a steep slope, so it was impossible to reach without tire chains on some days. I have seen people walking uphill with big suitcases in the snow for more then a kilometer, as their car couldn't reach the hotel. The food was nice but with a very limited children menu, for 2 evenings there was no children menu prepared at all. The playrooms were nice, both next to restaurant and the big one. There was a lot of wind in the corridors, probably some issues with atmospheric pressure. The reception was friendly but was lacking information. We have seen cleaning services 3 times during a week-long stay, and they usually came in the evening, when we were preparing our kinds for sleep, so it was impossible to use their service anyway. I don't think the hotel is actually prepared for its size. We came not in high season and still experienced a lot of queues (reception, live cooking, elevators), can't imagine how bad it will be during winter holidays.

Everything was ok till New year Eve (3 separate venues in one hotel and staff do not have list of guests participating in these venues) I felt like thief when staff was chasing people including me entering dinner area asking of proof /confirmation of booking. Manager of the hotel not really prepared for what he designed for one special night. Huge disappointment ... No proper description of options which hotel was providing you have search for everything ,very poor sing posting in hotel -finding gym nightmare...
