Dear Team, I’m writing to share some feedback from our recent stay. We came as a family, hoping to spend a relaxed day together and while there were things we appreciated, several issues left us disappointed particularly given the price leve which matches that of premium hotels where these problems simply don’t occur. Dinner service ended at 8:00 PM, which I found hard to understand. I’ve never experienced waiters standing behind us at 8 o’clock, clearing away all the food. We came to enjoy the whole day together, not to rush through dinner to be finished by 8. The service at the main bar was slow, and ordering anything took an extremely long time. In the end, I had to walk up to the bar and order in person every single time. There was an extra charge for the sauna, which is fine in itself, but I’d expect at least some minimal service of water and a cup, for instance. To get a drink, I had to leave the sauna area, cross the entire pool, and walk all the way to the bar. On top of that, the cool-down plunge pool in the sauna wasn’t working, the outdoor showers were out of order, and there was no seating or loungers anywhere outside of the sauna area. Service was again understaffed and slow at both breakfast and dinner. I understand these are details. But when you charge premium prices, the details are exactly what set the experience apart and that’s where this stay fell short. I hope this feedback is useful for improving the guest experience. Nice hotel, beautiful view, great wellness and food. It would be nice to have more outdoor activities for children - some playgrounds or trampolines … our stay was for 6 nights and there is no many options to spent time with younger kids - wellness is great but playroom was crowded and its really small up to hotel capacity … there are another actractions like biliard, game room but for extra fees.. we liked the spacious rooms, but when we wanted to clean up we needed to ask for it. It was not the matter of course. The biggest negative is parking price - we paid 300 ZL - 30 ZL per night what is 70€ … it should be free for staying guests …
