The food was average — I would rate it 2.5 out of 5. It was edible, but nothing that stood out or impressed me. This is primarily a business hotel, and I would not consider it particularly baby- or family‑friendly. While the swimming pool is great, the lifeguards were quite unfriendly, which took away from the experience. The indoor kids’ corner/play area is extremely small, most of the toys were damaged, and there was no animation or activities for children. Service was a major disappointment. At the WOW Bar, we waited around 20 minutes just to be served, even though the bar was almost empty. After ordering, it took another 15 minutes for a draft beer, which arrived without foam, and 10 minutes for a cappuccino. It’s hard to imagine how the service would cope when the hotel or bar is busy. There were also safety concerns — exposed wiring coming out of the walls near corridor lamps. I accidentally touched one cable I hadn’t noticed and got an electric shock. Overall, the hotel is nice, new, and well equipped, but the service quality is well below expectations for a hotel of this standard.

My favorite destination in Szczyrk but it is, really annoying to pay for parking in the rural area and quite the same as the center of cities and no even for garage but just outside parking. Moreover, this is the only sauna which is not textile free. It is not really nice to breath all this plastic in saune or knowing that all sweat in swimsuit left in cold plunge. No drinking water in sauna! The breakfast chairs and tables at the windows side is a little bit kind of uncomfortable.
