It is wonderful to know that its atmosphere, service, and surroundings became the highlight of your weekend. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience during your arrival. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to receive information over the phone suggesting that an earlier check-in would be possible, only to have to wait until the official check-in time. While early check-in is always dependent on room availability, we regret that the communication you received raised expectations that we were ultimately unable to meet. We have shared your comments with our Front Office team to help us improve the consistency of our communication. We are also sorry that the wellness area and the atmosphere in Seasons Restaurant felt too crowded to provide the relaxing experience you were looking for. Please accept our sincere apologies for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. A clean and well-prepared room is one of the most fundamental standards we strive to provide, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. We are also sorry to hear about the non-functioning water fountain, the crowded atmosphere during breakfast, and your disappointment with the wellness area.
