Checkout after 2 nights with a good feeling and experience. Suddenly Ibis Zabrze approaches me with the information that I didn’t pay for a extra I’ve never booked. Put the proof on burden on me and once I provide the proof that I checked out as planned not even a Apology for their mistake. Sort your administration out and don’t blame people for things they haven’t done to you.

Dear Agata, Thank you for sharing your feedback to us. I am sorry to hear that You had such a bad check in experience. I have already spoke with my receptionist about that, and she is very sorry about how she has served you. It should have never happened. She should have more empathy, and more predictive. As for the room decoration, it is not the 70's but middle 2000, but we are aware that it is time to perform lifting. It will start very soon.
