We had a nice stay here. The Hotel was clean and warm, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A ten minute walk to the train station and then a fifteen minute train ride took you into Katowice. All good.

Tragic. You can't stand the odor in the rooms. Even when air-con is turned off it is pushing to the room odor from the kitchen.

Pragnę zapewnić, że już podejmuję odpowiednie kroki, aby zniwelować problem zapachu i uniknąć jego powtórzenia się w przyszłości. Jest mi także niezmiernie miło, iż docenił Pan pracę mojego zespołu. Co do renowacji pokoi, to ona już trwa, i był Pan zameldowany w naszym nowym pokoju. Raz jeszcze dziękuję za opinię i ufam, iż kolejna wizyta u nas odbędzie się bez niespodzianek.
