May we ask whether you have use our ATM machine located at hotel lobby or not. As the ATM Machine will shown in credit card bill as ibis Bangkok Riverside. If you have not use ATM machine, please share with us amount for the charge on 3rd March 2023 with details. It is with our pleasure to hear that you stay was good and you found our location is convenient for you as well as you appreciated our staffs, especially our front desk team. However, I am regret to hear our housekeeping and in-room service did not meet your expectation. Please allow me to express our sincere apologies. Regarding to in-room service, our ibis standard does not provide room service, however, guest can enjoy in-room meal by order at our restaurant. Once the food is ready, we will call the guests to pick up at the restaurant. I have shared your feedback with our Food and Beverage team to inform the guest before guest order in-room service to ensure guest knows our service standard. For turn on air-condition, I have also shared your feedback with our housekeeping team to pay attention to the note guest left in the room. However, please be informed that our pet policy is not allow guest to leave the pet unattended in the room or in public area as pet may create noise.
