We are pleased to know that you found the family room comfortable, however, we sincerely regret that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the disturbance caused by the loud air-conditioning and for the inconvenience of the children’s meals being served cold. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, especially when it comes to family comfort and dining quality. Your comments have been shared with our Engineering and Food & Beverage teams to review the air-conditioning performance and to reinforce food temperature checks before service, particularly for children’s orders.
