Ive been staying a lot at Ibis Bangkok Riverside and one thing I really like aside from the location is the consistent excellent level of service provided to the guest. From the moment I walk in to the front desk to check in, to enjoy the view and relax at Taste restaurant until I check out to continue my journey, I am always treated warmly by the team in this property. If there are any issues, everyone is very responsive and quick to resolve. I am always at ease and everyone makes sure to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable.
