Special Thank you to Jo Joe, he is so kind and helpful. 5 stars for him. He is friendly and always smile to us. He says hi to us every time we walk by and always ask if anything he can help. The hotel is at a good location and close to Icon Siam. We will come back next time

Very clean and accommodating, riverside location is beautiful!Quiet, even though you are in the middle of bangkok!The pool is large and extremely clean, breakfast was constantly restocked on busy mornings, bar staff at pool couldn't do enough to please you!I travel a lot in Thailand, I loved this place!

Great located at Riverside. Very nice tropical garden. Thai cusine is also great. Thanks to the wonderfull location the hotel is mostly fully booked during holiday season. The Hotel would more great when they would change the management which taking care the building. Rooms in Ibis Riverside Hotel looks outdated. Not any renovation since Ibis Riverside have been opened approx 15 years ago.

Hotel was clean, and our family room with bunks was a decent size, although the bathroom was very small. Lovely pool area with views of the river. The breakfast was very basic, but ok. Staff were helpful. Was good for a short stay, and would stay again if we visited Bangkok.
