This restaurant is great.And view riverside so good.there have everything‘s comfortable.They have seafood buffet the best.Mr.Jojoe great services.I like happy hours.Beer and cocktails.It’s very ceap.I hope will come again.Ibis riverside.

Second time at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to return. This time was as comfortable and enjoyable as the first time. The hotel is located directly next to the river. We enjoyed the beautiful view and the singing of small birds while we had a good breakfast outside by the river. The hotel is well maintained. The lobby and restaurant on the ground floor are open and inviting. A beautiful and very large and clean outdoor swimming pool is adjacent to the river. The railway station and the famous Mall Icon Siam are each 10-15 minutes walk away. The staff always welcome you with a smile. They do their best to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. A big thank you to all the staff, especially Mr Negi, the Manager of Operations who treated us as guests to his home. It is not just the hotel or its location, but also people like Mr Negi, and other members of staff who looked after us, that has made us loyal Platinum and Diamond members of Accor for many years.

A Memorable and Enjoyable Stay by the River

We stayed at this this hotel last year for the first time. We were so impressed we returned for another stay. The hotel wins on many fronts. The position is directly on the river front. Having a good breakfast either indoors or outside on the riverfront listening to the sound of birds while enjoying the view, is only one of the good features of this hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. It is the same walking distance from Icon Siam. It has an excellent outdoor pool and seating areas by the river. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We found the staff delightful, always greeting you with a smile. Our special appreciation to Mr Negi, the operation duty manager, and other members of staff, who went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is not only the hotel or its position, but also the warm service by people like these, that made us remain long time Platinum or Diamond members of Accor.

We've been in the hotel a couple of times but we had some issues this time. There was a problem with one of the rooms. Water leaking and lots of mold in the bathroom, so we asked for changing room. We were told all the rooms were booked, so an extra bed was added to another room. Not a great experience at all.
