We had booked a deluxe room but upon arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to the club suite. The suite was exactly as the photos appear on the website, very spacious and a bowl of fresh fruit was provided. The bathroom was very nice with a very large shower and a bath next to the floor to ceiling windows so that you could look out over the whole of Bangkok. The toiletries and bathrobes provided were of a very high quality. The staff could not have been more attentive or friendly. Breakfast was very good, great choice and we had ours served in the garden area. The gift shop was also lovely particularly because we were given a 30% discount on arrival.

Myself and my group of friends had a beautiful Christmas night at Virtigo rooftop bar. Fantastic food, great atmosphere and unspeakable service. Benz has served our table and I must say, he is a star. Thank you team!!! 😊👏

The best experienced dim sum dinner, worth every baht. Recommend to try dim sum here. Every dish here tastes is delicious, colorful , mixed with different textures. Service is out of this world. Take care every detail. Better than most restaurants I have been to. Especially Job , Hill service here is the best. This is my forth time here already. Very recommended.

Benz was our waiter and he was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the evening. The food was delicious, well prepared, and full of flavor. The view was amazing and created a relaxing atmosphere that made the whole experience even better.
