Excellent hotel with about 5 star facilities. The staff at this hotel are fabulous and couldn’t do more to help us. We are vegan and the staff went over and above to ensure we had enough options including pancakes, cakes and other vegan options. My husband and I had a couples massage, would highly recommend. So relaxing and peaceful. Bank at the pool bar was very helpful bringing us drinks to enjoy on our sunbeds. We can’t wait to return to this hotel in the future

Absolutely loved the place. Amazing hotel with such great service. We booked a tour of the temples direct from the hotel and it was really reasonable. We were fortunate enough to end up with Arisa, who was born to do this job. She was a fantastic host with a fountain of knowledge. The rooftop bar and restaurant is really good and the Chinese restaurant they have onsite was out of this world. Only mild criticism is the traffic get SO congested outside the hotel and you can be sat in traffic for ages when heading offsite. Allow plenty of time for anything you choose to do outside of the hotel

One of a Dim-Sum Best Restaurant in Bangkok

A great place to celebrate a special occasion. All the staff were very nice and supportive, Hill, Job, and Mile took great care of us. We came here for a birthday, and it turned into a truly memorable day. They even allowed us to go up to Vertigo on the rooftop, where the sunset view was incredible, with stunning Bangkok city and riverside scenery. Dim-Sum is also great fresh and delicious.

This is our first visit to Thailand, with Bangkok being the first location on our three week tour. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel than the Banyan Tree to start our holiday. Right from the very arrival at the hotel drop off, to our check out, every single member of staff was friendly, polite and could not do enough to help! With clear instructions and making the check in so comfortable, this is just what is needed after a 24 hour travel from the UK arriving to such a vast and vibrant city! As it was my wifes birthday on our trip, our room was upgraded, we stopped in room 5008 on the 50th floor with incredible city views and also views of Lumphini park. The room was very clean and the rolltop bath with skyline views made the wife very happy! The facilities and overall quality of the hotel is first rate. Every area was clean and oozes quality. The spa area was tranquil. The roof top bars (Vertigo and Moon) were modern, boujee, but not pretentious where you could have a comfortable cocktail with stunning sunset views. We saw two proposals in one evening at Vertigo! Thankfully both said yes!!! Although we had access to the club lounge which includes complimentary happy hour and canapés in the evening, as we were exploring everyday, we only really took advantage of the breakfast. We really did enjoy this, with a great selection of western and asian food choices. More importantly though the food itself was delicious and the fresh egg options are recommended, along with the masala macaroni! Location wise, Banyan Tree is situated around a 10 - 12 minute walk from Lumphini park, and also Lumphini MRT station which makes getting around very easy! Or you can just hop on a tuk tuk outside the hotel entrance! Overall, we would 100% stay here again if ever in Bangkok and the qualiry and service was so good, we would happily stay at other Banyan Tree resorts and brands around the world.
