Very nice hotel away from the hustle & bustle of central Bangkok. My room was large with a separate living area, a great size bathroom with a rain forest shower & and a bath although I have to say the bath had seen better days good quality shampoo & shower gel are included. The bed was very comfortable with loads of pillows. A nice touch each evening was my bed was turned down and a different little gift was left each night. I am a big fan of fruit, and each day, some different exotic fruit was left for me to try. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable with just about everything you could want. My one reason for not giving this hotel a 5-star review is the swimming pool and lack of sunbeds. I like nothing more than coming back after a morning exploring than to have a refreshing dip in the pool and relax on a sun lounger, but unless you bag your bed 1st thing in the morning then you have no chance. For a so-called 5-star hotel, I would expect better. All in all, a great stay at a great hotel with lovely staff.

Excellent service of the team! As we had 30 anniversary celebration, the team provided surprise for us including a cake and special drinks and most importantly the warm wishes and kindness from the staff ! Besides, the food is very yummy, there are freshly fruits and delicious bakery. Rooms are clean and tidy, spacious and decorated very well. Feel leisurely at the lobby area.

Arrived off the 12 hr flight to be greeting by a spacious room on the 32 nd floor! It was lovely Fantastic large bed, lounge area and beautiful bathroom Although arriving late we dragged ourselves to the roof bar and despite being busy by the normal instagram selfie crew the views, food and drink although expensive was excellent!

My stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok was exceptional. Located in the Central Business District, it offers luxurious rooms with stunning city views. The rooftop Vertigo Restaurant and Moon Bar provided delicious cuisine and panoramic vistas. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing. The staff's attentiveness and hospitality made the stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for a luxury experience in Bangkok!

Verona33333 TripAdvisor review

This was our second stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok and it was even better than our first stay. We love the two-bedroom apartment as it works perfectly for our family of four with two big bathrooms, a powder room and a spacious lounge. We enjoyed spectacular cocktails at Moon Bar, a superb meal (as always) at Saffron Restaurant and wonderful hospitality across the hotel with all staff. The hotel is a convenient short walk to the MRT and we find it an oasis to return to after a hot day of sight-seeing. Special mention to the housekeeping team who looked after us and our room so well, to Miss Pim for her smiling face and wonderful service and to Day who was an awesome Muay Thai teacher for our son. But the absolute stars for us were the team at Romsai Restaurant (including Aor, Ann, Hill, Mary, Mark). They reserved a table for us for my birthday breakfast complete with decorations and a personally signed card. It was such a great way to start my milestone birthday. It was so personal and kind. It really made us feel like part of the Banyan Tree family. We are already planning our third stay at this special place!
