Quarantine is not easy, and the protocol put in place by the hotel was very good (access to the gym etc). The meal delivery was also well organized, the food itself was very good quality and variety also nice. The bNH process was smooth, we had to check our temperature twice a day through an app or QR code website. Overall, and because my quarantine lasted only 7 days, it was smooth and comfortable

Had a great stay at Pullman during my quarantine period. Staff was very helpful and attentive and I had great meals all the time. Certainly felt like a holiday more than quarantine. Only drawback was that the cleanliness of the room could have been improved as I saw some dust when I had just checked in. Unfortunately there’s no way the room can be cleaned while you’re in quarantine. But this was more than made up by the fact that the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

Stayed here during Bangkok Lock down, breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail were served in the room on-time and with clean and well-protected. The tastes of food were nice. Staffs were very helpful and provided good services.

Was a very good experience to undertake ASQ here. A very consistent service with meals delivered promptly and of high quality. All requests I had were efficiently taken care of. The Hotel handles well the Government parameters they work within and the PCR Tests undertaken during the stay were always prompt with results by the same evening

I stayed one night and received all Accor Platinum privileges without asking. Room was large with a fantastic city view from the 35th floor, although a little dated. Because of Covid, most services were closed. However they did have the pool open and breakfast was served in room. Full marks to the chef who managed to serve me poached eggs in the room before they cooled down (not easy). As the executive lounge was closed the afternoon tea, evening canapés and drinks were served in room, but with no service downgrades and no quibble. A big shout to Henry who looked after me so well. I hope they manage to open the lounge, restaurants and other services soon as it will be back to it's best again then. Overall a great stay at great value in difficult times.

Check in normal take a few mins room over all are good but for service as I requested for Soap and shampoo have called asking for 4times waiting for 40mins for only shampoo and soap was a terrible service but man who give me very polite and good. Parking small and dark. Food great with No.1 burger at 25 degrees restaurant.

The check-in was quick, but the lobby is relatively dark and seem too quiet. Staff was attentive to my special request and informative about help. The room was assigned high floor with eastern view which was not very good because there is residence building blocking some parts of the nice view. The furnitures are most wooden which gives the sense of very used and not modern especially cupboard, drawers, and tables. The bathroom is nice, but again the door is quite small, not modern and not fit with property good profile (5 Stars). Overall, will give good review to cleanliness and good sleep pillows.

First of all I’m recommended for all. I’m stayed for 4 nights here, it's a typically beautiful Pullman Bangkok Hotel G located on the Silom Road. 1st time I stayed here under Sofitel Bangkok Hotel Silom. A good five-star hotel on Silom Rd. Which are very convenient for food, Business center and transportation. Also can park your car for free. The Sathorn pier not to far from the hotel can using shuttle boat service to Iconsiam. 25 Degrees Burger are located in the front of the hotel, Lobby, G Shop on Ground floor. The Playground still closed, and The Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant still close also but can order via in-room dinning and delivery. Hotel G Lobby design is good. There are actually white color Maybe there are no tourists recently from Covid-19 Situation! The hotel facilities swimming pool and fitness room still closed also because following government announcement guidelines. My room "G Deluxe" assign to 26th floor with Iconsiam side by request. The view very nice, since it was better to see the Chao Phraya river. As the hotel is quite tall. The room design with white color and large of the windows, bathroom have batube and raining shower and comfortable. Slippers and scrubbing supplies are complete. Drinking wather are free in the mini bar, coffee and tea is free. And there many plug on the table side. The bed was super comfy by Sofitel MyBed™. It was blissfully quiet and cool at night. Perfect for sleeping. The staff were super nice and helpful. Very warm greeting, and the Front desk team was great. They remember and call me by name. I would like to sincerely thank to all staff and Front desk team including Khun Nook, Khun Fon, Khun May, Khun Khati, Khun Elle, Khun Act, Khun Sky and Khun Nice for excellent service for me and make good memorable during my stay I was also very impressed with the experience at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and with to return again for sure!!

In these times of restrictions it is so refreshing and appreciated to see Pullman G offering their full range of services. The Executive Lounge is open and provides a quality a la carte breakfast and in the evenings a quiet retreat for canapes. Again good qua;ity foods and drinks available. A special thank you to the (female) chef who prepares delightful canapes ( especially the duck breast with pumpkin). Thank you. Many staff all provide efficient and friendly service. Thank you to Henry for his assistance with a problem ( not Pullman G). Also thank you to May, Ying and Pang. Pullam G provides a relaxing environment and all services I wanted were available.

Before arriving, we didn't expected much since we hadn't stay with Pullman before.However, we found out that the staffs are very welcome and dedicated to some small details for every customer.
