As a highly preferred Thailand wedding location, we offer packages and special offers to suit your needs. With the capacity to host up to 200 people, we will help you create a memorable Bangkok wedding celebration.
We were taken to the 27th floor for check in, which took 15 minutes and we were not offered the 'welcome drink' as part of our package.
Our room on the 26th floor was directly below the executive lounge.
We could hear the constant moving of chairs and scraping noises over the wooden floor.
All furniture should have felt or something similar to prevent discomfort to those rooms below.
Your staff were very friendly and the beds and pillows some of the best we've experienced.

I don't feel that this hotel provides the same level of experience as other Pullman hotels I have stayed at.
The lobby drop-off area could also be improved. There is not enough canopy coverage to properly protect guests from the rain when getting out of a car. During rainy weather, specialy at this Bangkok extreme weather condition, guests can easily get wet while getting out of the vehicle and entering the lobby, which is not ideal for a five-star hotel.
The breakfast variety was somewhat disappointing and did not quite reflect the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel, although the quality was still good enough overall. Pullman and another five star accor's hotel is well known for their outstanding buffet experience.
There were also some issues with the room amenities. The instant coffee and tea were not restocked on the second day of my stay, which was disappointing. There was also no bar soap provided for hand washing. While liquid soap is available, it was inconvenient to use, especially when I was in a hurry, as it took considerably longer to rinse off.
Communication could also be improved. Some front office and frontline staff were not fluent in English, which can be challenging for international travelers. I would expect a five-star international hotel to provide a more consistent level of English communication.
I also found the lack of some basic guest conveniences somewhat inconvenient. For example, as a smoker, I cannot bring a lighter through airport security. Many hotels can provide disposable matches upon request, but this hotel did not have any available.
Lastly, the lobby music was too loud, particularly around midnight. The fact that the music was upbeat and energetic made it even worse, as it felt inappropriate for the late-night atmosphere. When the surrounding environment becomes quieter at night, loud and upbeat music becomes even more noticeable and disturbing for guests who are tired and in a sleepy moods.
Overall, the hotel is still good enough and my stay was generally comfortable, but I expected a more consistent five-star Accor's chain experience, especially from a Pullman - Accor property.

Someone smashing my door at5/6am, no investigation given. The toilet is so dirty, there is poo on the side of the toilet. The hands tower is not provided the next day after room service. And it was my birthday stay. To be honest, I am very disappointed.

I recently stayed at Pullman G Bangkok and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel's location is truly one of its strongest points. It sits in a very strategic area, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation. Getting around the city was effortless, whether I wanted to explore the nearby nightlife or head to popular spots like Siam and Sukhumvit.
The room itself was another highlight. It was surprisingly spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. The bed was cozy, the amenities were complete, and the overall cleanliness and design made the stay feel both luxurious and welcoming. After a long day out in Bangkok, coming back to such a comfortable room was a real treat.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern. I would definitely recommend Pullman G Bangkok to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and upscale stay in the heart of the city

While I appreciated the view from the room, I was fairly disappointed with the condition of the room which was in a state of disrepair with tired furniture and equipment. But most inexcusable was the uncleanness of the room. Stains on the walls, doors and furniture. Filthy! In top of that the room was smelly as the air-conditioning is not will maintained. Mold can be seen in the air outlet.

Our 5 day stay was very enjoyable. The Pullman G is well located in Bangkok with transport at the door, and several other places within walking distance. The staff were excellent and the hotel has all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay.

Hotel is fine, quite busy. I would say in need of a freshen up. Bed could do with a topper also. I am well travelled in the Accor network.
Roof top dining for the premium westerner is there and looks to be a good option with a cheese barge also.

I stayed at the hotel for one week as I needed to extend my trip due to the flooding situation in Bangkok. Even though the extension was unexpected, I was very happy with my stay and the excellent service provided by the hotel team.
The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist whenever I needed anything.
I would especially like to mention all the staff at the Club Lounge. Everyone was very welcoming, always smiling, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality really made me feel comfortable and at home.
Thank you to the entire team for making my extended stay such a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate your great service and hospitality, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Excellent location, large room with very comfy beds.
Stayed in an Executive Room giving access to the Executive Lounge, where the service was rather hit and miss. Pool area was good and gym looked good although did not have time to use it!
Would recommend the hotel and if in Bangkok again would return.
