I stayed at this hotel with my dad last night as my free night from Accor card was about to expire. The hotel is a bit old and some parts need proper maintenance, especially the swimming pool. The room is basic but fairly spacious. The bar at the top is good to see the city. The gym is small but it's well equipped and maintained. The staffs at the gym and the pool are great. The pool is a bit small with a few cracked tiles. The hotel is not very close to the BTS, restaurants, shopping places and night life area but it's not far from any of those either. It's near the financial area of the city and it's good that we were there during the weekend as restaurants are not at all crowded, which is opposite to some other part of the city.

Stayed at the Pullman G from the 14th September to 29th September 2022. I immediately recognised this hotel as excellent by the way the reception staff dealt with my reservation. My room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. I purchased the Executive Lounge access with my room and would highly recommend this service. May I commend the Lounge team Henry, Pim, Krish, Troy, Balloon ,Pang (hope I got the names correct) for the excellent way they ran the lounge all very attentive and professional. The canapés and drinks choices were many and varied in very comfortable surroundings with great views over Bangkok. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff that I met were extremely polite and professional. I would also like to mention that the breakfast staff were extremely efficient and food was great with many choices. I will return without hesitation on my next visit to Bangkok February 2023. Thank you to all the staff at Pullman G.

Arrival: Nobody help with my luggages the moment I came out from the Taxi. There was a staff standing outside but he was just looking. Check In: No warm welcome greeting. Just trying to finish the check in quickly. Recognition: No membership recognition. No welcome drink voucher given (which I am getting wherever Accor brand im stayin even 4 star) Welcome Amenity: They placed the amenity while I was sleeping. The welcome card followed after a minute handed to me by a lady from the door. These could have been done before I entered my room and I did a checked in online. The lady who placed the fruit plate in my room was talking so loud over the phone and it woke me up. Room Service Food: It was delivered with a plastic cover (not promoting sustainability) Even the amenity was placed with plastic cover. Bathroom: The room has a luxurios looks but the bathroom is missing with a water hose (sprinkle) next to the WC. Very inconvenient to use the toilet. Housekeeping: The staff who cleaned my room is brilliantly amazing. Please claimed you are super! She organized my stuff accordingly. Thank you🙏 Check Out: Tricky front desk. This time for them to do their job quickly they ask me pay by card and they accepted my debit card. A guy explained to me that it should be better to pay the total amount by card to save time So he can return the US dollar cash I have deposited during the check in easily hassle free for him to do conversion and etc. I trust that you can do something for the front of the house staff proper training on handling specially arrival is the guest first impression of your property. Suggestions: 1. Assign a dedicated check in lane at reception could have been a nice impact for quick check in process 2. Explain to members what they can get as part of their benefit in your property. Some of the guest are not aware of it. Concierge: Nui was the only person showed hospitality. He helped me all the way to get a taxi. Thank you

Good hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, really good range of food and drink. The room was good size and had a nice view. The hotel is located not far from a BTS station, location is great. Overall had a really good stay here.
