Arrived at the hotel around 12 midday, as we checked in the girl in reception said that you will be checked in at 3 pm, unless you do a review now in google review and say that they are helping me with checking, it left me a very bad taste, so i did that and got the room, Rooms were old and dirty, swimming pool was old and dirty and small with a very bad service, over all not recommended hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was delicious with a great variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel!

I have traveled to Bangkok five times in the last six years and during four of those times I have stayed in the Pullman Bangkok, Hotel G. I kept coming back because the room and the service was good. This time my experience was not good at all. I was assigned to a berm that had no carpeting and scuff marks all over the floor. I put my medication in the refrigerator only to find out that the refrigerator was broken and my medication had to be thrown away. It got wasted. Finally, a refrigerator replacement was brought to me.. one morning, the ceiling started leaking water. Maintenance workers had to come in and clean up a puddle of water on my floor that I nearly slipped and fell in. When trying to use the soap dispensers in the bathroom, none of them worked. All of them were jammed. You couldn’t get any liquid soap or shampoo out of any of the dispensers. Then, worst of all, I asked to change rooms, and while I was granted to change, because of all of the stress that was put on me by this hotel, not being as good as it should’ve been, my wallet was lost, and then finally found in the old room after being transferred to the new room. I am very disappointed with my stay here and I do not think I will be coming back.

This massage place was really worth every penny. It was very relaxing and not a rushed massage. Would recommend more than 1 hour as just when I was about to be in deep sleep, it was over 😂. My therapist was Ms Yim Pim Muay, who despite her young age was very professional and good. The oil they used was also good quality and smells delicate. Highly recommended :)
