1st time at the Pullman G, as part of a deal. Loved the breakfast, afternoon tea, evening drinks (loved the team, and enjoyed meeting fellow travellers - had some great nights in the lounge). The Pullman G is old, the rooms have limited technology (like who puts power points under some bench, making it so difficult to get into there ? - and nothing near the bed) TV - well its not smart - and it's old, and surely the number of TV channels could be reviewed to remove trash stations. But the bed - HARD - the pilllows - large SOFT TERRIBLE, learnt there was one harder one in the wardrobe - it was JUST AS TERRIBLE. One cover / doona - nothing else; no sheets. I had zero sleep in 7 nights. The executive rooms are tired - the beds aren't comforable, the whole room experience is just dated.

Overall, the accommodation was good and clean. However, I would like to suggest some improvements regarding the food. The taste seemed more suited to foreigners, so it was quite mild and lacking in flavor for my preference. The lunch menu was not very appealing and was quite similar to the breakfast menu. The cakes were also a bit too hard. On the positive side, the staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and smiling.
