Having to pay for water we didn't order. when one of our party had throat cancer and needed water to eat and was not allowed to bring her water bottle she needed water. The rest of the party were offered a carafe of water, not told it was chargeable. 5 star Michelin rating, not sure how.

Great location, short walk to King Power Mahonokhan building, MRT, Central Park. Beautiful rooms with floor to ceiling windows, spacious room with nice shower and tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa experience was absolutely wonderful as well. Only negative was the restrooms in the lobby smelled horrible all 8 days we were there.

Exactly from the start , the staff excelled, I arrived at around 8 am , 7 hours before the proper check in , but by 10.30 they gave me a room, which , after traveling over 20 hours getting there , meant so much, there staff are great, and went a long way to make this place great, but ,!!!! The rooms are starting to look tired and worn and definitely need upgrading, I stayed in a club room, with club facilities etc etc, my only thing regarding the snacks at the happy hours , need some thought, IE less like roast chicken slices , or stirr fries things and just stick to pick up snacks, which also may cost less to produce,
I stayed on floor 33, and for instance the carpet in the corridor was very badly worn and stained, but in fairness to the hotel , the price I paid for what I got was fantastic, but would rather pay more for better or upgraded rooms, but over all I definitely would stay here again, the staff were great

We have stayed here four times. As an Accor Platinum member, we didn't really feel appreciated this time. Last year, we had emails well in advance to offer us transfer options, restaurant and spa bookings but nothing this time. We were not given a room upgrade. We got fruit in the room but last year had wine. Also, the air conditioner leaked. We ordered room service and left a note to say we weren't happy with one of the items and no apology or refund offered. It just feels now like they want your money.

Not only did we fall in love with the delicious Thai food, but the warmth and kindness of the Thai people will always have a soft place in my heart. The culture, the beautiful places, the atmosphere—everything made our experience truly exceptional.
Our stay at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G was also wonderful. The staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Put at the pool for his kindness and attentive service, and to Mr. Alec at the reception for making our experience even more pleasant.
The breakfast experience was also one of the highlights of our stay! The breakfast staff were incredibly attentive, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was absolutely one of the best we have experienced, with such a great variety of delicious choices for everyone.
Thank you, Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, for being part of such a special trip and for helping make one of my dreams come true. Visiting Thailand with my dad is a memory I will always treasure. We truly had an exceptional experience and would love to come back again someday! ❤️🇹🇭

Excellent guest support & location.Breakfast also was good.Rooms and fittings within are a bit worn out but rest of experience is good enough to surpass the drawbacks. Some small issues were there but as mentioned overall positive experience makes us forget the small shortcomings.

I had a very pleasant stay overall, largely thanks to the perfect location and the warm, helpful staff who provided great service. The facilities were a major highlight for me—the gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were all well-maintained and functioning perfectly. The food was okay, though the selection was a bit limited.
However, there were some significant issues with the room's lighting. The bedroom is quite dark because there is no ceiling light, relying only on a standing lamp. During my last night, I experienced a frustrating electrical glitch where all the lamps around the bed kept turning off by themselves every few minutes. While I appreciate that the staff quickly sent an engineer who changed a bulb, it didn't resolve the underlying system issue.
Overall, it is a great hotel with excellent amenities and staff, but the room lighting and electrical systems need attention.

Good service. Was at first dissapointed not higher floor but understand depends on availability. Appreciated the birthday promotion and extra touches. Very nice understanding staff. Not so much an officious manager at Scarlet who made me feel uncomfortable over drink voucher. Pullman G vibe is free and easy so why hangup over silly policy. I spent enough on food at 25 drgrees and Scarlet so should be trusted like most staff trusted me and treated me individually. I would go back because of their genuine service but not from the way a manager acted. Management should trust its staff. Plessd dont say but its policy. Thats my point, be flexible to the guest snd situation. Plenty of other hoteld in BKK and you stood out to me.
