We are staying at this hotel for 10 years now, but for some reason it looks like its going down a little every time we stay here. Will we return next time? Not sure yet. Apparently the pool area, sauna snd steamroom are now closing at 8:00pm, it was 9:00pm and one of the previous times I asked tgem to stretch it to 10:00pm as it nice to come to the hotel and visit, the sauna/steamroom before going out or to bed! The breakfast is also less good/choices to for a simple but nice European breakfast, which is also very important to me next to the quality of it. Never before than this time there were so many musquito’s in the breakfastroom, which made me feel very uncomfortable as musquito’s love to bite me, giving me big humps on my skin. In short we are about to look for a better place next time, so an 11th year at Pullman G will probably not happen, but we’ll see.

The wardrobe door light could not go off. By the time I noticed this it was very late. Also the bedside lamp had its lightbulb unscrewed because it was flickering. My room was 1819. A simple inspection of the room would have found these problems before I (the next guest) checked in.

First off, at check in at the Executive Lounge, we got a suite upgrade! Staff were lovely and went out of there way to be helpful. Suite was glorious with ceiling to floor windows overlooking the Bangkok skyline with river views! The Executive Lounge served fantastic afternoon tea and free-flowing cocktails. Breakfast was the best buffet we've experienced in a long time.

Morning Pierre Trust all well. I am very sorry for the late revert on the review of my stay in you amazing property. I was i hospital for my surgery of my leg and had limited access to writing emails. I used to be a regular visitor to this property before Covid but there was some misunderstanding with the staff so i was forced to look at another property for my stay in Bangkok. But this time i felt that the same old vibe was back and i had a great stay for 11 days. I arrived on 16th Nov and had a smooth check-in and was shown to my room had a little of language communication with the staff that made me think if it was the right decision to come back. But all this changed the following day at breakfast. I was met by a smiling lady with glasses at front desk who showed me and my partner to the table and in one magic moment my full stay was totally changed this out of the world lady in black blazer just walked up to me and told me to relax and she would ensure my food would arrive at the table. I had a problem in my leg and the people at breakfast ensured that i had no discomfort to enjoy my food. I told this lady what i need and trust me every day for the next 10 days everything was served with a smile to me. I was telling Krich that all it takes is one person to change a bad experience to an amazing out if this world experience. I must say the staff at the restaurant are just god sent i have seen how they put a lot if effort to ensure the guests have a great experience. Special mention to a few staff who took very good care of me during my stay and breakfast. Such people are the reason why guests come back again and again. I know i have mentioned only a few people names but every one at the restaurant need 10/10 for taking care of the guests like family. My thanks to C’Pia, Saipan ,Ying , Soso and Aom for taking the extra care if me. These are the people who make Pullman what it is. At the lounge i was met by Hendry who ensure my short eats abd drinks were served. Thanks to Tong , Tammy and Tor for going the extra mile at the lounge to make the visit great. All this could not happen without the food that was prepared by Chef Mook. She is a real asset and i hope the management soya keeps her close in Pullman. The pineapple fried rice, fried pineapple , the fried egg and the eats in the lounge were all mouth watering. All this i can say without a blink of an eye would not be possible without the intervention of Jonathan who i heard has left the property, my new friend Gerald who i assume will take care of my future booking and my good friend Krich who i spent a few hours talking everyday. Krich and Gerald are people who are doing the things in the back ground they are the real hero’s of Pullman. Finally i had the great fortune to meet you. To be honest i expected u to be in ur 40’s but i was happy a young person like you is running this amazing property. I have had the pleasure of knowing a few good GM’s in Thailand and one chat with you i rank you with the best. Finally a good word about the house keeping they do a great job every day thanks to them On the whole i had a wonderful stay at your property and look forward to come back in March to celebrate my birthday. I hope i can spend more time to know you. Wishing every one a very happy Christmas and a very happy new year. God bless all stay safe.
