The stay was lovely and the room was nice. Room service was very helpful. Only down side was there mom's air conditioning wasn't working very well and it got hot. Wouldn't cool down the room.

Had a great stay once again. Quarantine is not easy, and the protocol put in place by the hotel was very good (access to the gym etc). The meal delivery was also well organized, the food itself was very good quality and variety also nice. The bNH process was smooth, we had to check our temperature twice a day through an app or QR code website. Overall, and because my quarantine lasted only 7 days, it was smooth and comfortable

Had a great stay at Pullman during my quarantine period. Staff was very helpful and attentive and I had great meals all the time. Certainly felt like a holiday more than quarantine. Only drawback was that the cleanliness of the room could have been improved as I saw some dust when I had just checked in. Unfortunately there’s no way the room can be cleaned while you’re in quarantine. But this was more than made up by the fact that the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

Stayed here during Bangkok Lock down, breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail were served in the room on-time and with clean and well-protected. The tastes of food were nice. Staffs were very helpful and provided good services.

Was a very good experience to undertake ASQ here. A very consistent service with meals delivered promptly and of high quality. All requests I had were efficiently taken care of. The Hotel handles well the Government parameters they work within and the PCR Tests undertaken during the stay were always prompt with results by the same evening

Excellent service under tough conditions

I stayed one night and received all Accor Platinum privileges without asking. Room was large with a fantastic city view from the 35th floor, although a little dated. Because of Covid, most services were closed. However they did have the pool open and breakfast was served in room. Full marks to the chef who managed to serve me poached eggs in the room before they cooled down (not easy). As the executive lounge was closed the afternoon tea, evening canapés and drinks were served in room, but with no service downgrades and no quibble. A big shout to Henry who looked after me so well. I hope they manage to open the lounge, restaurants and other services soon as it will be back to it's best again then. Overall a great stay at great value in difficult times.

In these times of restrictions it is so refreshing and appreciated to see Pullman G offering their full range of services. The Executive Lounge is open and provides a quality a la carte breakfast and in the evenings a quiet retreat for canapes. Again good qua;ity foods and drinks available. A special thank you to the (female) chef who prepares delightful canapes ( especially the duck breast with pumpkin). Thank you. Many staff all provide efficient and friendly service. Thank you to Henry for his assistance with a problem ( not Pullman G). Also thank you to May, Ying and Pang. Pullam G provides a relaxing environment and all services I wanted were available.

Before arriving, we didn't expected much since we hadn't stay with Pullman before.However, we found out that the staffs are very welcome and dedicated to some small details for every customer.
