TMarx TripAdvisor review

Room was dated even though I was given the renovated room (all white concept). Club lounge afternoon tea quality and spread of food were limited. Dissapointing. Not worth the extra cost to upgrade. Breakfast spread and quality was also average. Hotel lobby had a tinge of sewage smell. Couldn't be the hotel scent used I supposed.

A very good stay and overall a good experience. I was looked after extremely well by Nick, Krich, Pang, Balloon, Troy My check out was somewhat chaotic. The car service to the airport was not booked and it took a long time to settle the account as American Express was not accepted. I had to wait for a payment link which took some time and was for the wrong amount. This was resolved quickly, however. Most disturbing is after 1 month I am still waiting for the nights and points to be credited to my Accor account despite many chasers.

I have visited your hotel many times since it was Sofitel. Last time I was staying 3 years ago and I was satisfield. Now everything went very wrong. I got wrong room and then I got wrong door key. Room was dirty and furnished. There was no espresso machine like beforehand and no tissuepaper. Ececutive lounge food and wine was not good. I asked gluten free canapes and I got potato salad and bread. I can send a foto about that. It was a joke! The worst thing was that staff was careless. They did not take care of custumers, just spoked themselves.

The hotel rooms aged a lot from my last stay a few years back. The scratches on the flooring and furniture surfaces make the room feel a bit tiring and I did not feel well rested. We had to request for a room change and ended up in a room which was a connecting one. Staff said the room next door would be vacant until we check out but we ended up hearing the tv sound pretty loudly coming from the room until very late night like 1 am. It was pretty disturbing and disappointing - the connecting room had no lock between them and air/sound could flow between the door spaces, so considering security and covid prevention, this was not good at all. Staff was nice and attentive especially in the club lounge. We thank hotel staff for a chocolate cake for my partner’s birthday - it was delicious. Both of us are ACCOR GOLD but no upgrade or early check provided. All upgradable rooms were used for ALQ/ASQ, so this is not the place to enjoy the status benefits. Hotel installed quite a number of alcohol spray machine which works very well and I give this a plus point.

The hotel seems a bit old. The places is not well maintained, but staff is superb. They make your stay feel warm. Beds are not soft, so if you like hard beds, this is your place.

we stay at least 20-25 times in the last 15 years at this pullmann hotel G (befor silom sofitel). now we have for the first time to say that the hotel now is not on the same level then befor. room (2209) was not clean (hair and dust), no cleaning and prepair during stay. we think we ar on the same flor with all the person that do the quarantine, but we stay then more than 3 weeks in thailand and this was our last days. because of the regulations for traveling home, we should not have covid-19 then is not reproducible, that the reception put us on this floor! more clear action would have been an advantage! we know, because of covid-19 you have to reduce some things, but we hope you will repair and restore the quality as in previous years. we would like to come again in the next years. best regards (stay 12.01.22-14.01.22)

The hotel itself is wonderful, the food pricing however is a little pricey .The room had a wonderful view of NY fireworks. The hotel location however has lost its lustre due to the closure of many nearby businesses. I hope this soon changes.

A long business trip after ASQ was completed. Again, all Team Members went out of their way to ensure I was looked after well. Because the trip was 4 months I don't want to single out individual Team Members but the Leadership must be strong to provide such consistent service in a very difficult country and pandemic environment.

The stay was lovely and the room was nice. Room service was very helpful. Only down side was there mom's air conditioning wasn't working very well and it got hot. Wouldn't cool down the room.

Had a great stay at Pullman during my quarantine period. Staff was very helpful and attentive and I had great meals all the time. Certainly felt like a holiday more than quarantine. Only drawback was that the cleanliness of the room could have been improved as I saw some dust when I had just checked in. Unfortunately there’s no way the room can be cleaned while you’re in quarantine. But this was more than made up by the fact that the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

In these times of restrictions it is so refreshing and appreciated to see Pullman G offering their full range of services. The Executive Lounge is open and provides a quality a la carte breakfast and in the evenings a quiet retreat for canapes. Again good qua;ity foods and drinks available. A special thank you to the (female) chef who prepares delightful canapes ( especially the duck breast with pumpkin). Thank you. Many staff all provide efficient and friendly service. Thank you to Henry for his assistance with a problem ( not Pullman G). Also thank you to May, Ying and Pang. Pullam G provides a relaxing environment and all services I wanted were available.
