I have stayed in this hotel many many times. The location is brilliant and the staff (many of them long serving) are great. However the rooms are becoming quite tired and in need of renovations. In particular, access to plugs and USB charging is very dated.

Our stay at the hotel was a bag of mixed feelings. The stay quite uncomfortable with a lot of things either not working in our room or were broken. Like for example the safety deposit box wasn't working, the faucet in the wah basin dint dispense cold water, the air conditioning was not cooling, the blackout curtains were broken which disturbed our sleep early in the morning, the central console for handling the lighting's was probably from 1990 as it was functioning as per its own will. The only good thing about the room was the bed and the WiFi speed. All in all it wasn't quite a pullman experience.
