I recently stayed at Pullman Hotel G Bangkok and had a very pleasant experience overall. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Thanks to my membership with Accor, I was escorted directly to the executive check-in counters on Level 27, which made the arrival feel more personal and seamless. The executive lounge was a nice perk, offering tea-time snacks between 2–4pm. It was a relaxing space to unwind during the afternoon. While the rooms are not as new as some of the newer hotels in Bangkok and feel slightly dated, the excellent service more than made up for it. One example was when the hotel reception kindly received a suit and pair of shoes that I had arranged for a wedding anniversary photoshoot. They ensured the items were safely delivered to my room while I was out, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet variety was sumptuous and well worth recommending. I would especially like to commend a staff member named CPIA, who remembered my hot Mocha order even though I had only ordered it once the previous morning. She served it with a warm smile, and that level of attentiveness truly stood out. I would also commend Niney for her impeccable customer service at the receptionist, especially when I needed to deposit my suit for collection in the late afternoon, please kindly ensure that both CPIA and Niney are aware of this commendation. Please let me know if Niney and CPIA can contact me separately so I can thank them personally using my mobile number. Overall, great service and thoughtful staff made the stay memorable.
