I stayed at the hotel for six days and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. Upon arrival, the hotel staff escorted me to the Club Lounge for a private check-in and clearly explained all the benefits included during my stay. The overall service was excellent, the breakfast offered a good variety of high-quality food, and all staff members were friendly, polite, and very helpful. This made my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by the hotel.

Great breakfast selection! We had access to the executive lounge which was a nice touch and we used a few times. The room was clean, a little dated but good size - the bed was so comfortable!! The pool we used a few times and it has a lovely gym up there. Great service - especially by the pool and at reception. A fairly good location to get about Bangkok is so large so we were travelling all over but nothing too far! Out longest excursion was to the floating market but everything else it was easier to get too (and Grab app - is easy to use for uber style Thai style)! The French restaurant Scarlett - a real gem and amazing cheese selection and wines!! 25 degrees is at ground level and we had a few drinks in there - we didn’t eat there but many people were and food looked great more of a burger joint. Even a lovely little bar in reception that also do great coffees! We weren’t disappointed and would recommend.
