Nice receptionist! Very warm welcome from Chompoou, Mim, Tor and Jarh. The lobby is good and very convenience to the sky train. The receptionist is friendly and warm welcome, their English is nice and they look approachable. Thank you for having us!

It took a bit to get use to the lifts as we were on the 22 floor. But we had great views out of our large window. It's not the sort of Hotel I would normally go for but it was good to have something different. I thought our room was looking a little bit tired though,our TV wasn't working properly ie, the sound had gone, and the bed was lumpy and very hard thank goodness for the soft pillows so that made up for it.

Dear Kindly renovate the rooms as your rooms are very old and beds are also not comfortable to take rest, moreover you don't have any mobile charging point near the bed. Your rooms are not up to the standard of a good 5 Star property.

Overall very enjoyed my stay, got upgraded to the executive suite room and really enjoyed it, the staff was supper attentive and helpful. However there was only one staff at the front desk when I was checking in, and no staff at the priority lane either, besides that, everything was good.
