I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Bangkok. Everything here — the location, facilities, price, and service — is outstanding. During this stay, I was especially impressed by the service from the staff members Note and Muu. Overall was ok. However I didn’t realize I didn’t get room upgrade until just now. My phone got stolen the night before I checked in hence I checked in with passport only. I was told I booked a standard room but as a Gold member I was upgraded to superior room. After walking into the room I had doubt thinking “did I really get an upgrade?” I was unable to confirm without my phone and it’s probably my bad without checking with reception right away. Overall experience could probably be better if staying in an upgraded room. Welcome drinks were nice. Breakfast was average.

incredible hotel for the price you pay for- great bed, cleanliness, good ac in the bkk heat, tasty room service-my room was quiet! if the gym facilities could be better this would be the only hotel i would stay at every time in bkk!
