I’m a traveler from Taiwan, and this was my second stay at ibis Silom. I fell in love with this hotel during my very first visit. On my previous stay, I initially found it a little inconvenient that the hotel entrance was accessed through a passage beside the building in front. However, I soon realized that this building actually does an excellent job of blocking out the constant traffic noise from Silom Road. As a result, I was able to enjoy a peaceful and quiet night’s sleep every evening. What truly made me fall in love with this hotel, though, was its interior design—especially the indoor courtyard and the staircase reading area leading down to the lower level. These spaces give the hotel such a unique and relaxing atmosphere. I’ve visited Bangkok seven times now, and I’m quite sure that ibis Silom will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I return to Bangkok!

This was my fourth stay here and I am impressed by how consistently good the service has been during every stay. This time was no different. Check in took a wee bit longer than usual but it was only because they were trying to get me a better room and I ended up with a much larger, nicer room. Thank you to the male check in executive. Also I must compliment housekeeping which always does a great job. I dropped a 1000 baht note on the floor and when I got back it was kept carefully on a desk: khop khun maak khrap. Everyone is cheerful and welcoming and I will definitely be back!
