We stayed from Feb 6 to 13 for a full week. Feb 6 to 9 in a Family Suite, Feb 9 to 10 in two rooms, and we decided to keep two rooms from Feb 10 to 13 so we would not have to transfer again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is still the best. Very convenient and ideal for exploring the city. Housekeeping did well, and front desk staff like Mus, Nat, P Nong, and Dream were good and accommodating. However, compared to my first stay in 2022, it feels like the hotel has lost some of its charm. Some staff no longer seem as warm or welcoming. The biggest issue was the breakfast experience. The person cooking the eggs consistently had a sour and condescending expression, which made guests feel uncomfortable. It was my father’s first time traveling out of the country and he was unfamiliar with how hotel breakfasts work. The way he was treated was disappointing and unwelcoming. Because of this, despite staying one week, we rarely took breakfast. It honestly took away from the overall experience. Also, the breakfast selection has not changed since my first stay in 2022. It would be nice to see some variety or updates. Still a great location and clean rooms, but service warmth and breakfast experience need improvement.

Cool hotel. Aesthetically the hotel is lovely, especially the lobby. Rooms are a bit on the small side and the shower beside the bed was odd. Otherwise everything else was great. Nice breakfast (poorly stocked at times though and grumpy terse attitude from the egg station), the rooftop pool and bar are great, the gym is adequate and check in staff were excellent.

I stayed three nights. On the second night at 3am. I was woken up by people screaming, fighting and what sounded like smashing furniture in one of the rooms in the level above or below. On the third night at 2am, I was woken again by two women fighting in the hallway, screaming at each other in english. The other customers are awful. I've never stayed in a hotel in bangkok with so much customer disturbance.

Being woken at 3:00 AM and again at 2:00 AM due to noise and altercations is certainly unacceptable and not the peaceful environment we strive to provide for our guests. We fully understand how disruptive and distressing such situations can be, especially when you are expecting a comfortable and restful stay. Please be assured that guest safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our team is trained to respond immediately to reports of excessive noise or inappropriate behaviour, and we work closely with security to address such incidents promptly and professionally. Your comments have been shared with our management and security teams to reinforce proactive monitoring of guest corridors and ensure stricter control of disturbances, particularly during late-night hours. While we cannot control every individual’s behaviour, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and secure environment for all our guests.
