We had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. The location is super convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the train station all within easy walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the city. Our room and bathroom were lovely, modern, clean, and comfortable. We also appreciated how welcoming and inclusive the hotel is - it is very LGBTQ-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Sophia at Reception, who checked us in. She was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Every time she saw us during our stay, she greeted us with a warm smile and always offered assistance if we needed anything. Her outstanding customer service truly enhanced our experience. We will definitely stay at Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom again when we return to Bangkok. Highly recommended!
