Absolutely brilliant stay at Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom. Easily the best Ibis Styles I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world, and I’ve stayed at plenty over the years. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member was warm, professional and genuinely helpful. The rooms were spotless, modern and incredibly comfortable, and the bed honestly felt like sleeping on a cloud after long days exploring Bangkok. Breakfast had a great variety each morning with plenty of options, and the rooftop pool and bar were a real highlight. Fantastic atmosphere, great views and the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Location is also excellent, right in the heart of Silom with easy access to everything. Would happily stay here again without hesitation. Brilliant value and a hotel that gets the important things right.

We stayed at the hotel from April 29 to May 3, 2026. That was our second stay at ibis Styles Silom Bangkok. The hotel has a great location. The staff are all friendly and helpful, always smiling. The room was comfortable. The restaurants are good; the breakfast buffet was great. Overall, we had a very good experience.
