Comfortable bed and nice staff (kudos to Nemo at reception, who went the extra mile!) Breakfast buffet is good but they need to vary the spread, and stay away from fried food. (Must you fry all the main dishes?) Some staff members distrust the guests - not allowed to bring a 25 baht pair of scissors up to the room? Whatever for? Reception area a bit dark. Nice lounge though.

Having a pretty good stay in ibis Hotel Bangkok, enjoying the quiet and clean room with quality sleep. Room service was satisfied, speedy and good test. In walking distance to reach night market area, food and drink and relax vibe of international visitors.

Suggestions for Improved Comfort and Noise Reduction

I stayed in the Superior Room with my 78-year-old mother. Unfortunately, the shower room lacked hooks on the walls, making it difficult for her to hang her clothes or towel, which greatly affected her comfort while bathing. Additionally, the room’s soundproofing could be improved, as we were woken up by the noise of patrons chatting in the breakfast hall. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

I had an idea excellent stay at the Ibis Style Silom. The room was clean and had all basic amenities available. A very cozy and comfortable room for 1. The check-in was made easy by Kun Nemo who made the whole process smooth sailing. The icing on the cake would be the location, just minutes away from the BTS and all other shops for food and snacks. Will be staying again in the same hotel end of this month when I travel to Bangkok for Dua Lipa concert.
