My family and I stayed at Ibis Sathorn for two nights from Sat 21st to Mon, 23rd, just a few days before Bangkok got locked down. The entire staff were very friendly, helpful and supportive. We felt safe, and very well taken care of. Bangkok itself seemed eerie, so we spent almost all of our time inside our room. The staff would check on us, if we had fever (which we didn't), and provide hand gel regularly. They made sure we were as comfortable as possible during this scary time. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Ibis Sathorn's formidable employees who helped us feel more at home than in the middle of a pandemic. I wish all of you well, and hope to stay with Ibis again in the future.

Good clean budget hotel for the price. Friendly staff. Breakfast basic (would have liked a little more variety ie rather than scrambled eggs everyday, occasionally some bacon etc)

Everything are in place and OK. Except that hotel guest that do not want to use the aircon should keep their room door close. Reason being their body odor will spill into the hall way and it smell bad and not healthy.

The place is nicely located nearby Sathorn, Lumpini Park. Car park is available on site which is a great bonus and even more they do accept small pet (as long as it won’t disturb neighbors). Overall experience was pleasant, staff provided adequate instructions for our stay. The only complain I may have is a smell of smoke that must have occurred some time ago as it is not too strong but still can be felt, and some parts of the room got an old feel to it but overall does the job quite well. No complain, happy stay!

The bathroom needs a good clean with bleach, they don’t clean the bathroom at all. I booked the city view bedroom and I got on the 2nd floor with roof views, they told me that they don’t have a height floor, so I paid more expensive bedroom for nothing and who paid cheap one gets the better one.

Central quite place of the hotel with great breakfast service and bar

I stay many times In the Ibis Sathorn and I like the central but quite place of the hotel. Always friendly and helpful service staff in the morning through breakfast or if you like to get a drink on the bar. Just the reception sometimes a little arrogant or neutral to the customer. The bathroom (shower area) has a lot of mold. The mold can be found on the mirror and on the tiles. That is not a staff problem that is a missing check of supervisors. Hope that the management make a quick check to get an overview and implemented a process that the supervisor makes quality check in the future.

Very bad service at the restaurant. Lazy staff wait 35 mn to get my meal and 20mn to get bootle of water. There is only 3 tables and it seem the same for other table. First time i try restaurant in ibis and last time
