The telephone operator gave the wrong station to go to. I walked five or six kilometers. The front of house not as welcoming as I would have liked. Room was OK if a little small and cramped if two people wanted to move around.

The room is very small, compare to hotel across the road. Internet connection is worst. Breakfast not so good.

(+) Check-in and check out was smooth. Comfortable bed. Well-planned space. (-) Toiletries were limited to liquid body wash, liquid soap and shower cap. I think a toothbrush and toothpaste should also be included. Aircon was a little hot despite being turned to full.

It's a very convenient area to be in. All other amenities in 5 star hotels are just outside the hotel. From laundry to massage and restaurants in between. Close to major attractions such as Vertigo bar

Enjoyed the visit to Bangkok and for us the hotel was well located. However we could hear our neighbours each morning. I don't think they were being noisy, its just the soundproofing for the hotel could be better

I have stayed in the Ibis Sathorn many times. Excellent staff. Always enjoy staying here. A clean comfortably room, safe, tv and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable. The Lumpini station is a 10 minute walk but free hotel transport is available. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Everything was as good as always. I booked at last minute and could only get a room with 2 single beds. That wasn’t the best :-(

We’re part of a group of 10 friends who stayed 4 nites in Ibis Sathorn Bangkok. The hotel provided basic amenities but still comfortable as the rooms were spacious. We found the pillows a bit hard the first nite but hotel gave us additional soft pillows after we gave feedback. Hotel provided complimentary shuttle to nearest BTS and Metro stations. There’re some eateries and many massage shops around the hotels. The massage rates were much cheaper than in town centre but just as good.
