I come often to the location and have been several times to IBIS Sathorn. Always attentive service, very clean. The only improvement I suggest is to consider changing the pillows for not so thick ones! These are really uncomfortable for any neck, if you stay for more days, like me ;-). Other than that, very good place to stay!

I had business trip with my family. A room was clean with welcome set as All member. A lot of parking lots. The breakfast was very good for us. Love it and will come again.

Ibis Sathorn hotel is good place, nice location not to far from MRT, clean and nice. The staffs were very helpful (especially the staff in restuarant- the women who wear glasses). She is a professional, good service and good-natured.

The hotel located near MRT 10 minutes by walk. You can travel to the center or shopping center of Bangkok by MRT and BTS. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was still served as set menu due to COVID-19 pandemic.

The room is clean and comfortable. Thank for welcome drink & sweets in the room. Overall experiences was great. Anyway, there are some strange smell (unpleasant smell) in the corridor which if the smell can be freshen somehow that would be more perfect.

I had a short night here. Although the location is not on the main street, there are lots of fine dining near by. The shuttle service to MRT helped me a lot in the morning.

Great staff but maintenance issues persist

Staff both front of house and service that we came in contact with were efficient, friendly and helpful and 'of value' to Accor. Again stayed in room 202 and had issues with the bathroom. The toilet when flushed was very slow to clear and did not effectively remove the waste. On each occasion we have stayed in their room the problem has persisted. likewise the towel hook rotated on the wall allowing the towel to fall onto the floor. Matter advised to front of house staff.

Very bad service at the restaurant. Lazy staff wait 35 mn to get my meal and 20mn to get bootle of water. There is only 3 tables and it seem the same for other table. First time i try restaurant in ibis and last time

I have stayed in the Ibis Sathorn many times. Excellent staff. Always enjoy staying here. A clean comfortably room, safe, tv and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable. The Lumpini station is a 10 minute walk but free hotel transport is available. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
