Instagram: 326graphy I recently had a wonderful stay at Ibis Sathorn. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Khun Pew for the delightful welcome drinks! It made my stay even more special. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable experience.

Reasoable price with no hospitality service, it is simple place only to sleep.

I fully understand the Ibis brand is positioned as a budget option, the staff member who assisted me at check-in was extremely unfriendly. As an ALL Plus Platinum member, I had previously emailed the hotel to request a late check-out, but there was no mention of this at check-in until I specifically asked if it was possible. Furthermore, despite being entitled to complimentary breakfast as an ALL Plus Platinum member, I was initially told that breakfast was not included in my stay. Only after I inquired again was I informed that I could have breakfast, but no information was provided about the breakfast hours or location. and of course I did not receive a any greeting. Additionally, when I asked if slippers and a toothbrush would be available in the room, I was told that the staff would check and let me know, but no further action was taken. While a toothbrush was already provided inside room, there were no slippers, and I never received them during my stay. After check-in, the staff member who handled my check-in failed to return my passport, yet asked me to come down to the lobby to collect it because they could not leave their post. There were three staff members working at the reception, so I wonder if it was appropriate for the guest to retrieve their own passport due to the staff’s mistake. On a positive note, the Assistant F&B Manager was exceptionally kind, and I would like to express my gratitude for their excellent service.

Hotel looks new. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast food was great. Free shuttle to MRT and BTS station is very useful. Nearest MRT station is about 750m walk away. Several massage shops and eateries nearby. 7-11 convenience store just opposite the hotel.
