There was a serious problem for my check in because staff gave key card of Room No. 734 that other people was sleeping at 9 pm.

The Ibis Sathorn offers a simple and convenient experience without the bells and whistles! Value for money definitely with a decent breakfast. The only slight negative is that the staff seem to go through the motions rather than providing a friendly customer service experience, when compared to the Ibis Sukhumvit for example you get a much friendlier and warmer reception from the team there.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Limited parking space. There was a remote parking lot 500 meters away with a shuttle service. Security at the parking lot was nice. The house keeping service was excellent.
