บริการดี สะอาด ที่นอนหมอนดี ใช้ห้อง connecting สะดวกมาก ๆ ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่อุปกรณ์ยึดจับในห้องน้ำ ติดไม่ถูกตำแหน่ง ใช้ประโยชน์ได้น้อย ที่สำคัญพื้นเปียกแล้วลื่นมาก ต้องระวังมาก ๆ

We requested long in advance for high floor, the receptionist gave us the lowest one with the excuse of “nearly full” and dogs barking next door did not help us to rest well after long haul flight from the US. What is the point to ask for our preferences when the actual operation paid no intention to them?
