Staff were friendly and welcoming as always. Stay was comfortable but room definitely showed its age. Those minor repairs did not match with the premium hotel standard. A tip to toe room renovation seems to be necessary. Just hopefully it will not lose the premium charm it used to have like other renovated areas which were big disappointment.

A change in management style and leadership leads for a lack of attention to detail and poor engagement / belonging to the hotel in general.

This is my second stay at this hotel and we stayed in a club room (water element). The experience was great throughout from the welcome at the lobby until check out. Our room was very well furnished and comfortable. The bath tub and the rainfall shower overlooking the Lumpini park are my favourite room feature. Breakfast was busy but has a good variety and quality. The lounge has a good vibe and good drinks for evening cocktails.

Une très belle expérience renouvelée ; c’est la troisième fois que nous restons ici et tour fut parfait du début à la fin du séjour . Le check in et le check out au club signature au 25ème étage est un magnifique plus . Le petit déjeuner , que ce soit au restaurant ou au club signature est délicieux et varié. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
