The location is at the heart of City. The hotel facilitates are all in style, especially the pool . The park view from the window in a room is so relax and feel touch the nature. Dear SO/ Poon (Chief city Guru), Ms Stephanie, It was regrettable a small incident happened upon arrival and I was unable to use my camera to capture the beauty of the city for the first few days of the trip. Accidents do happen but I am still able to take beautiful pictures of Bangkok using my handphone. I want to thank you sir and your staff, especially Stephanie and her team for the service excellence rendered in rectifying the matter and expedite the recovery of my belongings. Their prompt actions, care and concern is commendable. My family and I would like to extend our thanks and compliments to Stephanie and her team with deep appreciation to make our stay here at SO/ a memorable and an enjoyable one. Recently stayed 4 nights here before heading back home. Great stay, rooms large and comfortable (albeit some strange fixed furniture which took up lots of space) and a good location, being only a short walk to both MRT and BTS. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. What really wowed us was the evening meal (world buffet). The food was incredible and so much to choose from, so much so, we decided to have it again our last night. Staff were always friendly in particular Fam and Pop at the dinners. Would recommend staying here.

My friends and I decided to spend late evening here at Hi-So Club at the top floor, always great view of Lumpini Park and relaxing environment with open bar and less crowds A friend accidentally drop the glass and cocktail pouring over the couch, but surprisingly the staff ( Keng and Alex ) are so nice offering new cocktail which we didn’t expect at all, huge thank for them for great service !
