I booked for 2 nights under separate booking and I have informed this when I checked in. Unfortunately, when I went back to the hotel on the evening of 2nd night, my room key didnt work. So I had to go down to the receptionist again and asked what happened. Then the lady said it’s because I booked two nights under separate booking so by right I had to go to receptionist again to activate the card key again. I told her nobody informed me about this when I checked in. This stay would be better if they did it before so I didnt have to go down and up again between the room and receptionist. other than that, I had a good stay and would not mind going back.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! I want to give special thanks to Ellie and Sorn, two amazing receptionists who always helped me with everything I needed. They are very kind, professional, and truly important to this hotel. They always offered me water, helped me calculate the time to the airport, and recommended great restaurants nearby. I truly hope the management recognizes and values professionals like them, because people like this make all the difference!
