The hotel is in great location, the staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was rich and good. The rooms are very clean. However the bath room was old, very small and in need of renovation (my sink- for example- had huge crack all over it)

We had an excellent stay at ibis Bangkok Siam. The highlight was the exceptional service from the manager on duty, who kindly granted us a late check-out until 5 PM — absolutely perfect for our late-night flight and very much appreciated. The convenience factor here is unbeatable, with a 7-Eleven located right at the reception, making quick snacks and essentials easily accessible. Swimming pool access is available via the adjoining Mercure hotel for a small cover charge, which can be redeemed at the pool bar — reasonably priced and well worth it. Overall, it was a smooth, hassle-free stay with no complaints at all. A great choice for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in the heart of the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would happily stay here again.
