Your staff behavior is really dissatisfied, especially the way of her act, her face and her voice is really rude for us. She is the one who made check-in for me and my friends. I called after her finished her work, I talked with supervisor, OMG she also talked with dissatisfied behavior. I already talked the manager, Mr. Chalad, on phone. He is a really nice person. He promised me to improve all what happened when I faced on check-in process. I have this help to improve your hotel quality however over all is really under-quality for Accor Hotels.

The room has too many dirt spots. Floor is full of dust like it has never been cleaned for months. Last time that I stayed was not be like this. I talked positively about this hotel to mom and even invited her to stay with me this time. Unfortunately, this was our nightmare. What she witnessed was totally different from what i told her earlier. Sometimes, We even heard room cleaners gossiped about other customers outside the room. Thus, overall, I would say that this maybe the last time that Ibis will come up firstly in my mind when making a decision when in Bangkok.

an enjoyable stay with 3 days 2 nights and 2 breakfasts The room is clean and the staff is very frindly. Breakfast is OK ,the beacon is a llittle hard , The scramle egg and fry egg are excellent. Whole wheat bread is delicious and also the cohffee. Grava and pine apple juice are rather fade.

The location is very good. It's near Siam department store and BTS Line. All staffs are polite and friendly! Everything is good expect the air-con room 1518 it's very hot! Please tell the engineer to fix it as soon as possible.

Thank you the hotel management for acknowledgement of Accor Plus Platinum Elite member and improved guest experience service by organizing well prepared room with a plate of fruits. In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, I observed that the hotel had implemented more cleaning and disinfection measures according to Ministry of Public Health guidelines and the new normal services in all facilities. I do hope that the hotel would closely monitor the advice of medical and government authorities continuously, I expect to return to stay here again in the future.

- Check In : No Welcome Drink (Not sure this is Standard from Ibis Bangkok Siam or not but I went to stay at Ibis Hua Hin and They show a warm welcome with smile and Wai but here isn't have it at all) - No Amenities in the room, have only 2 shower caps ? (No toothbrush, toothpaste) sometime you have it but I have to call to request (This is not make sense, hotel have to provide without request from customer (Exceeding expectation) - I have order room service 1 Fish and Chips, 1 Evian, over 30 minutes later room service boy came to knock the door with unfriendly, talk like I’m friend but I’m not! and Fish and Chips not crispy, it like put it the water and run to serve us (so wet) - Water not stable (Sometime Hot sometime cold) and not heavy water from the shower - Freeze not cool, already inform Housekeeper (Man) but he said just check In wait it working (I wait until I check out, It still warm and not cool) - Not quite sure, this is came from I didn't booked direct with hotel and the room rate cheaper or not, that why I received service as above mention, (I booked through Travel Agent and use Government promotion) but I always booked through Travel Agent (Thailand and Oversea) and this is the 2nd Time with Government promotion (I went to Another Hotel in Bangkok in Aug 2020 before) same Travel Agent and use Government promotion but that hotel treat me good and not separate with other. / Thanks
