We were placed on the first floor and constantly felt the vibration from the subway through the walls and beds. They someone commenced jackhammer work from 0900 to 1700 hrs each day that drove us crazy. When I raised it with the staff they were not interested in establishing where the noise was coming from and I had to ask for another room. I was told reception staff would organise this the following day. The staff the following day knew nothing about it so we had to stay in the existing room. I had to highlight my gold status when checking in. When I raised it he highlighted it wasn't a normal accor hotel. He was right.

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for four nights, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. It’s small, as to be expected in Paris, but fully functional. It’s very well located and within walking distance of many attractions. Very clean and tidy. The receptionists were also lovely and always welcoming. On our last day we had a late flight, and they held our bags when we went out. Would 100% stay again!

I have stayed with you previously with a large group and booked 2 stays this time having confirmed the hotel would be renovated. We arrived to be placed in a room with doors falling off cupboards and wifi not working. I am working through the games and had confirmed wifi was critical. The front desk answer was it’s working here so it should be fine in your room. The room was an accessible room ( fine for me) but was based at the furthered point possible from the lift which would be difficult for a wheelchair user and the hair dryer could only be used standing in the wet area from the shower. This was a high risk of electrocution and extremely unwise. On the basis of the quality of this room and service I contemplated cancelling my second reservation. I had to leave Paris for a few days to go to regional events. I decided to stay ( only because I like the location) and asked for a street view room as my wifi was better there last time. Thankfully this second room is much better and I expect to provide a better review after this stay. I would strongly suggest you improve the quality of all rooms to be consistent.
