We had a Bongo voucher to use and decided for a last minute weekend in Paris before the expiry date and the Olympics. Very friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. You can drop your luggage before checking in time and leave it after check out for a stress free city experience. The room was clean, large bathroom and the double window frames removed the sound of the street below. Overall a good experience.

Great location and great staff but needs improvement

Fantastic location in the centre of Paris. Staff was very friendly and very helpful . Room was nice with a double bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed and a well organised kitchen area. However, when we arrive we did not have the right bedding for sofa bed. Shower head was broken ( this got fixed on our second day after I informed reception) Water pressure for shower was awful and water goes from hot to cold all the time Worst thing was that our room was on road at the back and it was extremely noisy all night long from traffic, bin Lorries in the morning etc. There is no double glazing like in most other Paris hotels where I stayed. No cleaning was done also for 3 days, no change of towel etc. If the noise thing was sorted it would be great hotel

We are also taking your feedback on noise levels from the street very seriously and are exploring options to improve sound insulation. Regarding housekeeping, our standard cleaning procedures include servicing rooms one day per week for long stays and with extra fees for a short stay (less than 8 nights). It appears there may have been a communication lapse, and we apologize for the missed service. We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for all guests. Rubbish hotel and most of the staff not interested in sorting complaints

1 uncooked bacon ( raw in places ) 2 pieces of plastic found in scrambled eggs 3 bed bugs 4 10 days before a room clean 5 only 1 bath towel 6 sink not cleaned in 5 weeks 7 door to my room left open on 5 different occasions 8 5 days for laundry to be returned 9 breakfast was a poor selection for 18 euros 10 noise from the metro station directly below hotel train noise fro 5 am to midnight room vibrates with the move ment of the trains This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in.

Very disappointing

Overall, a very disappointing experience. - We were first given a small room, very noisy (on the street). After unpacking, we realized that the air conditioning and the wifi were not working. We tried to call the front desk but the telephone in our room was also not working… We went down to the front desk to learn that, during the weekends, there were no technicians able to repair the air conditioning and the wifi and we will have to wait 2 days in our room before someone could, eventually, maybe do something… I was only after quite a bit of insisting that, eventually, the front desk condescended to give us another room - we stayed in your hotel 4 nights: 1 for holiday, and 3 for work. As such, I asked to split the bill in two. The front desk refused and claimed that it was illegal in France to split bill in two (un très gros mensonge; tous les hôtels / aparthotels le font sans problème…). - Our room was not cleaned and towels were not changed during our 4 days at the hotel; apparently, maids clean the rooms only once per week… You just need to be “lucky”… - During our Check-out, we asked the front desk if it was possible to keep 1 small suitcase in their storage for a couple of weeks; indeed, we have already booked another stay in the hotel. The front desk staffs refused and said that it was not allowed “for safety reasons”… This is the 1st time ever that a hotel refuses such simple and normal service! All in, I am feeling already depressed that I have to come back for one more night on July 16 in your aparthotel (the room is booked and cannot be canceled). Rest assured that it will be the last time that I will ever stay in your hotel and that I will make sure to inform all my friends and colleagues at BNP Paribas about the absolute terrible service that your Aparthotel provides to its guests!
