Dans la cuisine, il ne manque rien; seul l'égouttoir n'était pas net de propreté à mon sens. L'emplacement est top toutefois la rue est bruyante malgré un 4ème étage (c'est en ville). Attention, la chambre ne dispose pas de porte fermée et c'est très dommage lorsque les parents souhaitent laisser dormir les enfants et continuer un semblant de vie. C'était un de mes critères prioritaires pour notre séjour!! Dommage!! Le papier toilette et l'éponge fourni sont de mauvaises qualités. Le WC séparé est un plus, mais le fond de celui ci n'est pas propre! Il faut frotter, récurer... Aussi, le mitigeur du lave main n'était pas fixé et le mitigeur de la baignoire était tout cassé. L'eau s'écoulait mal dans le lavabo de la salle de bains et la porte fermait avec beaucoup de difficultés. Ensuite, il y a un travail important à faire sur les finitions. L'appartement est beau, la literie est bonne mais vraiment les finitions laissent à désirer pour ce prix : table de repas abimée, chaises tachées, robinetteries abimées, poussières sous les lits, poignées abimées, portes abimées ou qui ne ferment pas. Le bureau est inutile. L'appartement est toutefois agréable et son emplacement est de choix pour visiter facilement Paris. Plusieurs restaurants et superettes à proximité, des jeux et livres à disposition.
