I really like staying in Adagio’s apart hotel , especially around Caumartin Street, because the location is perfect. Everything is within easy reach. I love walking, so I spend a lot of time exploring the area on foot. Even though I’ve stayed there several times, I always discover new restaurants, nice shops, and little places I hadn’t noticed before. It’s not noisy, and it has just the right atmosphere for the kind of stay I enjoy.

Thanks for room upgrade and top notch stay. Just train your reception to be better. While charging my card, they opted for my home country's currency without even asking me. This cost me roughly 6% in currency conversion charges and cost me 60 euros extra. The mistake was genuine on her part, hence not downrating too much. But it does hurt to lose 60 euros for no fault of mine.

I stayed here for 10 days, and unfortunately the service and administration were a nightmare. My room was only cleaned after seven days. Even then, the rubbish I had been instructed by reception to leave outside my room remained there for another two days. At one point, a staff member knocked on my door and told me to throw the rubbish away myself. I explained that I had specifically been told by reception to leave it outside my room. The lack of communication between staff was extremely frustrating. Another incident happened when I was cooking and needed help opening a can of beef. I went to reception and asked whether I could borrow a can opener or a pair of scissors. The receptionist initially told me they had neither, even though I could clearly see a pair of scissors at the reception counter. When I pointed them out, she still refused to lend them to me. I then asked if she could check the kitchen for a can opener, but was told the kitchen was closed — at 11am. They even charge €1 just to weigh your luggage, which I found quite surprising for a hotel. Finally, as an Accor Platinum member staying for 10 nights, I requested a late checkout. Even extending my checkout by just 30 minutes, until 11:30am, seemed to be met with great reluctance. Overall, it wasn’t any single incident that ruined the stay, but the accumulation of poor service, inflexibility and unhelpful attitudes throughout my 10-day stay. The whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating. I would not stay here again.

Outstanding location. Very nice and efficient front desk staff. But night shift/early morning staff below any acceptable standards. I had an expensive, fully flexible booking (€1000 more expensive than a pre-paid one at the time of reservation), booked directly (hence without the hefty commission booking sites charge to hotels). For a total of more than €4500. I believe that such a high revenue guest should get special treatment, in particular when politely asking for a larger room. Thank God the outstanding front desk staff managed to find a solution (with a smile).

The assigned room is located on a low floor with extremely insufficient natural lighting, which looks completely different from the photos and promotional videos on YouTube and your official website. I was greatly disappointed after check-in. In addition, the floor was covered in sticky grime and heavy dust, failing basic hygiene standards. I informed the hotel in advance that this trip was for my son’s birthday by e mail and I did not expect any complimentary gifts. However, the overall room condition was unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available for an entire night, only cold running water for showers. The hotel did not post any advance notice to inform all guests about the broken equipment. I only learnt about the mechanical failure after I contacted the front desk while trying to take a shower. Considering this season is fully booked, this is by far the worst accommodation I have ever reserved through Agoda. I hope you can offer a reasonable solution to compensate for this terrible experience.

Check-in and Check-out process were quick. They put me on a nice configuration 1bdrm apartment where the living are is separated, so it can be converted to another room with sofa bed. Location is the best, Galerie Laffayete, Printemps, Metro, Train, Bus stops are only around the corner.

Everything is nice, breakfast very basic but ok. The staff pressing on tips is annoying and I don’t appreciate it. With the prices you charge pay your staff more, it’s rude to charge the prices you do then ask for a tip.

Awesome location, walkable to all the shopping areas, closw to supermarkets and public transportation. Room however is not that spacious. Still, having a kitchen and AC were very convenient and comfortable, esp during the heatwave. The reception staff at night offers very limited help - other than checking in and minor needs support. I wanted to ask if I can keep my room after extending my stay and made another booking but he could not help with that - that's something the day staff could do.

During our stay, we experienced a few issues that affected our overall comfort and experience. First, the bed was not properly made. Throughout our entire stay, there was a loose and badly positioned mattress protector or underlayer underneath the sheets. I could not identify the source of the problem at first, despite repeatedly trying to remake the bed. As a result, the bedding constantly moved and gathered in one area, making the bed uncomfortable to sleep on and excessively warm. I only discovered the actual cause of the issue on the day of our departure. Secondly, although I had paid for a late check-out, the hotel had not properly recorded it in their system. As a result, my key cards were deactivated before our departure time, leaving me unable to access not only my room, but also the hotel entrance and the elevator. This was particularly inconvenient as we had not yet checked out and were still entitled to use the room under the late check-out arrangement. I would like to note, however, that the staff were always very polite, friendly, and willing to assist whenever I asked for help regarding the deactivated key cards. In addition, the staff could not confirm whether housekeeping had entered the room or not, even though we had not yet checked out. Since the hotel only provides housekeeping service when preparing the room for the next guest, I found it concerning that the staff were unable to verify whether someone had entered the room due to an internal administrative error. This situation felt unprofessional and raised concerns about security and communication within the hotel. Overall, I believe these issues could be improved to provide a more comfortable and secure experience for future guests. Despite these problems, I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff throughout our stay.

Poor welcome on check in. First words spoken were”hold on a minute “. No eye contact. No platinum acknowledgement. Had to run taps in room for over 5 minutes to get any hot water. Welcome drink on offer was soft drinks? Room was not clean. This is not a 4 star hotel. Poor value for money

Excellently located apart-hotel in Haussman district of Paris. Short walk to both Palace Garnier and Gallery Lafayette. The apartments are equipped with excellent kitchen with the full set of kitchen equipment, there are multiple grocery stores just around the corner. Furthermore the hotel has excellent internet, so remote work is also possible and since the cleaning is once a week, you won't get distracted in the middle of a call.

Armand was a great host, his team was on point as well, everything was clean but the bath tube is too high to get in and was hazardous to get in & out. The design should be revised.
