The bathroom was floor was not very clean. The bathroom ceiling was almost totally detached. we reported it in the morning but only fixed it in the evening when we came back and a couple of hours later the ceiling fell off again. The carper in the community areas on the floor is old and dirty. I used other Adagio hotels but they were better. So I was disappointed.

When we arrived the sink in the bathroom was full of water. We reported it to reception the following morning but it remained full until the time we left 4 days later. The sink stopper could not be moved by us. It was fortunate that room 110 had a separate toilet with its own sink. The shower in Room 110 was also faulty but just usable.

This situation clearly does not reflect the level of service and maintenance standards we aim to provide. We also regret that, despite reporting the issue to our reception team, it was not resolved before your departure. Please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a blocked sink for several days. We are grateful that the separate toilet area provided some temporary convenience, though this is certainly not the experience we wish for our guests. Regarding the shower, we are equally concerned to learn that it was faulty. Your comments have been immediately shared with our maintenance team, and both issues are being addressed as a priority to ensure this does not happen again. Good location close to trains, metro and close Roissybus to airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only problem is the shower is in the bathtub which you have to becareful climbing in and out of.
