- room not ready for an arrival at 18.00 as planes. Had to wait 30 minutes - No acknoweledgment of my Diamond status (no welcome, no drinks, no upgrade, no „Thank you go being a loyal member”) - Bombarded with trivial points (how to use water, internet,…) as if I have never used a hotel. - same At Check out while long queuter, 2 staff taking care of one client while 3 other clients like me were waiting) - room ok but strange plastic on the bed that was destroyed after 5 minutes. - stupid system that forces you to have a key to leave the hotel (even when you have checked out). A camera and a presence at the desk (in front of the room) should be enough - conversely need a card to enter so as to wait for a long time before being opened when I came to check in. I thought there was nobody or wrong address as no answer do a few minutes.

We booked into the Adagio Opera for two quick nights to recover from our flight and get ready for Eastern Europe. Despite sending an email, the beds were not properly prepared when we arrived which was disappointing. Some staff were surly, some were friendly, but all refused to provide additional coffee pods to us so we could caffinate and get onto Paris time. For the cost of our stay at this hotel, this is a shoddy policy. We had a return stay booked but we just cancelled it and will stay elsewhere. Location is good for the large department stores, exhibitions, etc.

The location was great, easy access to metro and buses. Feels very secure. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Only improvement request is to have heater in the rooms on cold days and aircon working on days that are hot.

The interior of building and corridors etc are in good condition. But there were some details that the service had not corrected. Shower glass oartially away -> water to floor when in shower. The drineage in shower bath flew very sloly. The fresh air intake to the room was missing (only the big door-window). The armature in vathroom was of poor quality (use Oras or HansGrohe or equivalent). But the qitchen and its equioment vas very good. And staf was very kind and helpful.
