Good place downtown Paris

We stayed 5 days at this hotel and it was great to be downtown Paris and close to the Opera, shopping centers, and subway stations. The room was spacious and nicely furnished with a kitchen and separated bathroom and restroom. On a more negative side, it was not possible to change the temperature in the room that was set way too high at 23C, we could not get the Chromecast to work, and the bed mattress was too soft.

No recognition as a platinum member. Check in staff are like part timers/students. If I didn't ask I won't have had complimentary breakfast. First time ever staying in an Accor hotel that I needed to pay for extra towels. Very cold and unfriendly hotel environment.
