Apartment size was awesome. Location to metro's was great. Was a pretty quite room, not much outside noise even with the window open at night time. On the down side.... Couldn't adjust the heat and it was quite hot. Had to get the TV and dishwasher fixed. Toilet door wouldn't latch closed unless you locked it from the inside.
