We stayed 3 nights. Room was small, functional but it was fine for what we needed. The (chair) sofa bed mattress was quite firm and our son did struggle to sleep. Room was clean and fresh towels, hand/bodywash provided. We had an issue with the keycard /safe which was fixed quickly. Breakfast was a nice selection, free water refill and tea and coffee available at any time. My husband is a diabetic and they stored his insulin in their fridge. When we checked out, we chatted to the reception team about getting in and out of our location to the museums. Metro ! They kindly let us leave our bags until 4pm which we were so grateful for. It meant we had the entire day without dragging our luggage with us!

Value for money but room really tight for a twin bedded room. Upon check in we were at first given different floor but a supervisor came around and was very kind to put both our rooms next to each other on the same floor without charging more for the single room we booked but upgraded to a double room instead.

Everything was good except the fact that wifi was down during our entire stay.

The staffs were not friendly and helpful. The room is very small but good while the breakfast is extremely unacceptable, everyday same menu!!
