The 3rd times stay. However is the worse. Request in higher floor but finally arranged in 1st floor, room132. The sound insulation is worse, very very very noisy, the pub, garbage collection…… The hot water out of order in the 2nd day morning…… The breakfast fresh orange machine out of order for 4 days…….

We regret the incident with the hot water on your second morning, as well as the prolonged breakdown of the orange juice machine at breakfast.
