However, we are truly sorry that noise from the neighbouring room disturbed your sleep, particularly during the night. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience such disturbances when you were hoping to enjoy a restful night. Had we been informed of the situation at the time, our reception team would have been happy to intervene and speak with the guests concerned in an effort to resolve the disturbance as quickly as possible. The reception staff were very kind and professional. The room was small and basic, but adequate for a one-night stay. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was extremely poor, which made my stay very unpleasant. At around 2:00 a.m., some guests returned to my floor and repeatedly went in and out of the room next to ours for at least an hour. Every time they opened and closed the heavy door, the noise was extremely loud. Their conversations were also clearly audible, making it impossible for me to sleep. It was a terrible experience, and despite the friendly staff, I had a very disturbed night. Better soundproofing would make a significant difference to the comfort of guests.

We thoroughly liked our stay at this Ibis Styles hotel because of its walking distance to Gare Saint Lazare, where we had to take the train to Lisieux the day after our arrival to Paris.

Stayed 1 night, great location in a nice area. Close to the tube, so easy to move around areas. Close to Tower Bridge as well. Comfortable stay and nice rooms with a cool theme.

We were not lacking for anything. Not fancy but desk staff was very kind and helpful. Thankful for free filtered water in the lobby. Beautiful city view our our window. Good choice!

Air conditioning was absolutely wonderful and made our stay enjoyable in the middle of a heatwave. Also the water cooler in reception was very welcome. Room was small but had everything we needed. Lift was tiny so we used the stairs. Hotel is a bit quirky in it's layout but it was clean and friendly. Breakfast was very good as well. Always being replenished.

Stayed here for few days whilst watching the Tour de France. Easy to book on the app as usual. Nice welcome at checkin and was in my room within 5 minutes. My single room was lovely, and as new. Large windows that opened if you didn't want the aircon on. Continental breakfast was good, serving the usual fayre. All staff were very helpful and polite. Location is a nice quiet area, close to the Metro and good bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I expect an Ibis Styles to be a bit above the level of Ibis and Ibis Budget, but this one was cramped and very unstylish. The bathroom in my room was extremely small and the staff were not friendly. In general I find the Ibis hotels in Paris below the standard in the rest of France. There used to be quite a good one right opposite the Gare du Nord, but this is now closed. I shall be looking for other places to stay for my regular visits to Paris.

I stayed in various hotels in Paris this time but Ibis St Lazare was the worst comparing the quality of facilities to pricing. The staff in breakfast area were excellent. However, Those in reception need to be taught about being polite, not doing basic things with an unfriendly face, especially the black young guy.

I stayed with my teenage daughter for one night during the recent heatwave. The hotel is in a great location for onward travel within Paris. We really appreciated the air conditioning in the room and the free chilled water in the lobby. The breakfast was as good as many higher rated hotels with plenty of choice. The rooms are small (typical for Paris) but clean and well maintained.

How could you really have this property as an ACCOR. I chose to stay here because of my experience with the Fairmont Chicago, and this week, we have this experience. The Chicago Fairmont is a well run property, this Ibis was a poor room.
