Dear Guest, We are sincerely sorry to read that this third stay did not meet your expectations, especially if you had had a positive impression of our establishment until now. We regret the incident with the hot water on your second morning, as well as the prolonged breakdown of the orange juice machine at breakfast. These malfunctions do not reflect the level of service we aim to provide to our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust during a future stay, under much better conditions.
